Description

Cleaning device and rolling brush assembly
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a cleaning device and a rolling brush assembly.
Background
The cleaning robot with cleaning functions such as floor washing, sweeping, mopping and the like can replace a user to perform cleaning work such as floor cleaning and the like, brings convenience to the user, and is widely applied. The cleaning robot generally performs a cleaning work using a roll brush, which is disposed in a roll brush chamber inside the cleaning robot. The cleaning robot seals the dust suction port formed at the roll brush cavity generally by means of a front surrounding glue, so that the cleaning robot can efficiently absorb dirt.
However, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the dust collection port, a small ground clearance of the surrounding rubber is generally required, which means that the surrounding rubber is easily extruded to the rolling brush to interfere with the rolling brush under the action of negative pressure of dust collection airflow, so that the sealing effect of the surrounding rubber is poor. In order to avoid the interference between the surrounding rubber and the rolling brush, the ground clearance of the surrounding rubber is required to be larger, and the sealing effect of the surrounding rubber is also reduced. The foregoing factors result in poor cleaning performance of current cleaning robots.

In one embodiment, the cleaning device 10 is used to clean a surface 20 to be cleaned. The cleaning device 10 may be a cleaning robot or the like having cleaning functions such as washing, sweeping, mopping, etc., and the cleaning device 10 is capable of automatically moving over the surface 20 to be cleaned to perform cleaning work on the surface 20 to be cleaned. Of course, the cleaning device 10 may be a hand-held floor cleaning machine having cleaning functions such as floor cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc., and the user may push the cleaning device 10 to move over the surface 20 to be cleaned by holding the cleaning device 10, so as to perform cleaning on the surface 20 to be cleaned, which is not limited herein. The following description is given by way of example, and not limitation, of the cleaning apparatus 10 being a cleaning robot. The surface 20 to be cleaned may be a floor, a carpet surface, or a surface of another object to be cleaned.
The cleaning device 10 includes a device body 11. The device body 11, as the name implies, is the body portion of the cleaning device 10 for carrying the remaining components of the cleaning device 10. The apparatus body 11 is capable of moving on the surface 20 to be cleaned, and specifically, a moving mechanism such as a roller, a track wheel, etc. may be provided on the apparatus body 11 to support the apparatus body 11 to move on the surface 20 to be cleaned. The apparatus main body 11 has a front end 11a and a rear end 11b in the traveling direction (as indicated by an arrow X in fig. 2, the apparatus main body 11 moves forward, i.e., the apparatus main body 11 moves toward the front end 11a, and the apparatus main body 11 moves backward, i.e., the apparatus main body 11 moves toward the rear end 11b. The apparatus body 11 further includes a roll brush chamber 111.
The cleaning device 10 further comprises a first roller brush 30, the first roller brush 30 being arranged in the roller brush chamber 111. The first roller brush 30 can abut against the surface 20 to be cleaned to sweep the surface 20 to be cleaned. Specifically, the first rolling brush 30 is capable of rotating around its central axis, thereby cleaning the surface 20 to be cleaned.
Further, the first roll brush 30 includes a first roll brush body 31 and a first cleaning member 32. The first rolling brush body 31 is rotatably provided in the rolling brush chamber 111, that is, the first rolling brush body 31 can rotate around its central axis. The first cleaning member 32 is provided on the outer periphery of the first rolling brush body 31, and the first cleaning member 32 can abut against the surface 20 to be cleaned to clean the surface 20 to be cleaned. The first cleaning member 32 can rotate along with the first rolling brush main body 31, and when the first cleaning member 32 sweeps across the surface 20 to be cleaned, the surface 20 to be cleaned can be cleaned, so that the surface 20 to be cleaned can be cleaned.
The cleaning device 10 further includes a second rolling brush member 40, where the second rolling brush member 40 is disposed in the rolling brush chamber 111, specifically, the second rolling brush member 40 is near the rear end 11b relative to the first rolling brush member 30, and the second rolling brush member 40 and the first rolling brush member 30 are spaced apart from each other. The second roller brush 40 can abut against the surface 20 to be cleaned to sweep the surface 20 to be cleaned. Specifically, the second rolling brush 40 is capable of rotating around its central axis, thereby cleaning the surface 20 to be cleaned.
Further, the second roll brush 40 includes a second roll brush body 41 and a second cleaning member 42. The second rolling brush body 41 is rotatably provided in the rolling brush chamber 111, that is, the second rolling brush body 41 can rotate around its central axis. The second cleaning member 42 is provided on the outer periphery of the second rolling brush body 41, and the second cleaning member 42 can abut against the surface 20 to be cleaned to clean the surface 20 to be cleaned. The second cleaning member 42 can rotate along with the second rolling brush main body 41, and when the second cleaning member 42 sweeps across the surface 20 to be cleaned, the surface 20 to be cleaned can be cleaned, and then the surface 20 to be cleaned can be cleaned.
In this embodiment, the first rolling brush 30 and the device body 11 are combined and surrounded to form a dust collection opening 12 facing the surface 20 to be cleaned, the dust collection opening 12 is disposed opposite to the second rolling brush 40, and the dust collection opening 12 is used for absorbing dirt on the surface 20 to be cleaned. The first and second rolling brush members 30 and 40 of the present embodiment are sequentially spaced apart in a direction from the front end 11a toward the rear end 11b of the apparatus body 11. The first rolling brush 30 is arranged around the device main body 11 at the rear of the first rolling brush, so that a dust collection opening 12 is formed, and the first rolling brush 30 is abutted against the surface 20 to be cleaned, so that the sealing performance of the dust collection opening 12 can be ensured. In addition, the first rolling brush member 30 and the second rolling brush member 40 are spaced from each other, that is, the first rolling brush member 30 is not affected by the negative pressure of the dust collection opening 12 but interferes with the second rolling brush member 40, so that the problem of interference between the surrounding glue and the rolling brush in the prior art is avoided, meaning that the cleaning device 10 of the embodiment can efficiently absorb dirt through the dust collection opening 12, and thus the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 10 can be improved.
In particular, the present embodiment ensures the sealing performance of the dust collection port 12 by the first rolling brush member 30, so that the cleaning device 10 can efficiently clean the long and thin dirt such as the hair, the fiber, the thread end, etc. of the human or animal; the first rolling brush 30 can clean and absorb large-particle dirt to the dust collection port 12. In other words, the cleaning device 10 of the present embodiment can simultaneously clean elongated dirt and large particle dirt, and especially can improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 10 of the present embodiment on the carpet surface waiting cleaning surface 20.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned dust collection opening 12 is disposed opposite to the second rolling brush 40, and specifically, the front projection of the dust collection opening 12 on the surface 20 to be cleaned and the front projection of the second rolling brush 40 on the surface 20 to be cleaned overlap each other.
In one embodiment, the device body 11 also has a dust collection channel 112, the dust collection channel 112 being in fluid communication with the roller brush chamber 111. The dust collection channel 112 may be connected to a negative pressure generating device, such as a negative pressure fan, where the negative pressure generating device creates a negative pressure environment in the roller brush cavity 111 through the dust collection channel 112, so that dirt on the surface 20 to be cleaned is recovered through the dust collection port 12, the roller brush cavity 111 and the dust collection channel 112 in sequence under the action of negative pressure.
The dust suction passage 112 is located near the rear end 11b of the apparatus body 11 with respect to the second rolling brush 40. The dirt is transported towards the dust collection channel 112 via the first and second roller brush members 30, 40 in turn, and is then absorbed by the dust collection channel 112. The first rolling brush 30 can clean dirt into the dust collection opening 12, and then the second rolling brush 40 can convey the dirt cleaned by the first rolling brush 30 into the dust collection opening 12 towards the dust collection channel 112 to be absorbed through the dust collection channel 112, that is, the first rolling brush 30 and the second rolling brush 40 form a relay effect in the dirt cleaning process, so that the dust collection channel 112 can efficiently absorb the dirt. Of course, dirt in the suction opening 12 may also be directly absorbed by the suction channel 112.
Further, the turning direction of the first rolling brush member 30 is the same as the turning direction of the second rolling brush member 40, so that the first rolling brush member 30 and the second rolling brush member 40 can form a relay effect, i.e., dirt can be conveyed toward the dust suction passage 112 via the first rolling brush member 30 and the second rolling brush member 40 in sequence. For example, in fig. 2, the first and second roller brush members 30 and 40 are each rotated clockwise, so that the dirt is sequentially transferred toward the dust suction passage 112 via the first and second roller brush members 30 and 40.
Further, the rolling brush chamber 111 is divided into a first sub-chamber 1111 and a second sub-chamber 1112 in the traveling direction of the apparatus main body 11 described above. The first rolling brush member 30 is disposed in the first sub-chamber 1111 and the second rolling brush member 40 is disposed in the second sub-chamber 1112 such that the first rolling brush member 30 and the second rolling brush member 40 are spaced apart from each other. Also, the suction channel 112 is in fluid communication with the second subchamber 1112, the suction channel 112 being in particular located on the side of the second subchamber 1112 facing away from the first subchamber 1111.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a first rolling brush of the present application, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a cross-section of the first rolling brush in the direction B-B shown in fig. 4, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the first rolling brush of the present application.
In one embodiment, the first cleaning member 32 of the first roller brush 30 may be at least one of soft bristles and flocked bundles. During the cleaning of the surface 20 to be cleaned, the first cleaning member 32 can abut against the surface 20 to be cleaned, so that the sealing performance of the dust collection opening 12 can be ensured by the first rolling brush 30.
Fig. 4 and 5 exemplarily show a case where the first cleaning member 32 is soft flock, and the first cleaning member 32 is provided at opposite sides of the first rolling brush body 31. Fig. 6 exemplarily illustrates a case where the first cleaning member 32 is a bristle bundle, the outer circumference of the first rolling brush body 31 has a plurality of bristle bundles, each bristle bundle is sequentially and alternately distributed along the circumference of the first rolling brush body 31, and each bristle bundle in each bristle bundle is spirally and alternately distributed along the central axis of the first rolling brush body 31.
The second cleaning member 42 of the second roller brush 40 may be a cortical cleaning strip. In the case where the surface 20 to be cleaned is a carpet surface, the second rolling brush 40 plays a role of beating carpet dust by the second cleaning member 42 during cleaning of the carpet, and further, the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 10 can be improved.
Please continue to refer to fig. 3. In an embodiment, the cleaning device 10 further includes a sealing strip 13, the sealing strip 13 is disposed on a surface of the device body 11 facing the surface 20 to be cleaned, and the sealing strip 13 is disposed around the periphery of the dust collection opening 12. The sealing strip 13 and the first rolling brush 30 are both arranged on the periphery of the dust collection opening 12 in a surrounding manner, and the sealing strip 13 is used for improving the sealing performance of the dust collection opening 12 on the basis of the first rolling brush 30, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 10 can be further improved.
For example, the dust collection opening 12 has a sealing strip 13 on a side near the rear end 11b of the device body 11, and the dust collection opening 12 also has sealing strips 13 on two sides in a direction perpendicular to the travelling direction, the first rolling brush 30 is near the front end 11a of the device body 11 relative to the dust collection opening 12, and the sealing strips 13 and the first rolling brush 30 cooperate to surround the dust collection opening 12, so as to improve the sealing performance of the dust collection opening 12.
Please continue to refer to fig. 5. In an embodiment, the cleaning device 10 further comprises a cutter assembly 14, the first and/or second roller brush members 30, 40 being provided with the cutter assembly 14. The cutter assembly 14 is used to cut the windings (e.g., human or animal hair, fibers, thread ends, etc. elongated dirt) on the roll brush member upon which it is positioned to cut longer windings into shorter fragments, thereby facilitating cleaning of the windings on the roll brush member to improve the cleaning efficiency of the windings on the roll brush member.
The cutting tool assembly 14 includes at least one tool (e.g., first and second tools 141, 142, etc., hereinafter) that is used to cut the windings. The cleaning device 10 further comprises a cutter drive assembly 15, the cutter drive assembly 15 being in driving connection with the cutters of the cutter assembly 14 for driving the cutters to cut the windings on the roll brush.
For example, fig. 2 and 5 exemplarily show that the first rolling brush 30 is provided with the cutting tool assembly 14, and the second rolling brush 40 is not provided with the cutting tool assembly 14. The second roller brush 40 may be selected according to the actual requirements, and the cutting tool assembly 14 is not limited herein.
The cutting tool assembly 14 specifically includes a first tool 141 and a second tool 142 in a stacked arrangement. Cutter drive assembly 15 is drivingly connected to first cutter 141 and/or second cutter 142 to drive relative movement between first cutter 141 and second cutter 142 such that first cutter 141 and second cutter 142 cooperate to cut the winding. In particular, cutter drive assembly 15 may drive first cutter 141 to reciprocate relative to second cutter 142 such that first cutter 141 and second cutter 142 efficiently cut the windings. The principle of the tool driving assembly 15 driving the first tool 141 to reciprocate is understood by those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
Please continue to refer to fig. 1 and 2. In an embodiment, the cleaning device 10 further includes a first driving assembly 16, where the first driving assembly 16 is in driving connection with the first rolling brush 30, and the first driving assembly 16 is used to drive the first rolling brush 30 to rotate, so that the first rolling brush 30 can clean the surface 20 to be cleaned. The cleaning device 10 further includes a second driving assembly 17, where the second driving assembly 17 is in transmission connection with the second rolling brush 40, and the second driving assembly 17 is used to drive the second rolling brush 40 to rotate, so that the second rolling brush 40 can clean the surface 20 to be cleaned.
The first driving assembly 16 and the second driving assembly 17 are independent from each other, that is, the process of driving the first rolling brush member 30 by the first driving assembly 16 and the process of driving the second rolling brush member 40 by the second driving assembly 17 are independent from each other and do not affect each other. In other words, the first and second rolling brush members 30 and 40 of the present embodiment are independently driven, respectively. In particular, in the case that the first rolling brush member 30 is provided with the cutter assembly 14 in the above embodiment, the first rolling brush member 30 can be controlled to stop rotating during the carpet cleaning process of the cleaning device 10, and the first rolling brush member 30 can be stopped rotating at a position where the cutter assembly 14 does not interfere with the carpet, so that the cutter assembly 14 on the first rolling brush member 30 can be prevented from cutting the carpet, and the second rolling brush member 40 can be normally driven to rotate to clean the carpet.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, for cleaning devices 10 that are not used to clean carpets, the first and second roller brush members 30, 40 are allowed to share the same set of driving components, and the first and second roller brush members 30, 40 are linked by the same set of driving components to synchronously drive the first and second roller brush members 30, 40 for rotation, which is not limited herein.
Please continue to refer to fig. 3. In one embodiment, the cleaning apparatus 10 further includes a first cleaning member 18, the first cleaning member 18 is disposed in the roller brush cavity 111, and the first cleaning member 18 interferes with the first roller brush 30, and the first cleaning member 18 is used to strip dirt on the first roller brush 30. And/or the cleaning device 10 further comprises a second cleaning member 19, the second cleaning member 19 is arranged in the rolling brush cavity 111, the second cleaning member 19 interferes with the second rolling brush 40, and the second cleaning member 19 is used for stripping dirt on the second rolling brush 40. Fig. 3 illustrates an exemplary cleaning device 10 including a first cleaning member 18 and a second cleaning member 19, by way of example only, and not by way of limitation.
During the cleaning of the surface 20 by the first roller brush 30, dirt on the surface 20 to be cleaned may adhere to the first roller brush 30. Since the first cleaning member 18 interferes with the first roller brush 30, the first cleaning member 18 can peel off dirt adhering to the first roller brush 30 during rotation of the first roller brush 30 so that the dirt is further absorbed by the dust suction passage 112.
