The eye-shade liner of claim 3, further comprising a lamp shade, wherein the lamp shade comprises a light guide cap and a light guide portion connected with each other, the light guide cap is exposed outside the first sheet body, the light guide portion is arranged in the light transmission hole and the light transmission hole in a penetrating manner, and the light guide surface of the light guide portion faces away from the light guide cap and faces towards the light emitting piece.

10. The sleep mask of claim 9 wherein said mask liner includes a light emitting member, said first sheet having a light transmissive region disposed in correspondence with said light emitting member, said housing having a light display region in correspondence with said light transmissive region.
