An embodiment of the first aspect of the present application provides a drainage device that can be installed at a drain of a water storage device such as a bathtub, a sink, etc., as shown in fig. 1, and includes a housing and a drive-by-wire assembly 300. As shown in fig. 2, the housing includes a first body member 100 and a second body member 200, the first body member 100 defines a water passing cavity 110 with an opening at the top, the lower end of the second body member 200 is inserted into the water passing cavity 110 through the opening, the second body member 200 defines a first water passing channel 210 penetrating up and down, one end of the first water passing channel 210 is communicated with a water storage cavity 530 of a water storage device such as a bathtub, a wash basin, etc., the other end is connected with the water passing cavity 110, a water outlet channel 120 is defined on the side wall of the first body member 100, and the water outlet channel 120 is connected with the water passing cavity 110. When the water discharging device is in a closed state, the first water passing channel 210 is closed, and the water storage cavity 530 can store water. When the water discharging device is in an opened state, water in the water storage cavity 530 is discharged through the first water passing channel 210, the water passing cavity 110 and the water discharging channel 120 in sequence.
It should be emphasized that the second body member 200 extends downward, and the lowest point of the second body member 200 is lower than the lowest point of the water outlet channel 120. Because the water outlet channel 120 is connected to the side wall of the water outlet chamber 110, only when water is accumulated at a position higher than the lowest point of the water outlet channel 120, the water in the water outlet chamber 110 can be discharged through the water outlet channel 120, and a certain amount of accumulated water is always stored in the water outlet chamber 110 during the use process of the water draining device, and the height of the accumulated water is equal to the height of the lowest point of the water outlet channel 120. Because the lowest point of the second body member 200 is lower than the lowest point of the water outlet channel 120, that is, the second body member 200 extends downward to be inserted into the accumulated water, a water seal structure is formed at the bottom of the water passing chamber 110. Because the water outlet channel 120 is connected with the sewer, if the water seal structure is not added, the crawlers in the sewer can enter the indoor space through the water outlet channel 120, the water passing cavity 110 and the first water passing channel 210 in sequence, or the odor in the sewer flows back to the indoor space through the water outlet channel 120, the water passing cavity 110 and the first water passing channel 210 in sequence, so that the odor is generated in a kitchen or a bathroom.
The water seal structure shown in fig. 2 is formed on the water draining device, and the water draining channel 120 and the first water draining channel 210 can be separated by accumulated water, so that a crawler or odor in the water draining channel 120 is blocked by the second main body piece 200 and the accumulated water when entering the water draining cavity 110, and cannot enter the indoor space through the water draining device. The drainage device has good insect prevention and deodorization effects while realizing normal drainage.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wire control assembly 300 includes a sleeve 310, a control wire core 320, a sealing plug 330, a core rod 340, and a control handle 350, wherein the sleeve 310 is sleeved on the control wire core 320, and the control wire core 320 is guided by the sleeve 310 and can extend or retract along the axial direction of the sleeve 310. The control wire core 320 is made of a steel wire rope and other materials, has good strength while being capable of being bent to a certain extent, and can transmit axial tensile force or pressure force. One end of the control wire core 320 extends to penetrate through the shell and is connected with the core rod 340, the other end of the control wire core 320 is connected with the control handle 350, one end of the core rod 340 is connected with the sealing plug 330, and the other end of the core rod is welded with the control wire core 320. The sealing ring is disposed on the outer circumferential surface or the lower end surface of the sealing plug 330, and when the outer circumferential surface of the sealing plug 330 abuts against the inner wall of the first water passing channel 210, or the lower end surface of the sealing plug 330 abuts against the bottom wall of the water storage cavity 530, the sealing plug 330 can close the first water passing channel 210, so that the water storage cavity 530 can store water. When the consumer needs to open the first water passage 210 to discharge the sewage, the control knob 350 is pressed in a direction approaching the sleeve, for example: in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, pressure is applied downward to cause the control wire core 320 to drive the stem 340 upward to jack up the sealing plug 330, thereby causing the first water passage 210 to communicate with the water storage cavity 530.
When the first water passage 210 needs to be closed in order to store water, the sealing plug 330 needs to be moved down to close the upper end opening of the first water passage 210. The specific implementation modes are as follows: 1. pressing the sealing plug 330 directly by hand moves down to close the first water passage 210. Since there is no sewage in the water storage chamber 530 at this time, direct pressing by hand does not cause contamination of hands with sewage; 2. pulling the control knob 350 in a direction away from the sleeve, i.e., upward in fig. 2, causes the stem 340 to drive the sealing plug 330 downward; 3. the control knob 350 is pulled in a direction away from the sleeve to allow the sealing plug 330 to drop under the influence of gravity to close the first water passage 210. The second embodiment and the third embodiment each differ in the specific structure of the core pin 340, and will be described later.
The drain device of this application has realized the drainage operation of water storage chamber 530 through setting up drive-by-wire subassembly 300, can realize the upward movement of sealing plug 330 so that first water channel 210 is opened through pressing control handle 350, need not the direct contact of finger and sealing plug 330 in order to avoid being infected with the sewage in the water storage chamber 530. In addition, since the control wire core 320 can be bent and deformed to a certain extent, the setting position of the control handle 350 of the wire control assembly 300 can be adjusted according to different people to be used. When the object of use is an adult, the control handle 350 is arranged on the top surface of the table top and can be beside the faucet so as to reduce the distance between the faucet and the control handle 350, and after washing, the faucet is closed, and then the sealing plug 330 can be opened smoothly to discharge sewage. For people with shorter heights such as children, the control handle 350 is arranged on the side wall of the table top, so that the water draining operation is convenient for the children.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wire control assembly 300 of the present application is disposed through the first through hole 131 of the bottom cover 130, and further can drive the core rod 340 to move up and down along the movement of the control wire core 320, but the water leakage problem is easily caused by the arrangement of the first through hole 131 due to the direct contact of the bottom cover 130 with water. In some embodiments, the bottom cover 130 is provided with a guide portion 132 extending upward, a second through hole 133 is provided on the guide portion 132, the second through hole 133 penetrates the guide portion 132 in a vertical direction, and the first through hole 131 is connected with the second through hole 133. Further, the control wire core 320 is connected to the stem 340 through the second through hole 133 and the first through hole 131, and the stem 340 can move up and down along the axial direction of the second through hole 133 to drive the movement of the sealing plug 330. The guide portion 132 plays a guiding and limiting role at the lower end of the core bar 340, and can prevent the core bar 340 from being inclined in the vertical direction when moving. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the guide portion 132 and the bottom cover 130 are integrally formed by injection molding, so that the entire bottom cover 130 has a higher anti-leakage effect, and the water leakage problem caused by the arrangement of the wire control assembly 300 can be avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the bottom cover 130 extends upwardly out of the guide 132, and the interior of the guide 132 defines a first receptacle 134, the first receptacle 134 for connecting the sleeve 310. Specifically, one end of the sleeve 310 is located in the first accommodating portion 134. The outer circumferential surface of the end of the sleeve 310 is provided with a flange, and the drainage device further includes a plug 420, and the plug 420 can be abutted against the flange to limit the displacement of the sleeve 310, so that one end of the sleeve 310 is fixed in the first accommodating portion 134. The first accommodating portion 134 is communicated with the first through hole 131, so that the control wire core 320 or the core rod 340 can move up and down through the first through hole 131, and the sleeve 310 is formed with a first straight line segment in the first accommodating portion 134, so that the core rod 340 can move into the sleeve 310. The guide portion 132 can play a role in preventing leakage on one hand, and play a role in connecting the sleeve 310 on the other hand, thereby being beneficial to improving the space utilization and reducing the volume of the drainage device.
