It should be noted that the downstream condensation cavity and the collection cavity are integrated in the waste water box 35, and the high-temperature steam is directly contacted with and condensed with the condensed water in the waste water box 35, so that water-cooling condensation can be realized, and the condensation effect is better.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waste water box 35 is detachably or drawably connected to the base 40. In this way, the convenience of the disassembly of the waste water box 35 on the base 40 can be improved, and the waste water box 35 can be directly disassembled when the waste water box 35 is fully collected or the waste water box 35 needs to be cleaned.

Therefore, the upper condensation cavity and the lower condensation cavity are communicated through the lower connecting pipe 37, condensed water generated by the upper condensation cavity and steam which is not completely condensed can be guided to the waste water box 35 through the lower connecting pipe 37, further condensation in the lower condensation cavity is achieved, the condensation effect of the waste gas condensation assembly 30 is improved, the lower connecting pipe 37 is arranged in the base 40, the attractiveness of the cooking utensil 100 can be improved, the drawing support box 36 is arranged, the structural strength and the stability of the base 40 are improved, and meanwhile, the drawing of the waste water box 35 on the base 40 can be smooth and reliable.
As shown in fig. 3, the exhaust condensing assembly 30 further includes: the switch valve 38, the switch valve 38 is arranged at the pipe orifice of the lower connecting pipe 37 connected with the drawing support box 36, and the waste water box 35 is provided with a trigger part for opening the switch valve 38.
Specifically, the switch valve 38 is configured as a one-way valve, and is turned off toward the waste water box 35, when the waste water box 35 is removed, the one-way valve is closed, so that steam and condensed water in the lower connecting pipe 37 and the upstream condensing cavity can be prevented from flowing out, and after the waste water box 35 is placed, the trigger part on the waste water box 35 opens the one-way valve, so that the steam and the condensed water can normally flow into the waste water box 35, and further condensation of the condensed water and the steam can be realized.
Further, a second rib 352 is disposed in the downstream condensing chamber.
Wherein, the second rib 352 may be formed on the bottom wall, the top wall or the side wall of the waste water box 35 to increase the heat exchange area in the waste water box 35, so as to fully condense the steam.
Further, a handle portion is provided on the waste water box 35. Thereby, the waste water box 35 can be taken more simply and conveniently.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the collection chamber also has an air pressure equalizing port 351 that communicates with the outside.

It should be noted that, the volume of the waste water box 35 is not less than 1/3 of the volume of the water tank 20, and the waste water box 35 with more reasonable volume can accommodate more condensed water, avoid the overflow of the condensed water, and improve the use experience of the cooking utensil 100.
It will be appreciated that the exhaust condensing assembly 30 of the present embodiment may be configured as follows: a first secondary condensation structure in which the upper connecting pipe 32, the heat exchange pipe 31 and the lower connecting pipe 37 are communicated with the waste water box 35, and a second secondary condensation structure in which the upper connecting pipe 32, the second condensation cavity and the lower connecting pipe 37 are communicated with the waste water box 35; or a three-stage condensation structure in which the upper connecting pipe 32, the heat exchange pipe 31, the second condensation chamber and the lower connecting pipe 37 are communicated with the waste water box 35.
The first secondary condensation structure is suitable for short-time steaming, the second secondary condensation structure is suitable for slow steaming with low fire, and the three-stage condensation structure is preferably suitable for various steaming functions, but all three are optional implementation forms and fall into the scope of the technical scheme claimed by the utility model.

3. Cooking appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that the heat exchange tube (31) is located inside the water tank (20), both ends of the heat exchange tube (31) being connected to the tank wall of the water tank (20);
