一种新型的用于连接聚乙烯(PE)管的接头装 置。分成一个管节和两个紧箍共三个部件。它改变 了目前普遍采用的铁丝捆绑连接的原始方式，也比国 外同类型产品，简单实用价廉。美观而又消除了铁丝 锈蚀后造成脱接的隐患。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于连接聚乙烯（PE）管的接头装置。现有的聚乙烯（PE）管接头，两端为均匀直径，各有2～3道齿坎，俗称“马牙”。使用时，先将待接管端头加热，然后将接头插入管内，仍后在管外壁相应齿坎的位置上，趁管壁尚热软之际，用10＃铁丝捆绑。另一端也用同样方法处理。这种连接方法的优点是简单和价廉，但缺点也是明显的：
①管道长年埋于地下，年久铁丝锈蚀，有可能造成接头的松脱。
②外观形象差，用铁丝“五花大绑”，给人以凑合的感觉。
国外的聚乙烯（PE）管接头，虽已摒弃了铁丝捆绑，但是其接头结构复杂。由七个部件组成。
本实用新型的目的，就是要设计出一种既不用铁丝捆绑，又要尽可能简便实用的聚乙烯（PE）管的连接装置。它是通过以下的设计形式来实现的。现结合附图说明本实用新型的细节。
附图为一新型聚乙烯（PE）管接头装置的侧剖面图，它由一个管节1和两个紧箍2共三个部件组成。1和2用螺纹连接。图中可以看到聚乙烯（PE）管3通过加热后紧套在管节1的锥形齿坎上，紧箍2通过内壁的螺纹与管节1连接，因而紧箍2沿管节1的锥面推进，使紧箍2和管节1的间隙，由大变小，并用内套边沿的突肋，将聚乙烯（PE）管3与管节1紧密连接成一体。

  1. 用于连接聚乙烯(PE)管的接头装置，其特征在于：
    ①管节两端呈园锥形，齿坎分布在锥体上。
    ②紧箍内壁的园套部分有螺纹与管节连接，并通过锥形内套的突肋，将待接聚乙烯(PE)管头紧夹在管节的齿坎上。
