By the design, the panel assemblies on the upper side and the lower side are mutually independent, and workers can respectively adjust or maintain parts such as a burner, a valve and the like on the upper part or the lower part of the kiln.
In the panel assembly located at the upper side, the fixed plate 200 is located at the upper side of the movable plate 400. It can be understood that when the movable plate 400 swings downward, the movable plate 400 is pushed to move toward the magnetic support 600, the movable plate 400 is magnetically attracted to the magnetic block 610, and when no external force is applied to push the movable plate 400, the movable plate 400 still keeps abutting against the magnetic support 600, so as to ensure that the movable plate 400 is in a stable closed state.
In the panel assembly located at the lower side, the fixed plate 200 is located at the lower side of the movable plate 400. It can be understood that when the movable plate 400 swings upwards, the magnetic support 600 limits the movable plate 400 to continue to rotate after the movable plate 400 rotates to a certain extent, the movable plate 400 cannot collide with parts on the side wall, and meanwhile, the magnetic blocks 610 enable the movable plate 400 and the magnetic support 600 to attract each other, so that the movable plate 400 is prevented from automatically swinging due to non-human factors such as wind blowing, gravity center and the like, and the burner and the valve are exposed, so that the aesthetic property of the arc-shaped panel of the overturning cladding kiln is poor.
It can be appreciated that, since the connection part of the magnetic bracket 600 and the movable plate 400 is located at the inner side of the movable plate 400, the connection part of the connecting bracket 500 and the movable plate 400 is also located at the inner side of the movable plate 400, and the surface of the movable plate 400 is arc-shaped and smooth, when the kiln is used, the movable plate 400 has a certain temperature under the influence of the heat emitted by the kiln, therefore, a handle can be arranged at the outer side of the movable plate 400, so that a worker can easily and simply turn the movable plate 400 upwards or downwards through the handle.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, for the panel assembly located at the upper side, since there is a gap between two adjacent fixing plates 200, the lower ends of the fixing plates 200 having a small thickness are fixedly connected with the middle bracket 300, and it may occur that all the fixing plates 200 are not in the same plane, affecting the aesthetic appearance, and thus, the upper ends of the fixing plates 200 are provided with the top plate 710, and the top plate 710 and the fixing plates 200 may be fixedly connected by welding or bolting. In some embodiments, a top plate 710 is attached to all of the fixing plates 200. In other embodiments, the top plate 710 is provided in a plurality, each top plate 710 is connected to a plurality of the fixing plates 200, and then the plurality of top plates 710 are connected to each other such that all top plates 710 are flush and all fixing plates 200 are flush.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, for the panel assembly located at the lower side, since there is a gap between two adjacent fixing plates 200, the upper ends of the fixing plates 200 having a small thickness are fixedly connected to the middle bracket 300, and it may occur that all the fixing plates 200 are not on the same plane, and thus the lower ends of the fixing plates 200 are provided with the bottom plates 720, the number of the bottom plates 720 is not limited to one, and the bottom plates 720 are fixedly connected to the plurality of fixing plates 200. By the design, all the bottom plates 720 are flush with each other, all the fixing plates 200 are flush with each other, and the attractiveness of the arc-shaped panel of the overturning coating type kiln is improved.
It will be appreciated that the length of the movable plate 400 is identical to that of the fixed plate 200 in the left-right direction, the number of the movable plates 400 is identical to that of the fixed plate 200, the movable plates 400 and the fixed plates 200 are aligned with each other at the ends where they are close to each other, so that the space between the movable plates 400 and the fixed plates 200 is small, and the movable plates 400 and the fixed plates 200 are aligned in the up-down direction, the front-rear direction and the left-right direction when mounted, as shown in fig. 3.
Further, the upper movable plate 400 and the lower movable plate 400 are arranged at intervals, so that heat of the kiln and overflowed smoke can flow out from the intervals between the upper movable plate 400 and the lower movable plate 400, and heat and smoke are prevented from being accumulated in the fixed plate 200 and the movable plate 400.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shapes of the fixed plate 200 and the movable plate 400 are arc-shaped.
It can be appreciated that the upper end or the lower end of the movable plate 400 has an arc-shaped inner bend, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the movable plate 400 has a curved arc to guide the exhaust gas or heat to flow out, and prevent the heat from accumulating in the arc-shaped panel of the turnover cladding kiln; the movable plate 400 with radian can also completely cover the parts with uneven length, so that the whole kiln is attractive.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the movable plate 400 located at the upper side is bent toward the inner side, and since a space is left between the fixed plate 200 and the fume exhaust side frame 110, the space is continuously reduced by the movable plate 400 bent toward the inner side, and a space is left between the lower end of the movable plate 400 and the kiln body frame 100, and heat supply or fume is dispersed; similarly, the upper end of the movable plate 400 located at the lower side is bent inward, and a space is still provided between the upper end of the movable plate 400 and the kiln body frame 100.
It can be appreciated that, since the fixed plate 200 and the movable plate 400 are vertically corresponding to each other, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixed plate 200 has a portion with an arc, which can smoothly transition to the arc of the movable plate 400, thereby helping to improve the aesthetic property of the arc panel of the turnover cladding kiln.
It will be appreciated that the upper end of the top plate 710 may be curved inwardly, while the lower end of the bottom plate 720 may be curved inwardly.
It will be appreciated that the fixed plate 200 and the movable plate 400 may be provided with heat radiation holes.
While the preferred embodiments of the present utility model have been illustrated and described, the present utility model is not limited to the embodiments, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model, and these are intended to be included in the scope of the present utility model as defined in the appended claims.
