In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cabinet 1 includes a body 14 and a cover 15, one end of the body 14 is opened and formed with a washing drum, the cover 15 is disposed at the open end of the body 14, the cover 15 can close the open end to enclose a closed washing chamber 11, and the cover 15 can be opened to facilitate the placement of laundry.
The machine body 14 may have a structure with a side opening, or may have a structure with a top opening (as shown in fig. 2), where the water inlet 12 is located at a position near the top of the machine body 14 or at the top of the machine body 14 when the machine body 14 has the structure with the side opening; when the body 14 is open at the top, the water inlet 12 is located on the cover 15, or on the side of the body 14 near the open end.
Further, the top of the casing 1 further includes a washing liquid injection port, a hose is disposed in the washing chamber 11, one end of the hose is connected to the washing liquid injection port, and the other end is connected to the washing head 372. Thus, when the clothes to be washed are washed, the washing liquid can be conducted to the washing head 372 along the hose, so that the washing effect of the clothes to be washed is ensured; in addition, since the connection is made through the hose, the movement of the washing head 372 in the washing chamber 11 is facilitated. In order to avoid longer redundancy of the hose in the washing chamber 11, the washing liquid inlet is located centrally in both the longitudinal direction of the first rail 34 and the longitudinal direction of the third rail 36.
The hose is provided with a second electromagnetic valve, and the second electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller, so that the controller controls the second electromagnetic valve to be opened or closed, the hose is connected or disconnected, and then the washing liquid is injected or stopped.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the laundry fixing frame 2 is used for hanging laundry, and the number of laundry to be washed that can be hung by the laundry fixing frame 2 can be designed according to the size of the washing chamber 11 in the casing 1.
In some real-time manner, the laundry rack 2 comprises a plurality of laundry racks arranged within the washing chamber 11, so that laundry hanging on the laundry racks can be immersed in a liquid for washing.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the clothes support of the clothes rack 2 comprises a support 22 and a clothes hanger 23, the support 22 is arranged in the washing chamber 11, the clothes hanger 23 is detachably fixed on the support 22, the clothes hanger 23 comprises a plurality of sections of connecting rods which are connected end to end in sequence, and two adjacent sections of connecting rods are rotatably connected in a damping manner.
The rotatable damping connection mode between two adjacent connecting rods can refer to the related technology, so that different types of clothes to be washed can be hung by adjusting the included angle between two adjacent connecting rods, and the applicability of the clothes hanger 23 is improved.
Wherein the hanger 23 may comprise an odd number of connecting bars. Of course, since the adjacent two sections of the connecting rods can relatively rotate, the number of the connecting rods for hanging the laundry can be adjusted by adjusting the included angle (0 degree or more than 0 degree) formed by the adjacent two sections of the connecting rods. As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the hanger 23 includes five connection bars, and it is assumed that the laundry to be washed is a shirt, at this time, a middle connection bar located at a middle position among the five connection bars is used for supporting a collar portion of the shirt, side connection bars located at both sides of the middle connection bar are used for supporting shoulder portions of the shirt, and end connection bars located at both ends are used for supporting sleeve portions of the shirt.
Optionally, a portion of the plurality of connecting rods may be adjustable in length. Thus, the whole size of the clothes hanger 23 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the connecting rod, so that the same clothes hanger 23 can hang clothes to be washed with different sizes. For example, the length of the connection rod may be extended to hang the laundry of the adult or shortened to hang the laundry of the child.
In some embodiments, when the laundry is washed, the laundry may be further washed by means of rinsing in addition to the washing of the laundry by the washing head 372 included in the washing mechanism 37. The rinsing mode can be embodied in such a way that the clothes fixing frame 2 drives clothes to be washed to rotate in the washing chamber 11, and then the rinsing is realized in a stirring mode.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the washing assembly 3 further comprises a fourth driving mechanism 38, and the laundry holder 2 comprises a turntable 21 in addition to the laundry rack; the fourth driving mechanism 38 is provided with a driving end, the fourth driving mechanism 38 is fixed at the bottom of the machine shell 1, and the driving end extends into the washing chamber 11; the turntable 21 is positioned at the bottom of the washing chamber 11 and is fixedly connected with the driving end, and the fourth driving mechanism 38 is used for driving the turntable 21 to rotate; the laundry rack is fixed to the turntable 21. In combination with the above-described case where the laundry stand includes the supporting frame 22 and the hanger 23, the supporting frame 22 is fixed to the turntable 21.
In this way, the fourth driving mechanism 38 can be controlled to drive the turntable 21 to rotate, and the clothes to be washed are further driven to rotate by the clothes support, so that the rinsing of the clothes to be washed is realized, and the washing efficiency is improved; in addition, since the fourth driving mechanism 38 is located at the bottom of the cabinet 1, the laundry to be washed is rotated while being in a hanging state, and the accumulation of the laundry to be washed is avoided.
Wherein, in combination with the above, the controller is electrically connected with the fourth driving mechanism 38, so that the fourth driving mechanism 38 is controlled by the controller to realize the rotation of the turntable 21. In addition, the fourth driving mechanism 38 drives the turntable 21 to rotate, so that not only rinsing of the clothes to be washed but also spin-drying of the clothes to be washed can be realized, and residual water stains on the clothes to be washed are reduced.
Wherein, the casing 1 has a mounting chamber below the washing chamber 11, the mounting chamber has a through hole communicated with the washing chamber 11, the fourth driving mechanism 38 is mounted in the mounting chamber, and the driving end of the fourth driving mechanism 38 passes through the through hole to extend into the washing chamber 11 and is fixedly connected with the turntable 21.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the laundry is hung on the laundry holder 2, the laundry may be hung on all the hangers 23, or the laundry may be hung on a part of the hangers 23 in combination with the above.
When the clothes to be washed are hung on all the clothes hangers 23, the cleaning mechanism 37 can be controlled to move according to a substrate mode, so that the clothes to be washed are washed; in order to prevent the washing mechanism 37 from moving in the region of the hanger 23 where the laundry is not hung when the laundry is hung on a part of the hangers 23, in some embodiments, an identification tag may be attached to the hanger 23 where the laundry is hung, and at this time, reading may be performed by an electronic reader/writer, and when the identification tag is read, it is determined that the laundry is hung on the current hanger 23, and then the washing mechanism 37 is controlled to move in the region of the hanger 23; when the identification tag is not read, it is determined that the clothes to be washed is suspended above the current clothes hanger 23, and then the washing mechanism 37 is controlled to move in the area of the clothes hanger 23.
In other embodiments, the washing machine 10 further includes a distance sensor fixed in the washing chamber 11, and a distance detection direction of the distance sensor is parallel to a length direction of the first slide rail 34.
Wherein, in combination with the above-mentioned controller, the distance sensor is electrically connected with the controller, so that the distance between the outermost laundry and the wall of the washing chamber 11 can be detected by the distance sensor, and the position of the outermost laundry can be determined by the detected distance, thereby reducing the moving area of the cleaning mechanism 37 and improving the washing efficiency.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for the first driving mechanism 31, the second driving mechanism 32 and the third driving mechanism 33 included in the cleaning assembly 3, the first driving mechanism 31 is used for driving the second sliding rail 35 to move along the length direction of the first sliding rail 34 (i.e. the width direction W of the casing 1), the second driving mechanism 32 is used for driving the third sliding rail 36 to move along the length direction of the second sliding rail 35 (i.e. the height direction S of the casing 1), and the third driving mechanism 33 is used for driving the sliding block 371 to move along the length direction of the third sliding rail 36 (i.e. the length direction L of the casing 1).
Wherein, the slider 371 is slidably limited on the third sliding rail 36. As such, the third slide rail 36 only needs to be capable of meeting the movable limit of the slide cover, and as shown in fig. 4, for example, the third slide rail 36 may be formed by a straight rod.
The third sliding rail 36 is slidably limited on the second sliding rail 35. At this time, one end of the third sliding rail 36 may be slidably limited on the second sliding rail 35, and the other end of the third sliding rail 36 is a free end; as shown in fig. 4, one end of the third sliding rail 36 may be slidably limited on the second sliding rail 35, and the other end of the third sliding rail 36 may be slidably limited synchronously, so as to improve the stability of limiting the third sliding rail 36.
When the third sliding rail 36 has a free end, the second sliding rail 35 may be formed by a straight rod; when both ends of the third sliding rail 36 are slidably limited, as shown in fig. 4, the second sliding rail 35 may be formed by relatively disposing one of two straight bars on the rectangular frame.
The second sliding rail 35 is slidably limited on the first sliding rail 34. At this time, one end of the second slide rail 35 may be slidably limited on the first slide rail 34, and the other end of the second slide rail 35 is a free end; as shown in fig. 4, one end of a straight rod parallel to the second slide rail 35 and having an integral structure may be slidably retained on the first slide rail 34, and the other end may be a free end.
When one end of the second sliding rail 35 is slidably connected with the first sliding rail 34, the first sliding rail 34 can be formed by a straight rod; when one end of a straight rod parallel to the second slide rail 35 is slidably connected with the first slide rail 34, in order to ensure the slidable limit of the second slide rail 35, the first slide rail 34 may be formed by arranging one of the two straight rods on a rectangular frame, and one end of the second slide rail 35 is slidably limited on the other of the two straight rods.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the specific configurations of the first driving mechanism 31, the second driving mechanism 32, and the third driving mechanism 33 may be the same or different, and only the first driving mechanism 31 will be explained as an example.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the first driving mechanism 31 includes a driving motor 311 and a rack 312, the rack 312 is fixed on the first sliding rail 34, and the two are parallel in length direction, the driving motor 311 is fixed on the second sliding rail 35, and an output end of the driving motor 311 is meshed with the rack 312. Thus, after the driving motor 311 is controlled to start, the output shaft of the driving motor 311 rotates relative to the rack 312 and synchronously moves along the length direction of the rack 312, so that the driving motor 311 and the second slide rail 35 synchronously move along the length direction of the first slide rail 34 under the condition that the position of the rack 312 is fixed.
In other embodiments, the first driving mechanism 31 includes a driving motor 311 and a driving screw, the driving screw is fixed on the first sliding rail 34, the length direction of the driving screw is parallel to the length direction of the first sliding rail 34, one end of the driving screw is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor 311, the other end of the driving screw is in threaded connection with one end of the second sliding rail 35, and the second sliding rail 35 is limited on the first sliding rail 34 along the circumferential direction of the driving screw. Thus, after the driving motor 311 is controlled to start, the driving motor 311 drives the driving screw to synchronously rotate, and as the second slide rail 35 is limited on the first slide rail 34 along the circumferential direction of the driving screw, the movement of the second slide rail 35 along the length direction of the driving screw, that is, the movement along the length direction of the first slide rail 34 can be realized in the screw screwing or unscrewing process.
In still other embodiments, the first driving mechanism 31 includes a driving motor 311, an auxiliary roller 313 and a conveyor belt 314, the driving motor 311 and the auxiliary roller 313 are fixed at two ends of the first sliding rail 34, an output shaft of the driving motor 311 is parallel to the auxiliary roller 313 and perpendicular to the length direction of the first sliding rail 34, the conveyor belt 314 is wound around the output shaft of the driving motor 311 and the auxiliary roller 313, and the conveyor belt 314 is fixedly connected with the second sliding rail 35. Thus, after the driving motor 311 is controlled to start, the driving motor 311 drives the conveyor belt 314 to rotate, and then drives the second slide rail 35 to move along the length direction of the conveyor belt 314, i.e. along the length direction of the first slide rail 34.
In combination with the above, the driving motor 311 is electrically connected to the controller, so that the controller controls the driving motor 311 to start or stop, thereby realizing the reciprocating movement of the second slide rail 35 along the length direction of the first slide rail 34.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the third driving mechanism 33 includes a driving motor 311, an auxiliary roller 313, and a conveyor belt 314, and the connection relationship may be described with reference to the above-described embodiments, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cleaning mechanism 37 may include one or two cleaning heads 372. When the cleaning mechanism 37 includes a cleaning head 372, the cleaning head 372 is rotatably fixed to the slider 371, so that after the cleaning head 372 finishes cleaning the laundry on one side, the cleaning head 372 is controlled to rotate 180 degrees and then the laundry on the other side is cleaned. When the washing mechanism 37 includes two washing heads 372, laundry on both sides can be washed simultaneously by the two washing heads 372, thereby improving washing efficiency.
Wherein, the washing head 372 may be mounted at one side of the slider 371 in the length direction of the first rail 34 (i.e., the width direction W of the cabinet 1). Of course, the washing head 372 may be mounted on one side of the slider 371 in the length direction of the second rail 35 (i.e., the height direction S of the cabinet 1), or on one side of the slider 371 in the length direction of the third rail 36 (i.e., the length direction L of the cabinet 1), as long as the washing head 372 is capable of washing laundry, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Alternatively, in case the washing head 372 is rotatable, the washing head 372 is fixed to the slider 371 by a rotating motor electrically connected to a controller so as to control the rotation of the rotating motor by the controller to achieve synchronous rotation of the washing head 372.
In the disclosed embodiment, the cleaning head 372 includes at least one of a bristle brush, a soft brush, an ultrasonic generator, and the like. When the washing head 372 comprises one of the washing tools such as a bristle brush, a soft brush, an ultrasonic generator, etc., the washing head 372 is detachably fixed on the slider 371, so that the damage to the material of the laundry is avoided by replacing the washing head 372 (i.e., the washing tool) when the laundry of different materials is washed. When the washing head 372 comprises a plurality of washing tools such as a bristle brush, a soft brush, an ultrasonic generator and the like, the washing head 372 is rotatably arranged on the sliding block 371, so that when different materials of clothes to be washed are washed, the washing tools can be replaced by rotating the washing head 372, and the damage to the materials of the clothes to be washed is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the laundry to be washed is hung on the laundry holder 2, the washing of the laundry to be washed may be achieved by the omni-directional movement directly through the washing mechanism 37. Of course, the washing of the laundry may be achieved by controlling the washing mechanism 37 to move in an area corresponding to the laundry (orthographic projection of the laundry in the length direction of the first slide rail 34) by the edge information of the laundry. And in combination with the edge information of the laundry, the moving range of the washing mechanism 37 can be narrowed, thereby facilitating improvement of washing efficiency.
When the washing mechanism 37 is used for washing the clothes to be washed, the second sliding rail 35 can be controlled to move to the position of the clothes to be washed according to the edge information of the clothes to be washed, and then the second driving mechanism 32 and the third driving mechanism 33 are used for driving the washing mechanism 37 to move in the corresponding area of the clothes to be washed, so that the clothes to be washed are washed.
Wherein, the edge information of the clothes to be washed can be obtained in two ways. In the first mode, before the laundry is put into the washing chamber 11 of the cabinet 1, photographing the laundry, and determining edge information of the laundry according to the photographed image; in the second mode, photographing the laundry before the washing chamber 11 is filled with water for washing, and determining edge information of the laundry according to the photographed image.
For the second mode, as shown in fig. 4, the cleaning mechanism further includes a light supplementing lamp 374 and a camera 373, and the light supplementing lamp 374 and the camera 373 are fixed to one side of the slider 371 along the length direction of the first rail 34. Thus, after the laundry is photographed by the camera 373, the photographed image may be analyzed to obtain the edge information of the laundry. In addition, due to the arrangement of the light supplementing lamp 374, the camera 373 can clearly shoot images of the clothes to be washed under the light supplementing effect, so that darker light in the washing chamber 11 is avoided, and the accuracy of edge information of the clothes to be washed is ensured.
When the laundry is washed conventionally, only the edge information of the laundry is required to be determined, so that only one camera 373 is required to be mounted on the slider 371, and when the dirt area on the laundry is washed, two cameras 373 or one camera 373 can be mounted on the slider 371.
For the case of installing two cameras 373, the slider 372 is fixed with first camera and second camera respectively along the length direction's of first slide rail 34 both sides, so, to the clothing of waiting to wash of slider 371 both sides, can take a picture respectively to the clothing of waiting to wash of both sides through first camera, second camera simultaneously. For the condition of installing a camera 373, the camera 373 is rotatable to be fixed on the slider 371, so, to the clothing of waiting to wash of slider 371 piece both sides, can take a picture the back to the clothing of waiting to wash of slider 371 one side at camera 373, control camera 373 and rotate 180 degrees, take a picture the clothing of waiting to wash of slider 371 opposite side again.
It should be noted that after the edge information on the laundry is determined in the two ways, the boundary information of the stains on the laundry can be further determined, so that when the laundry is washed, the stain areas on the laundry are subjected to important washing according to the boundary information of the stains, thereby ensuring the washing effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the washing machine 10 further includes a drying assembly 4; the shell 1 is provided with a drying chamber 16 and an air duct 17 which is communicated with the drying chamber 16 and the washing chamber 11; the drying assembly 4 is provided with a hot air port, the drying assembly 4 is fixed in the drying chamber 16, and the hot air port faces to the air inlet of the air duct 17.
Thus, through the setting of the drying component 4, the drying treatment of the clothes to be washed can be realized under the action of the hot air flow generated by the drying component 4, thereby further improving the versatility of the washing machine 10 and reducing the subsequent operation of hanging clothes and airing by people.
Optionally, the bottom of the casing 1 is provided with a plurality of air outlets 18, and the air outlets 18 are communicated with the washing chamber 11 and the drying chamber 16, so that hot air flow generated by the drying assembly 4 enters the washing chamber 11 along the plurality of air outlets 18 at the bottom of the casing 1. Or in combination with the above-mentioned case that the clothes fixing frame 2 includes the rotary table 21, as shown in fig. 5 or fig. 6, the rotary table 21 has a plurality of air outlets 18, and the air outlets 18 are communicated with the air duct 17 and the washing chamber 11, so that the hot air flow generated by the drying assembly 4 enters the washing chamber 11 along the plurality of air outlets 18 on the rotary table 21.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the drying assembly 4 includes an airflow fan 41, a heating module 42, and a ventilation duct 43; the air flow fan 41 is fixedly connected with the heating module 42, the heating module 42 is fixedly connected with a first port of the ventilating duct 43, and a second port of the ventilating duct 43 faces the air inlet of the air duct 17. In this way, the heat generated by the heating module 42 during operation can flow to the air duct 17 along the ventilation duct 43 under the action of the air flow fan 41, and then flow to the washing chamber 11 along the plurality of air outlets 18, so as to dry the laundry.
The air flow fan 41 may be a conventional fan, so long as the flow of fluid can be promoted, and the air inlet side of the air flow fan 41 may be connected to the external environment, so as to avoid the problem of negative pressure. The heating module 42 may be a PCT heater or the like.
For the above-mentioned case that the drying chamber 16 is communicated with the washing chamber 11 through the air duct 17, in order to prevent the liquid in the washing chamber 11 from flowing into the air duct 17, optionally, a one-way valve is disposed at a position of the air duct 17 near the air outlet 18, so as to realize one-way circulation of hot air flow through one-way conduction of the one-way valve, and simultaneously prevent the liquid from flowing into the air duct 17 along the air outlet 18.
Of course, an air duct drain pipe 19 may be disposed in the air duct 17, that is, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the washing machine 10 further includes the air duct drain pipe 19, the air duct drain pipe 19 is disposed in the air duct 17, and one end of the air duct drain pipe 19 is selectively connected to or disconnected from the drain port 13. Thus, when the liquid in the washing chamber 11 flows into the air duct 17 along the air outlet 18, the liquid in the air duct 17 can be discharged outwards through the air duct drain pipe 19, so that accumulation of the liquid in the air duct 17 is avoided.
