Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a clothes treatment device, which can be a washing machine such as a single-drum washing machine, a double-drum washing machine or a multi-drum washing machine. The laundry treating apparatus may be a clothes dryer or a washing and drying integrated machine having both washing and drying functions, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the laundry treating apparatus shown in fig. 1 after removing a casing, and fig. 3 is a sectional view of the laundry treating apparatus shown in fig. 2 along A-A direction after removing the casing. The laundry treating apparatus may include a cabinet 100, a drum assembly 200, a cabinet door 300, a cooling device 400, and a heating device 500. The drum assembly 200 is disposed in the cabinet 100 for accommodating laundry to be treated. The cabinet door 300 is rotatably coupled with the cabinet 100 to open or close the drum assembly 200. The cooling device 400 is disposed in the cabinet 100 for cooling an end of the drum assembly 200 remote from the cabinet door 300. The heating device 500 is disposed in the cabinet door 300 to heat the drum assembly 200.
It can be appreciated that, assuming that an end of the drum assembly 200 near the cabinet door 300 is an outer end of the drum assembly 200 and an end far from the cabinet door 300 is an inner end of the drum assembly 200, the heating device 500 may heat the outer end of the drum assembly 200 so that the high temperature air of the outer end of the drum assembly 200 may take away moisture in laundry to form hot humid air, and simultaneously cool the inner end of the drum assembly 200 by the cooling device 400 so that the hot humid air of the outer end of the drum assembly 200 may be condensed and form dry low temperature air when convection to the inner end of the drum assembly 200, and the laundry treating apparatus may condense the moisture in laundry to the inner end of the drum assembly 200 in the form of condensed water to be discharged and dry the laundry.
Further, because the heating device 500 is disposed in the box door 300, compared with the case body 100 in which a larger space is reserved for mounting the heating device 500, the embodiment of the application can make the whole structure of the clothes treating apparatus more compact and smaller.
Illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus may further include a blower 600. An air duct 31 is provided in the cabinet door 300, and a fan 600 is provided in the air duct 31 for driving air in the air duct 31 and air in the drum assembly 200 to perform convection. The heating device 500 is disposed in the air duct 31, so that the air in the air duct 31 can be heated by the heating device 500 to form high-temperature air, and the high-temperature air in the air duct 31 is convected into the roller assembly 200 by the fan 600 to heat the roller assembly 200.
In some embodiments, the air inlet 311 of the air duct 31 is lower than the air outlet 312 of the air duct 31 in the direction of gravity. It can be appreciated that, since the hot air has a tendency to float upwards and the cold air has a tendency to settle, the air inlet 311 of the air duct 31 is arranged at a lower position, so that the cold air in the drum assembly 200 is more easily pumped away, and the heating efficiency of the heating device 500 to the interior of the drum assembly 200 is further improved, so as to improve the drying effect.
Of course, along the gravity direction, the air inlet 311 of the air duct 31 may be flush with the air outlet 312 or the air inlet 311 of the air duct 31 is higher than the air outlet 312 of the air duct 31, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
To reduce the risk of laundry or other items falling into the air duct 31, the air inlet 311 and/or the air outlet 312 of the air duct 31 include a plurality of mesh openings. That is, only the air inlet 311 may be composed of a plurality of meshes, only the air outlet 312 may be composed of a plurality of meshes, or the air inlet 311 may be composed of a plurality of meshes and the air outlet 312 may be composed of a plurality of meshes.
The following description continues with reference to the door 300.

When the cover 33 closes the drum assembly 200, a portion of the cover 33 away from the door 32 is located in the drum assembly 200, and a portion of the cover 33 located in the drum assembly 200 is provided with the air inlet 311 and the air outlet 312 of the air duct 31. Further, after the cover 33 closes the drum assembly 200, the air duct 31 can perform air convection through the air inlet 311 and the air outlet 312 and the inside of the drum assembly 200.
Specifically, the cover 33 may be a door glass, transparent bowl, or the like for closing the drum assembly 200, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. The cover 33 may be an integrally formed structure, or may be formed of a plurality of structures, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Illustratively, the housing 33 may include a first housing 331 and a second housing 332.
The first cover 331 is disposed on a side of the door 32 near the roller assembly 200, such that the first cover 331 and the door 32 enclose a first cavity 313. A heating device 500 is disposed within the first cavity 313. The first cover 331 is further provided with a first through hole 314 communicating with the first cavity 313 at a side thereof adjacent to the drum assembly 200, and the first through hole 314 is used for installing the blower 600.

And the air inlet 311 of the air duct 31 is arranged on the second cover 332, and the air outlet 312 of the air duct 31 is arranged on the first cover 331.
It will be appreciated that by providing the cover 33 as a separate connection structure of the first cover 331 and the second cover 332, on the one hand, the difficulty in manufacturing the cover 33 can be reduced. On the other hand, when the user needs to clean or repair the fan 600, only the second cover 332 needs to be detached, and the whole cover 33 does not need to be detached, so that the user can clean or maintain the fan 600 conveniently.
The first cover 331 and the second cover 332 may be detachably connected in various manners. For example, the first cover 331 and the second cover 332 may be connected by screws, the first cover 331 and the second cover 332 may be connected by a buckle, and the first cover 331 and the second cover 332 may be connected by a bolt (interference fit).
For example, in order to ensure the connection stability of the first cover 331 and the second cover 332, the user can conveniently and quickly detach the second cover 332, and the first cover 331 is connected to the second cover 332 through a snap fit. Specifically, the first cover 331 has a buckle, the second cover 332 has a slot, and the buckle and the slot are engaged and connected to firmly connect the second cover 332 and the first cover 331.

The door inner ring 321 is detachably connected to the first cover 331. The door outer ring 322 is detachably connected to a side of the door inner ring 321 facing away from the first cover 331. The burn proof cover 323 is detachably mounted to the door outer ring 322. Furthermore, the difficulty in producing the door 32 can be reduced by using the door 32 in a split-molded structure. Meanwhile, by providing the burn-proof cover 323, a user can be prevented from being burned by the heating device 500 when touching the door 32.
Specifically, the door inner ring 321 may be provided with a hinge seat to be rotatably mounted to the case 100. The door inner ring 321 can be detachably connected with the first cover 331 through a clamping connection, a screw connection, a plug connection and the like. The door outer ring 322 may be detachably connected to the door inner ring 321 by means of a snap-in connection, a screw-in connection, a plug-in connection, or the like. The burn-proof cover 323 can be detachably connected with the door outer ring 322 in a clamping, screw connection, plug connection and other modes.
It can be further appreciated that, since the first cover 331 and the second cover 332 are detachably connected, the anti-scalding cover 323 and the door outer ring 322 are detachably connected, the second cover 332 can be selectively detached in the process of needing to maintain the fan 600, and the anti-scalding cover 323 can be selectively detached in the process of needing to maintain the heating device 500, so that the fan 600 and the heating device 500 have the advantage of easy maintenance.
