The application relates to the technical field of isolating switches, in particular to a ground knife contact structure.
Background
The isolating switch is one of important equipment in a power system, for part of traditional ground blade contacts, a female contact of a ground blade is fixed on a fixed plate of a ground row by adopting bolts, a male contact and a female contact of the ground blade are switched on and off for a long time, the bolts are easy to loosen, the pretightening force between the male contact and the female contact after switching on is insufficient, and the reliability is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the reliability of the ground blade contact, the application provides a ground blade contact structure. The following technical scheme is adopted:
the ground knife contact structure comprises a transmission shaft, a ground row, a male contact, a female contact and a pre-tightening piece, wherein the male contact is arranged on the transmission shaft, and the male contact is driven to rotate by the transmission shaft so as to be contacted with or separated from the female contact; the ground row is provided with a fixed plate, the female contact comprises two female contact blocks, the fixed plate is provided with a connecting shaft, and the two female contact blocks are connected to two sides of the fixed plate through the connecting shaft; the pre-tightening piece is arranged on the connecting shaft and is used for driving the two female contact blocks to be abutted against the fixed plate; the two side walls of the female contact blocks, which are close to each other, are provided with first contact protrusions, and the first contact protrusions on the two female contact blocks are respectively used for propping against two sides of the male contact.
Optionally, the pre-tightening piece comprises a propping spring, a propping ring and a limiting piece, both ends of the connecting shaft are provided with clamping grooves, the limiting piece is provided with an opening for being clamped in the clamping grooves, the propping ring is sleeved on the connecting shaft, the peripheral edge of the propping ring extends towards the direction far away from the female contact block to form the limiting ring, and the limiting piece is positioned in the limiting ring so that the limiting piece cannot be separated from the clamping grooves; the abutting spring is sleeved on the connecting shaft, one end of the abutting spring abuts against the female contact block, and the other end of the abutting spring abuts against the abutting ring, so that the female contact block abuts against the fixed plate.
Optionally, the connecting shaft is provided with two along fixed plate length direction interval.
Optionally, the female contact block is provided with a second contact protrusion, and the second contact protrusion is used for abutting against the fixing plate.
Optionally, at least two first contact protrusions are arranged at intervals, and at least two second contact protrusions are arranged at intervals.
Optionally, the female contact block is provided with gaps between two adjacent first contact protrusions and two adjacent second contact protrusions.
Optionally, the one end that the male contact is close to the transmission shaft is provided with the connecting plate, the breach of stepping down has been seted up to the tip of male contact for peg graft on the transmission shaft, the connecting plate seals the breach of stepping down through the bolt and keeps off so that male contact is fixed on the transmission shaft.
Optionally, a positioning slot is formed on the transmission shaft and is used for allowing the abdication notch to be inserted so as to limit the movement of the male contact along the length direction of the transmission shaft.
In summary, the present application includes the following beneficial effects:
the whole ground knife contact has the advantages of simple structure, less parts, good economy, strong mechanical property and high reliability; the both ends of female contact block set up first contact protruding and second contact protruding respectively for when first contact protruding and male contact butt, the second contact protruding can support tightly on the fixed plate, ensures safe and stable reliability when big electric current passes through.

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application discloses a ground knife contact structure, which comprises a transmission shaft 1, a ground row 2, a male contact 3, a female contact 4 and a pretensioner 5.
Specifically, the transmission shaft 1 rotates through a driving mechanism on the isolating switch, the male contact 3 is installed on the transmission shaft 1, and the male contact 3 is driven to rotate through the transmission shaft 1 so that the male contact 3 contacts or is separated from the female contact 4. The ground row 2 is provided with a fixed plate 21, the female contact 4 comprises two female contact blocks 41, two connecting shafts 22 are penetrated on the fixed plate 21 at intervals, and the two female contact blocks 41 are connected to two sides of the fixed plate 21 through the connecting shafts 22. The pretensioning member 5 is provided on the connecting shaft 22 for urging the two female contact pieces 41 against the fixed plate 21. The side walls of the two female contact blocks 41, which are close to each other, are provided with first contact protrusions 42, and the first contact protrusions 42 on the two female contact blocks 41 are used for abutting against the two sides of the male contact 3.
The pretensioner 5 includes a tension spring 51, an abutment ring 52, and a stopper 53. The connecting shaft 22 passes through the two female contact blocks 41 and the fixed plate 21, and clamping grooves 221 are formed at two ends of the connecting shaft 22. The limiting piece 53 is provided with an opening 531 for being clamped in the clamping groove 221, and the clamping grooves 221 at two ends of the connecting shaft 22 are respectively clamped with the limiting piece 53. The abutment ring 52 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 22, a limiting ring 521 extends towards the limiting piece 53 from the periphery of the abutment ring 52, and the limiting piece 53 is positioned in the limiting ring 521, so that the limiting piece 53 cannot be separated from the clamping groove 221. The abutting springs 51 are sleeved on the connecting shaft 22, and only one is arranged. One end of the abutting spring 51 abuts against one of the female contact blocks 41, and the other end abuts against the abutting ring 52. Both female contact blocks 41 can be abutted against the fixed plate 21 by the action of an abutment spring 51.
The female contact block 41 has a second contact protrusion 43 at an end remote from the first contact protrusion 42, the second contact protrusion 43 being adapted to abut against the fixing plate 21. At least two first contact protrusions 42 are provided at intervals, and at least two second contact protrusions 43 are provided at intervals; the first contact protrusion 42 and the second contact protrusion 43 are both in a spherical protrusion structure. The female contact block 41 is provided with a gap 411 between two adjacent first contact protrusions 42 and two adjacent second contact protrusions 43. By providing the gap 411, the adjacent two first contact protrusions 42 are independent, so that each first contact protrusion 42 can abut against the side wall of the male contact 3, and the second contact protrusion 43 can abut against the fixing plate 21.
Further, the cross section of the transmission shaft 1 is rectangular. The end of the male contact 3, which is close to the transmission shaft 1, is provided with a connecting plate 32, and the end part of the male contact 3 is provided with a yielding gap 31 for being inserted on the transmission shaft 1, and the connecting plate 32 seals the yielding gap 31 through bolts so that the male contact 3 is fixed on the transmission shaft 1. The transmission shaft 1 is provided with a positioning groove 11 for allowing the abdication notch 31 to be inserted so as to limit the movement of the male contact 3 along the length direction of the transmission shaft 1. The connecting plate 32 is also fixed with the copper bar flexible connection 6 by bolts.
In the open state, the distance between the two first contact protrusions 42 facing each other on the two female contact pieces 41 is smaller than the thickness of the contact 3 by Yu Xiong. In the closing process, when the transmission shaft 1 drives the male contact 3 to rotate, so that the male contact 3 is inserted between two female contact blocks 41 of the female contact 4, the male contact 3 is extruded into two opposite first contact protrusions 42 to prop open the two female contact blocks 41, and the first contact protrusions 42 on the two female contact blocks 41 are propped against the side wall of the male contact 3; after the abutting spring 51 is further pressed, the abutting spring acts on the female contact block 41 in a reaction mode, so that the female contact block 41 abuts against the fixed plate 21; the second contact projection 43 can abut against the fixing plate 21 by the interference of the first contact projection 42 with the male contact 3. The whole ground knife contact has the advantages of simple structure, few parts, strong economy, strong mechanical property and high reliability.
