The fixing portion 414 is provided with a fixing through hole 4140, and threads are provided in the fixing through hole 4140, so that a user can conveniently pass through the fixing through hole 4140 and the middle partition board 200 by using a screw matched with the fixing through hole 4140, rotate and engage with the threads, and fix the middle partition board on the middle partition board 200.
Further, in some of these embodiments, the middle separator 200 is provided with a threaded mounting hole 210 at a position near the side edge of the heat sink 300 corresponding to the fixing through hole 4140.
In practical application, the screw passes through the fixing hole 4140 and then enters the mounting hole 210, and is rotated to be engaged with the screw thread, so that the waterproof cover plate 410 is fixed on the middle partition plate 200, and the screw is reversely rotated when the disassembly is needed.
Further, in some embodiments, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 415 are provided at the connection between the first waterproof board 411 and the second waterproof board 412, so as to make the waterproof cover board 410 more stable in structure.
In practical application, the first waterproof board 411 is connected with the second waterproof board 412, the structure is not integrally formed, and the second waterproof board 412 is further provided with a cooling fan 420, so that the stability of the waterproof cover board 410 is reduced along with the increase of the service life, and the first waterproof board 411 and the second waterproof board 412 are fixed together and covered on the cooling port 300 so as not to easily fall off, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 415 are arranged at the connection part of the first waterproof board 411 and the second waterproof board 412 to ensure the stability.

Claims (10)

1. The waterproof assembly of the electrical box is characterized in that the waterproof assembly is arranged on one side of the middle partition plate, facing away from the electrical box, and comprises a waterproof cover plate and a cooling fan;
the waterproof cover plate comprises a first waterproof plate and a second waterproof plate, one end of the first waterproof plate is connected with the upper side of the heat dissipation opening, the other end of the first waterproof plate is connected with one end of the second waterproof plate, the other end of the second waterproof plate is connected with the lower side of the heat dissipation opening, the waterproof cover plate covers the heat dissipation opening, the inner space of the waterproof cover plate is communicated with the heat dissipation opening, and air outlets communicated with the outside are formed in the front side and the rear side of the waterproof cover plate respectively;
the cooling fan is arranged between the cooling opening and the air outlet, and the size of the cooling fan is smaller than that of the air outlet.

The waterproof assembly of an electrical box according to claim 1, wherein the first waterproof plate is provided with a first extension portion bent downwards by 90 degrees, and the lower end position of the first extension portion is flush with the position of the lower side of the heat dissipation port.
3. The waterproof assembly of an electrical box according to claim 2, wherein the surface of the bending part of the first waterproof plate is a cambered surface.

A waterproof assembly for an electrical box according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of first water flowing channels with outward openings are formed on the outer side surface of the first waterproof plate, the first water flowing channels are laid side by side, and two ends of the first water flowing channels are in contact with two ends of the first waterproof plate.

The waterproof assembly of claim 1, wherein the second waterproof plate comprises two inclined planes, the two inclined planes form a V-shaped structure together, two ends of the V-shape are respectively connected with the other end of the first waterproof plate and the lower side of the heat dissipation port, and the tip of the V-shape faces downwards.
6. The waterproof assembly of an electrical box according to claim 4, wherein the second waterproof plate is provided with a second extension portion extending rearward, and a surface of the second extension portion is a plane for placing the heat radiation fan.

The waterproof assembly of claim 6, wherein a plurality of second water flowing grooves with outward openings are formed in the outer side surface of the second waterproof plate, two ends of the second water flowing groove are respectively contacted with two ends of the second waterproof plate, and the second water flowing groove is communicated with the first water flowing groove.

The waterproof assembly of an electrical box according to claim 1, wherein a fixing portion is provided at a side edge of the waterproof cover plate connected with the heat dissipation opening, the side edge of the fixing portion exceeds a side edge of the heat dissipation opening, a fixing through hole is provided in the fixing portion, threads are provided on an inner side surface of the fixing through hole, and the fixing portion is used for fixing with the middle partition plate.
9. The waterproof assembly of the electrical box according to claim 8, wherein threaded mounting holes are formed in the side edges of the middle partition plate, which are close to the heat dissipation openings, corresponding to the fixing through holes.
10. The waterproof assembly of an electrical box according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged at the connection part of the first waterproof plate and the second waterproof plate, and are used for enabling the waterproof cover plate to be more stable in structure.
