4. The wire harness bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the split brackets are plural, and the plural split brackets are arranged in a staggered manner along a length direction of the wire harness bracket.
5. A harness bracket as claimed in claim 3 wherein the locating means is fixedly connected to the U-shaped shield and/or the cover plate.
