For example, the tee 4 has a first port 411, a second port 412 and a third port 421 which are communicated with each other, the first port 411 and the second port 412 are inlets, the third port 421 is an outlet, the output end of the first pump 2 is communicated with the first port 411, the output end of the second pump 3 is communicated with the second port 412, the third port 421 is communicated with the mouthwash outlet 1411, water enters the tee 4 through the first port 411, the mouthwash concentrate enters the tee 4 through the second port 412, and the water and the mouthwash concentrate are mixed at the third port 421 and then conveyed through a pipeline and discharged from the mouthwash outlet 1411.
In an example, as shown in fig. 6, the tee 4 includes a tee body 41, an upper casing 42 and an impeller 43, and a first port 411, a second port 412 and a turbulence chamber 413 which are mutually communicated are provided on the tee body 41. One end of the turbulence chamber 413 is opened to form a first opening, the upper casing 42 is covered at the first opening of the turbulence chamber 413, a third port 421 is arranged on the upper casing 42, and the impeller 43 is rotatably arranged in the turbulence chamber 413. The interior of the turbulence chamber 413 may be a cylindrical chamber, but the shape of the chamber of the turbulence chamber 413 is not limited thereto, and may be other shapes, such as a spherical chamber, a conical chamber, a truncated cone chamber, and the like. The connection manner between the upper case 42 and the spoiler bin 413 may be a detachable connection such as a threaded connection or a snap connection, or may be a non-detachable connection such as a welding or bonding connection, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 7, in an example, the impeller 43 has a rotating shaft 431 and a plurality of spiral blades 432, the plurality of spiral blades 432 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 431, when water and concentrated mouthwash enter the tee joint 4 through the first port 411 and the second port 412 respectively, firstly, mixing is performed in the turbulence chamber 413, the impeller 43 rotates under the action of the liquid pressure, meanwhile, the rotation of the impeller 43 also performs sufficient mixing and stirring on the water and the concentrated mouthwash, and the sufficiently mixed mouthwash is conveyed to the mouthwash outlet 1411 through the third port 421.
The mouthwash machine of the embodiment of the disclosure realizes the function of mixing turbulence by arranging the impeller 43 inside the three-way body 41, so that the concentrated mouthwash liquid and the water are mixed more fully inside the three-way 4, and the mixed liquid flows out from the mouthwash outlet 1411 to form an integral state, thereby being more beneficial to cleaning. It should be noted that, the tee 4 may be used in addition to the tee with turbulence function, or a common tee may be used, so long as the mixture of the concentrated mouthwash and the water can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the mouthwash machine further includes a solenoid valve 5, the solenoid valve 5 is disposed on a connection line between the third port 421 and the mouthwash outlet 1411, the solenoid valve 5 is an electromagnetic control unit, an internal valve is opened after power is applied, and the internal valve is closed when power is not applied, so that the control of the mouthwash outlet 1411 can be realized through the solenoid valve 5, and thus the water yield can be more precisely adjusted.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the water tank 111 is provided with a water outlet 1111, the input end of the first pump 2 is communicated with the water outlet, the water outlet 1111 is provided with a filter 6, optionally, the filter 6 is a filter screen, the filter screen can filter water, impurities in the water are prevented from causing blockage and damage of the machine, and the reliability of the mouthwash machine is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the casing 1 includes a casing body 11, a water tank cover 12, and a top cover 13, the casing body 11 is formed with a water tank 111 and a concentrate bin 112, an upper end of the water tank 111 is opened to form a second opening, an upper end of the concentrate bin 112 is opened to form a third opening, the water tank cover 12 is disposed at the second opening of the water tank 111, and the top cover 13 is disposed above the water tank cover 12 to cover the water tank cover 12 and the third opening. Wherein the water tank cover 12 is mainly used to close the opening of the upper end of the water tank 111, and the top cover 13 and the water tank cover 12 can be opened when a user needs to supply water into the water tank 111.
In an example, the water inlet 121 is formed on the water tank cover 12, and the cross-sectional area of the water inlet 121 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that when a user needs to replenish water into the water tank 111, the water tank cover 12 is not required to be opened, the top cover 13 is only required to be opened, water is supplied to the water tank 111 through the water inlet 121, and the water inlet 121 is quite convenient, and the water inlet 121 is of a reduced structure, so that the user can more easily supply water into the water tank 111. The top cover 13 serves to close the upper end opening of the concentrate container 112 and the water inlet 121 of the tank cover 12.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the mouthwash machine further comprises a concentrate bottle 7, the concentrate bottle 7 for containing a mouthwash concentrate, the concentrate bottle 7 configured to be placed into the concentrate bin 112 and to be removed from within the concentrate bin 112.
