Description

Pressure treatment garment for upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of wearable medical products, in particular to a pressure treatment garment for lymphedema of an upper limb after breast cancer operation.
Background
Breast cancer is the first malignancy of domestic female prevalence. The global cancer database of GLOBOCAN 2020 shows that female breast cancer is the most common cancer in excess of lung cancer for the first time, and the morbidity and mortality of the cancer are 47.8/10 ten thousand and 13.6/10 ten thousand respectively, which are the first cancers for females.
With the improvement of the operation cure rate and survival rate of breast cancer patients, the postoperative life quality of the patients is receiving more and more attention. Breast cancer-related lymphedema (Breast Cancer Related Lymphedema, BCRL) is one of the common serious complications after breast cancer surgery, and usually occurs in 3 months or 3 years after surgery, and the number of upper limb lymphedema occurs in 1 year after surgery is 70% -80%. The symptoms such as heavy upper limbs, numbness, pain and swelling of the BCRL appear, the long-term edema seriously affects the morphology and the function of the affected limbs, the life quality of the patient is low, anxiety or depression is easy to occur, the patient is difficult to integrate into society, and the physical, psychological, social functions and life quality of the patient are seriously affected. And edema, once it occurs, is easily sustained and even aggravated without reasonable intervention. So that the patients with the upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer operation become a non-negligible group.
Comprehensive detumescence therapy (Complete Decongestion Therapy, CDT) is a treatment method mainly applied at home and abroad at present, and comprises the steps of manual lymphatic drainage (manual lymphatic drainage, MLD), pressure treatment, functional exercise of affected limbs and personalized skin care. The comprehensive detumescence treatment comprises 2 stages, wherein the 1 st stage is a detumescence stage which is completed by a lymphedema professional in a hospital, the 2 nd stage is called a maintenance stage, and the patient is at home to complete self-rehabilitation nursing activities according to the guidance of the professional. Maintaining the self-rehabilitation care can reduce the influence of lymphedema on health and disease progression, but due to economic conditions, social and family support, lymphedema related knowledge level, negative emotion and other factors, and lack of health management and guidance after discharge, patient self-rehabilitation care compliance is poor and home rehabilitation effect is poor.
MLD is an important component of CDT, and is a massage technology implemented on the surface of the skin of a patient according to the anatomical and physiological pathways of the lymphatic system, and comprises 4 basic methods including a fixed circle method, a pumping method, a shoveling method and a rotating method, so as to treat regional lymph nodes at the proximal end and the distal end firstly, drain from the distal end to the proximal end and promote the stasis of interstitial fluid to return to venous circulation. The research at home and abroad shows that MLD can effectively relieve lymphedema and pain, and the action mechanism is as follows: (1) stimulating lymphatic system function by increasing lymphatic circulation; (2) accelerating the removal of metabolic waste products from body tissues; (3) enhancing humoral dynamics, thereby alleviating edema; (4) reduces the reaction of the sympathetic nervous system and increases the parasympathetic tone. However, MLD has many operation steps and complicated procedures, and an operator needs to accurately grasp 4 operation methods and know anatomical knowledge of a human body, so that the requirement on the operator is high, the operator needs to be usually operated by medical staff trained in a professional way, family members and patients cannot usually fully grasp the operation requirement, and the operator lacks confidence in the implementation process, is easy to produce lassitude emotion and is unfavorable for home rehabilitation and nursing of the patient.
Researches show that the air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus has the advantages of quick response, strong effect, small adverse reaction and capability of rapidly relieving lymphedema. However, the related air wave pressure treatment products on the market are mostly aimed at lower limb diseases, and meanwhile have the defects of single type and function, higher price, inconvenient carrying, lower pressure regulation accuracy and the like.
