The pressing fixing cover 340 is integrally connected with the ejection fixing cover 430, so that the relative positions of the pressing fixing cover 340 and the ejection fixing cover 430 are determined in advance, and the pressing fixing cover 340 and the ejection fixing cover 430 can be simultaneously mounted on the bottom shell 100 without repeated positioning during mounting, thereby being beneficial to improving the mounting efficiency; specifically, the pressing fixing cover 340 and the ejecting fixing cover 430 may be integrally formed by injection molding and stamping.
In addition, the connection manner of the first elastic body 320 and the key 310 or the pressing fixing cover 340 is not limited to the hanging, welding, plugging, abutting, etc.; similarly, the connection manner of the second elastic body 420 and the ejector 410 or the ejector fixing cap 430 is not limited to the hanging, welding, plugging, abutting, etc. In one embodiment, two ends of the first elastic body 320 are respectively abutted against the key 310 or the pressing fixing cover 340, two ends of the second elastic body 420 are respectively abutted against the ejection member 410 and the ejection fixing cover 430, the first elastic body 320 is mounted on the pressing assembly 300 in an abutting manner, and the second elastic body 420 is mounted on the ejection assembly 400 in an abutting manner, so that the structure of related components connected with the first elastic body 320 and the second elastic body 420 can be simplified, and the first elastic body 320 and the second elastic body 420 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled.
As shown in fig. 2, the pressing and fixing cover 340 is hollow, and the key 310 and the first elastic body 320 of the available portion inside the pressing and fixing cover 340 are accommodated, so that the pressing and fixing cover 340 is matched and connected with the key 310 and the first elastic body 320, and the compactness of the pressing assembly 300 is improved. In addition, the pressing fixing cover 340 may have a sheet structure fixed in the bottom case 100, one end of the first elastic body 320 is fixedly connected to the pressing fixing cover 340, and the other end of the first elastic body 320 is fixedly connected to the key 310.
In order to make the key 310 stably move relative to the pressing fixing cover 340, the key 310 and the pressing fixing cover 340 are provided with guiding structures matched with each other, and the guiding structures can be a sliding groove and sliding block embedded structure, a shaft hole matched structure and the like. For example, a sliding groove is formed in the side portion of the key 310, the sliding groove is formed along the moving direction of the key 310, the pressing fixed cover 340 is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block is slidably connected in the sliding groove, and the key 310 can move stably relative to the pressing fixed cover 340 under the guiding action of the sliding groove on the sliding block; or, the pressing fixing cover 340 includes a shaft protruding toward the key 310, a hole is formed at one end of the key 310 toward the pressing fixing cover 340, the shaft is inserted into the hole, and the inner wall of the hole guides the shaft, so that the key 310 can move stably relative to the pressing fixing cover 340.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a guiding groove 342 is provided in the pressing cover 340, the guiding groove 342 is located at one side of the pressing cover 340 facing the key 310, the key 310 has a guiding portion 311, the guiding portion 311 is slidably connected in the guiding groove 342, and when the key 310 moves relative to the pressing cover 340, the guiding portion 311 is guided by the groove wall of the guiding groove 342, so that the key 310 moves smoothly. In addition, both ends of the first elastic body 320 are respectively abutted against one end of the guide portion 311 facing the pressing fixing cover 340 and the guide groove 342 facing the groove wall of the key 310, so that the key 310 is always subjected to the elastic abutment action of the first elastic body 320 when moving.
It should be noted that, the guide portion 311 is slidably connected to the guide groove 342, and the first elastic body 320 is abutted against the key 310 and the pressing fixing cover 340 to realize stable movement of the key 310 relative to the pressing fixing cover 340, so that the first elastic body 320 and the key 310 and the first elastic body 320 and the pressing fixing cover 340 can be separated from each other, and rapid disassembly and assembly between the first elastic body 320 and the key 310 and between the pressing fixing cover 340 are facilitated.
Further, referring to fig. 5, an end of the guide portion 311 facing the pressing fixing cover 340 is provided with a mounting groove 312, the mounting groove 312 communicates with the guide groove 342, and the first elastic body 320 is accommodated in the mounting groove 312 and the guide groove 342; the mounting groove 312 and the guide groove 342 together accommodate the first elastic body 320, so that the connection between the key 310 and the pressing fixing cover 340 is more compact, the volume of the pressing assembly 300 is reduced, the space formed by combining the mounting groove 312 and the guide groove 342 is larger, the first elastic body 320 with a certain length can be accommodated, the first elastic body 320 can accumulate larger elastic force, and the key 310 can be retracted to the initial position after the key 310 is released with enough resilience.
It should be noted that, the groove wall of the mounting groove 312 plays a limiting role on the first elastic body 320, so as to avoid the first elastic body 320 from bending in the compression or rebound process, and influence the retraction of the key 310.
The first elastic body 320 may be an elastic structure such as a spring plate, an elastic soft rubber, etc. which has a certain elasticity and can rebound after the pressure is removed. To avoid that the first elastic body 320 deviates from the initial abutting position of the pressing fixed cover 340 or the key 310 when being compressed or rebounded, so as to affect the stability of the movement of the key 310, a structure for limiting the first elastic body 320 may be provided by pressing the fixed cover 340 and/or the key 310. For example, the first elastic body 320 is selected as a spring, the pressing fixing cover 340 includes a limiting column 343, the limiting column 343 is connected to the groove wall of the guiding groove 342 facing the key 310, and the first elastic body 320 is sleeved outside the limiting column 343; and/or, the key 310 includes a limiting post 343, the limiting post 343 is connected to the mounting groove 312 and faces to the groove wall of the pressing fixing cover 340, and the first elastic body 320 is sleeved outside the limiting post 343. The first elastic body 320 can be sleeved on the pressing fixing cover 340 and the limiting columns 343 on the keys 310 at the same time, and the two limiting columns 343 limit the two ends of the first elastic body 320 at the same time, so that the first elastic body 320 is prevented from being subjected to position deviation when being elastically deformed.
In one embodiment, the limiting post 343 is connected to the guiding slot 342 facing the slot wall of the key 310, one end of the first elastic body 320 is sleeved on the limiting post 343, the other end of the first elastic body 320 is penetrated in the mounting slot 312, and the slot wall of the mounting slot 312 limits the first elastic body 320 and provides guiding function when the first elastic body 320 is elastically deformed; therefore, both ends of the first elastic body 320 are limited in the radial direction of the key 310, and the deformation of the first elastic body 320 can be increased only by arranging the limiting column 343 on the pressing fixed cover 340, so that the limiting column 343 on the key 310 and the limiting column 343 on the pressing fixed cover 340 are prevented from collision with each other in the moving process of the key 310.
It should be noted that, the ejector fixing cover 430 is hollow, and the ejector 410 and the second elastic body 420 can be accommodated and mounted. As shown in fig. 6, the ejector 410 includes an ejector 411, an abutting portion 412, and a connecting portion 413 connected in order, the connecting portion 413 is slidably connected to the ejector fixing cover 430, the ejector 411 is capable of abutting against the upper cover 200, the abutting portion 412 protrudes from an outer wall of the connecting portion 413, and both ends of the second elastic body 420 are respectively abutted against the abutting portion 412 and the ejector fixing cover 430. When the upper cover 200 is in a state of being hooked by the first hooking body 330, the ejection portion 411 abuts against the upper cover 200, and the second elastic body 420 is compressed by the pressing action of the abutting portion 412 and the ejection fixing cover 430; after the hooking state of the upper cover 200 is released, the abutting portion 412 is driven by the elastic force of the second elastic body 420 to move the connecting portion 413 relative to the ejection fixing cover 430, so that the ejection portion 411 ejects the upper cover 200.
Since the abutting portion 412 protrudes outward compared with the connecting portion 413, the abutting portion 412 has a larger abutting area for the second elastic body 420, so that the second elastic body 420 can be stably abutted against the abutting portion 412 and the ejection fixing cover 430.
The second elastic body 420 may be an elastic structure such as a spring plate, an elastic soft rubber, etc. which has a certain elasticity and can rebound after the pressure is removed. In one embodiment, the second elastic body 420 is configured as a spring, the second elastic body 420 is sleeved outside the connecting portion 413, and the connecting portion 413 limits the second elastic body 420 in the radial direction of the ejector 410, so as to avoid the position shift when the second elastic body 420 is elastically deformed.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the ejector fixing cover 430 includes a guide post 432, a guide hole 433 is provided in the guide post 432, at least a part of the connecting portion 413 is slidably connected in the guide hole 433, and the hole wall of the guide post 432 guides the connecting portion 413 when the connecting portion 413 moves relative to the ejector fixing cover 430, so that the ejector 410 can move smoothly; the second elastic body 420 is sleeved outside the guide post 432 and the connecting portion 413, so that two ends of the second elastic body 420 are limited by the guide post 432 and the connecting portion 413 respectively, and the stability of connection between the second elastic body 420 and the ejection fixing cover 430 and the ejection piece 410 can be further improved.
