Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present utility model will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present utility model discloses a sofa with a changeable sitting and lying function, which comprises a fixed base 1, a sliding seat frame 2, a first driving mechanism 3, a rotating assembly 4 and a backrest bracket 5. The sliding seat frame 2 is slidably connected to the fixed base 1, so as to slide along the length direction of the fixed base 1 relative to the fixed base 1. One end of the first driving mechanism 3 is connected to the fixed base 1, the other end is connected to the sliding seat frame 2, and the first driving mechanism 3 is used for driving the sliding seat frame 2 to slide along the length direction of the fixed base 1. The rotation assembly 4 includes a second driving mechanism 41 and a transmission mechanism 42, the second driving mechanism 41 is connected to the saddle 2, the transmission mechanism 42 is connected to the second driving mechanism 41, and the second driving mechanism 41 is used for driving the transmission mechanism 42 to rotate. The backrest bracket 5 is connected to the transmission mechanism 42, and the backrest bracket 5 is used for rotating relative to the sliding seat frame 2 under the driving of the transmission mechanism 42 so as to adjust the angle of the backrest bracket 5 relative to the sliding seat frame 2.
So set up, when the sliding seat frame 2 of first actuating mechanism 3 drive along the length direction of unable adjustment base 1 towards the one side that deviates from back support 5, can reserve the space for the rotation of back support 5, and when the sliding seat frame of first actuating mechanism 3 drive slides along the length direction of unable adjustment base 1 towards the one side that back support 5 is located, can withdraw sliding seat frame 2, reduce the occupation in space. And the back rest bracket 5 is rotatably coupled to one side of the saddle 2 in the length direction of the stationary base 1 through the transmission mechanism 42 of the rotating assembly and is rotatable with respect to the saddle 2 by the second driving mechanism 41 to adjust the inclination of the back rest bracket 5 and maintain the inclination desired by the user. It can be seen that the sitting and lying sofa can be automatically deformed by the first driving mechanism 3 and the rotating assembly, and the relative positions of the sliding seat frame 2, the backrest bracket 5 and the fixed base 1 can be maintained by the first driving mechanism 3 and the second driving mechanism 41, so that the deformed state of the sofa can be maintained.
It will be appreciated that fig. 1 and 2 show the schematic structural views of the sliding seat frame 2 in different positions relative to the fixed base 1, and the backrest bracket 5 rotated to different angles relative to the sliding seat frame 2, so that the sofa is in two different states, but fig. 1 and 2 only illustrate that the sliding seat frame 2 can slide relative to the fixed base 1, the backrest bracket 5 can rotate relative to the sliding seat frame 2, and the sofa is not represented in these two states, and fig. 1 and 2 only illustrate that the sliding seat frame 2 can be kept in different positions relative to the fixed base 1 under the control of the first driving mechanism 3, and the inclination of the backrest bracket 5 can be kept in different inclinations under the control of the second driving mechanism 41, so as to meet different requirements of different users.
Since the stationary base 1 serves as a support reference for the sofa, the length direction, width direction and height direction of the stationary base 1 actually determine the length direction, width direction and height direction of the sofa. Illustratively, the width direction of the fixing base 1 may be shown in the left-right direction in fig. 1, the length direction of the fixing base 1 may be shown in the front-rear direction in fig. 1, and the height direction of the fixing base 1 may be shown in the up-down direction in fig. 1. The sofa is placed against a wall, when the sofa is in the first state shown in fig. 1, the included angle between the backrest bracket 5 and the sliding seat frame 2 is larger, the inclination of the backrest bracket 5 is larger, and a user can sit on the sofa. If the user wants to change the sofa in the first state to the second state as shown in fig. 2, the first driving mechanism 3 is used to drive the sliding seat frame 2 to slide along the length direction of the fixed base 1 toward the side where the backrest frame 5 is located, and then the second driving mechanism 41 is used to drive the transmission mechanism 42 to rotate, so as to drive the backrest frame 5 to rotate relative to the sliding seat frame 2, so that the backrest frame 5 is tilted toward the sliding seat frame 2, the inclination of the backrest frame 5 is reduced, and the user can lie on the sofa conveniently.

In some embodiments, the saddle 2 includes a first rod 21 and a second rod 22 disposed opposite to each other in the width direction of the fixed base 1, and one or more connecting rods 23 connecting the first rod 21 and the second rod 22, the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are slidably connected to the fixed base 1, and the first driving mechanism 3 connects the fixed base 1 and at least one connecting rod 23 to drive the saddle 2 to slide in the length direction of the fixed base 1. The sliding seat frame 2 is formed by splicing a plurality of rod pieces, which is beneficial to reducing the mass of the sliding seat frame 2, thereby not only facilitating the sliding of the sliding seat frame 2 relative to the fixed base 1, but also realizing the light design of the whole sofa.
The first driving mechanism 3 may be a stroke motor, and the first driving mechanism 3 may be connected to the connecting rod 23 of the sliding seat frame 2 to drive the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 to slide synchronously along the length direction of the fixed base 1, so as to ensure the overall consistency of the sliding seat frame 2 and avoid the sliding seat frame 2 from deflecting.
Further, the fixing base 1 includes two opposite side plates 11, the surfaces of the two side plates 11 facing each other are provided with slide rails 12, and the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are respectively slidably connected to the slide rails 12 on the side plates 11. The sliding rail 12, to which the first rod 21 and the second rod 22 are slidably connected to the side plate 11, facilitates the shielding of the saddle 2 with the side plate 11, while enabling the sliding direction of the saddle 2 to be defined with the sliding rail 12.

It can be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 1, when the sofa is in the first state, the first supporting leg 233 is at least located in the middle of the hollow structure 13, so as to avoid the situation that the first supporting leg 233 collides with the fixed base 1 and excessively limits the sliding distance of the sliding seat frame 2 when the sliding seat frame 2 slides relative to the fixed base 1.
Further, the second connecting rod 232 is provided with two second supporting feet 234, and the two second supporting feet 234 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the second connecting rod 232 along the width direction of the fixed base 1. The first supporting leg 233 is located between the two second supporting legs 234, such that the first supporting leg 233 and the two second supporting legs 234 form a triangular supporting structure. This arrangement is advantageous in that the saddle 2 is more stable.
In some embodiments, the first support leg 233 and/or the second support leg 234 is provided with a pulley 235. It will be appreciated that the mass of the saddle 2 is relatively large, so by providing the pulleys 235 at the bottom of the first support leg 233 and/or the second support leg 234, the saddle 2 slides in the longitudinal direction of the stationary base 1 relative to the stationary base 1.
