The handle assembly (100) of a cloth cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein a steam flow passage (11) and a dust collection pipeline (12) are arranged in the handle member (10), the handle member (10) is communicated with the cleaning accessory (20) in a region corresponding to the steam mopping part (22), the steam flow passage (11) and the steam mopping part (22) are oppositely arranged and are communicated with each other, and the dust collection pipeline (12) is bent forward towards one end of the cleaning accessory (20) and is communicated with the dust collection part (21).
