As shown in conjunction with fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air treatment device including a housing 10, a water tank 20, a humidifying module, and a purifying module. A water tank 20 is provided in the housing 10 for holding water for use. Wherein the water tank 20 slides with respect to the housing 10 to be withdrawn or pushed in. In addition, the humidification module and the purification module of the present embodiment are both disposed in the water tank 20, and can be drawn out or pushed in along with the water tank 20.
The shell 10 is provided with an air inlet 102, an air outlet 103 and an air channel which is communicated with the air inlet 102 and the air outlet 103, and a first installation position is arranged in the air channel; the water tank 20 is arranged at the first installation position, the rotating body 30 is arranged in the water tank 20, and the rotating body 30 rotates to stir and throw water in the water tank 20; a humidifying module for adsorbing water thrown up by the rotating body 30 and humidifying the air flow passing through; the purifying module is used for generating negative ions by colliding water thrown up by the rotating body 30 and purifying air; wherein the humidification module and the purification module are optionally disposed within the water tank 20 to humidify or purify the air flow passing therethrough.
By adopting the air treatment device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the water tank 20 is arranged at the first installation position of the air duct, so that air flow in the air duct flows through the water tank 20, and a user selects a humidifying module or a purifying module to be installed in the water tank 20 according to the use requirement and cooperates with the rotating body 30, so that the air treatment device has the humidifying function and the purifying function, and the multifunctional use requirement of the user on the air treatment device is met. And compared with the air treatment device in which the humidifying module and the purifying module are arranged at the same time, and the rotating body 30 is used as a shared piece, unnecessary consumables are reduced, and the air treatment device is simpler in structure and smaller in volume.
In this embodiment, the entire housing 10 may have a square, rectangular parallelepiped, cylindrical shape, or a special shape. The air duct may be formed by the entire inner cavity of the housing 10. The housing 10 may be integrally formed. Typically, a fan is further disposed in the air duct to drive the air flow into the air duct from the air inlet 102 and blow the air flow out from the air outlet 103. Preferably, the fan is disposed above the water tank 20.
The air inlet 102 and the air outlet 103 are generally formed on different sides of the housing 10. To ensure uniformity of the appearance of the air treatment device, the air intake 102 is typically provided at the rear side of the housing 10. The air outlet 103 may be formed on both left and right sides of the housing 10, or may be formed on a top wall or a front side of the housing 10. The specific opening position of the air outlet 103 can be selected and designed according to the actual use requirement, and is not limited herein. The number of outlets 103 is at least one. The air outlet 103 of the housing 10 is provided with a guiding sealing structure. The shapes of the air inlet 102 and the air outlet 103 can be selected according to practical requirements, for example, circular, rectangular, strip-shaped, etc.
The water tank 20 is slidably connected to the first mounting position so as to be drawn out of the housing 10 or pushed into the housing 10. The water tank 20 slides horizontally in the first installation position, and the opening of the water tank 20 is upward.
The water tank 20 is provided therein with a rotary body 30, and rotation of the rotary body 30 is controlled by a motor. The rotational speed of the rotating body 30 is adjustable. The rotating body 30 is vertically arranged in the water tank 20 and is preferentially arranged in the middle position of the water tank 20, so that when the rotating body 30 rotates, the water tank 20 and the whole air treatment device are uniformly stressed.
The rotation body 30 rotates, and not only can agitate the water in the water tank 20, but also can throw the water in the water tank 20 to the humidification module and the purification module.
Under the condition that the air flow flows through the humidifying module, the water content of the air flow is increased, the air flow flows out to the room, and the air humidity can be increased, so that the purpose of humidifying is achieved.
When the water flow thrown up by the rotating body 30 collides with the purifying module, negative ions are generated, and when the air flow flows through the water tank 20, part of the negative ions and dust impurities in the air flow are combined and sink under the action of gravity, so that the air flow is separated, and the purpose of purifying the air flow is achieved. And the other part of negative ions can flow into the room along with the airflow and are combined with formaldehyde, benzene, TVOC and the like in the room air to purify the room air. The purification module not only can achieve the purpose of purifying air, but also can achieve the effect of humidifying air.
In the case where the humidification function is required, the humidification module is simply installed in the water tank 20. In the case where the purification function is required, the purification module may be installed in the water tank 20, or the humidification module that was originally in the water tank 20 may be replaced with the purification module.
Optionally, the side wall of the water tank 20 is configured with a plurality of ventilation parts 201, and the ventilation parts 201 are communicated with the air duct, so that the air flow in the air duct flows into the water tank 20 and then flows out.
The ventilation unit 201 allows the air flow in the duct to flow into the water tank 20 and then out. The side wall of the water tank 20 is provided with a plurality of ventilation portions 201 to increase the ventilation area and to ensure the structural strength of the entire water tank 20.
Alternatively, the shape of the ventilation part 201 may be a circle, a rectangle, an elongated shape, or the like.
Alternatively, the flow area of the plurality of ventilation parts 201 is partially the same. That is, the flow areas of at least two ventilation portions 201 are different.
Alternatively, the plurality of ventilation parts 201 are uniformly spaced. In this way, not only helps to ensure the consistency of the external appearance of the water tank 20, but also helps to ensure the structural strength of the water tank 20.
Optionally, the tank 20 includes a housing and a front panel 203. The cover and the front panel 203 may be integrally formed. The ventilation portion 201 is provided in the housing. The front panel 203 is disposed to face the user, and after the water tank 20 is assembled with the cabinet, the outer surface of the front panel 203 is flush with the outer surface of the cabinet to ensure uniformity of the appearance of the air treatment device.
Optionally, the housing is configured with a recess 101 at the opening edge of the receiving chamber to separate the housing and the front panel, and the water tank 20 is withdrawn.
Optionally, the front panel 203 is configured with a window 204, the window 204 being used to view the amount of water in the tank 20.
Optionally, the ventilation portion 201 is located at least in the middle and/or upper portion of the water tank 20.
The ventilation part 201 is provided at the middle and/or upper part of the water tank 20 such that the water tank 20 can not only pass the air flow but also satisfy the water containing requirement.
It should be noted that, the ventilation portion 201 is located in the middle of the water tank 20, that is, it is understood that the horizontal plane of the transverse center line of the ventilation portion 201 is higher than or flush with the horizontal plane of the transverse center line of the water tank 20.
The size of the ventilation unit 201 may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Optionally, the humidification module includes: the support frame 40 is detachably arranged in the water tank 20 and is attached to the inner side wall of the water tank 20; the water absorbing sponge 50 is arranged on the supporting frame 40 and is used for absorbing water thrown up by the rotating body 30; wherein the water absorbing sponge 50 is disposed corresponding to the ventilation part 201 so that the air flow flowing through the ventilation part 201 is humidified by flowing through the water absorbing sponge 50.
The humidification module is detachably mounted in the water tank 20 through the support frame 40, so that the disassembly and replacement requirements between the humidification module and the purification module are met. Preferably, the support 40 is overlapped with the side wall of the water tank 20, so that the use of fasteners can be reduced, and the production cost can be reduced.
The support 40 is attached to the inner side wall of the water tank 20, i.e. the support 40 is attached to the housing and is adapted to the shape of the housing. Thus, the relative fixed installation of the support frame 40 and the water tank 20 is realized, and the stability of the humidifying module in the use process can be ensured, so that abnormal sound can be avoided.
The supporting frame 40 is a frame structure and has a plurality of hollow areas. The water absorbing sponge 50 is arranged on the supporting frame 40 and covers the hollowed-out area of the supporting frame 40. In the case where the rotation body 30 throws water to the water absorbing sponge 50, the water absorbing sponge 50 absorbs water. In the case where the air flow passes through the water absorbing sponge 50, the air flow passing therethrough is humidified to increase the water content of the air flow, thereby increasing the humidity of the indoor air when the air flow passes into the indoor air.
The water absorbing sponge 50 is arranged corresponding to the ventilation part 201, which is helpful for humidifying the air flow in the air flow circulation process. In addition, the support frame 40 is prevented from affecting the flow of the ventilation portion 201.
Optionally, the bottom of the absorbent sponge 50 may extend to the bottom of the water tank 20, and when the water thrown up by the rotating body 30 is insufficient to support the humidifying effect on the air flow, the absorbent sponge 50 may directly absorb the water in the water tank 20, so as to increase the water content of the absorbent sponge 50, thereby ensuring the humidifying effect on the air flow.
Optionally, the absorbent sponge 50 is removably mounted to the support frame 40. This is to facilitate replacement of the absorbent sponge 50.
Optionally, the purification module comprises: a baffle 60 transversely provided at a top opening of the water tank 20, the baffle 60 being configured with a vent 601 so that an air flow flowing from the vent 201 into the water tank 20 flows out through the vent 601; the baffle 60 is located at the upper portion of the rotating body 30, and is used for generating negative ions by colliding with the water flow thrown up by the rotating body 30, so that the negative ions flow out along with the air flow to purify the air.
The baffle 60 is laterally provided at the top opening of the water tank 20 and covers the top opening of the water tank 20. The baffle 60 can stop the rotator 30 from throwing water out of the water tank 20, thereby affecting the use of other parts of the air treatment device, and can collide with the water flow thrown up by the rotator 30 to generate negative ions and purify the air.
The air flow flows into the water tank 20 from the ventilation part 201, and part of negative ions generated in the water tank 20 are combined with dust and impurities carried by the air flow to sink and separate from the air flow. Part of negative ions flow out along with the air flow through the ventilation openings 601 and flow out into the room through the air outlet 103, and are combined with formaldehyde, benzene and the like in the room air to purify the room air.
In the case that the rotator 30 throws the water flow into the air, the baffle 60 is positioned at the upper portion of the rotator 30, which is helpful for the baffle 60 to collide with the water flow drastically, thereby generating negative ions to purify the air.
Optionally, a baffle 60 is removably attached to the top of the tank 20 for easy removal. Preferably, the baffle 60 directly overlaps the top of the sidewall of the tank 20, which can reduce the use of fasteners and reduce production costs.
Optionally, the ventilation opening 601 is located directly above the rotating body 30, and the edge of the ventilation opening 601 is bent downward to form a cylinder 602, and the cylinder 602 is covered outside the rotating body 30, so that the water flow thrown up by the rotating body 30 collides with the cylinder 602 to generate negative ions.
The cylinder 602 is covered on the outside of the rotating body 30, and the inner side wall of the cylinder 602 is spaced from the outer side wall of the rotating body 30 by a certain distance so that the water flow collides with the cylinder 602 after being thrown up.
The cylinder 602 formed by bending and extending downwards through the ventilation opening 601 is covered outside the rotating body 30, so that collision between water flow thrown by the rotating body 30 and the cylinder 602 is more severe, thereby being beneficial to generating a large amount of negative ions and improving the purifying effect.
Alternatively, the cylinder 602 extends downward from the top of the rotating body 30, and the length of the cylinder 602 is smaller than the length of the rotating body 30. It is understood that the cylinder 602 covers only the upper or middle-upper region of the rotating body 30. So that the water stream thrown up by the rotating body 30 collides with other areas of the baffle 60 to generate negative ions.
In addition, the cylinder 602 covers only the upper portion or the middle-upper region of the rotary body 30, so that the air flow can flow into the cylinder 602 and then out of the ventilation opening 601. The air flow must flow through the cylinder 602 as it exits through the vent 601. In this way, the negative ion content between the rotating body 30 and the cylinder 602 is high, and the air flow carries the negative ions into the indoor air, thereby helping to improve the purification effect of the indoor air.
Optionally, the air treatment device further comprises: the sensing device is arranged on the water tank 20 and/or the baffle 60, and is used for triggering the rotating body 30 to increase the rotating speed so as to increase the number of negative ions under the condition that the sensing water tank 20 is assembled with the baffle 60.
Under the condition that the purification module is installed in the water tank 20, the assembly of the water tank 20 and the baffle 60 is completed through the induction device, then the rotating body 30 is triggered, the rotating body 30 is enabled to increase in rotating speed, the flow speed of water flow thrown by the rotating body 30 is correspondingly increased, the thrown water flow and the baffle 60 can collide more severely, more anions are generated, and the purification effect on air is improved.
Optionally, the sensing device comprises: a magnetically sensitive switch 70 provided to the water tank 20; the magnet is arranged on the baffle 60 and corresponds to the magneto-sensitive switch 70; in the case where the water tank 20 is assembled with the shutter 60, the magnet and the magnetic switch 70 magnetically induce, triggering the rotation body 30 to increase the rotation speed to the first rotation speed.
The magnetic switch 70 is provided in the water tank 20 and is more easily connected to the control circuit of the rotator 30. In the case that the water tank 20 is assembled with the shutter 60, the magnet and the magnetic sensor switch 70 induce magnetic induction to trigger the control circuit of the rotating body 30, thereby controlling the rotation speed of the rotating body 30 to be increased to the first rotation speed, thereby increasing the amount of negative ions generated.
Optionally, a magnetically sensitive switch 70 is provided on the back of the tank 20 to prevent the thrown-up water flow from affecting the use of the magnetically sensitive switch 70.
Optionally, a magnetically sensitive switch 70 is removably connected to the tank 20 for replacement and maintenance. Optionally, magnets are removably attached to the baffle 60 for replacement and maintenance.
Alternatively, in the case where the humidification module is assembled with the water tank 20, the rotation speed of the rotation body 30 is the second rotation speed; in the case where the purification module is assembled with the water tank 20, the rotation speed of the rotation body 30 is the first rotation speed or the second rotation speed; wherein the first rotational speed is greater than the second rotational speed.
In the case where the humidification module is assembled with the water tank 20, the rotation speed of the rotation body 30 is a second rotation speed, which may be a low rotation speed or a medium rotation speed, relatively speaking. The rotating body 30 only needs to throw the water flow up to the water absorbing sponge 50 of the humidifying module, and the rotating speed is not required to be too high. In case the rotational speed is too high, the flow rate of the thrown water is too high, passing through the water absorbing sponge 50 to the outside of the water tank 20.
In the case where the purification module is assembled with the water tank 20, the more severe the collision of the thrown-up water flow with the baffle 60, the more negative ions are generated. Therefore, the rotation speed of the rotating body 30 is increased to the second rotation speed, which is helpful to increase the flow speed of the thrown water flow, so as to increase the collision between the thrown water flow and the baffle 60, further generate more negative ions, and improve the purifying effect.
Optionally, the water tank 20 is configured with a plurality of ribs 202 disposed vertically, the ribs 202 protruding from an inner sidewall of the water tank 20 into the water tank 20 for supporting the support frame 40 of the humidification module and the baffle 60 of the purification module.
Through a plurality of ribs 202 of vertical setting, not only can strengthen the structural strength of water tank 20, but also can play the effect of humidification module's support frame 40 and purification module's baffle 60.
With the humidification module assembled with the tank 20, the support 40 overlaps the ribs 202. Optionally, a clamping structure is configured between the support 40 and the rib 202, so as to improve the connection stability and firmness between the support 40 and the rib 202.
In the case where the purification module is assembled with the water tank 20, the baffle 60 is overlapped on the rib 202. Optionally, a clamping structure is configured between the baffle 60 and the rib 202, so as to improve the connection stability and firmness between the baffle 60 and the rib 202. The clamping structure between the support frame 40 and the rib 202 is the same as the clamping structure between the baffle 60 and the rib 202, so that the support frame and the rib 202 are shared, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
