Background
With the development of technology, electronic technology is mature, and as a result, circuit boards are increasingly used.
In the field of display screens, it is generally required to mount lamp beads on a circuit board to form a luminous LED module. Conventional circuit boards typically capture the beads or electronic components by a mounting head and mount the beads or electronic components on the circuit board. Because the distance between the lamp beads or the electronic components and the parts of the circuit board to be mounted is far, when the circuit board is clamped by the single module clamping of the single guide rail, the mounting efficiency is greatly affected because the mounting head is required to move a long distance after clamping the lamp beads or the electronic components to be mounted.
Therefore, in order to improve the mounting efficiency, the existing scheme sets the mounter as parallel double-guide clamps to simultaneously clamp the circuit board, thereby increasing the efficiency thereof. However, due to the limitation of the body type and the clamp size of the mounter, when one clamp is placed on one guide rail, the clamp can extend into the other adjacent guide rail, so that the double modules are used for independently mounting the areas on two sides of the center line of the circuit board, and the problem of chromatic aberration of different areas of a single circuit board is caused.

Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a mounting apparatus 100 for mounting a lamp bead or other electronic components on a circuit board 200. Specifically, the mounting device 100 includes a housing (not shown), two guide rails 10 juxtaposed within the housing, and at least two mounting jigs 20. Further, along the width direction of the guide rails 10, at least two mounting fixtures 20 are disposed on the two guide rails 10 in parallel, each mounting fixture 20 has a first edge 20a perpendicular to the running direction of the guide rail 10, and the length of the first edge 20a is smaller than the width of the guide rail 10, so that when the two mounting fixtures 20 are respectively disposed on the two guide rails 10, any mounting fixture 20 does not extend out of the guide rail 10 where it is located, thereby preventing the problem that the mounting modules on each guide rail 10 are all mounted on the same circuit board 200 due to color difference caused by that the mounting fixtures 20 extend out of the adjacent guide rails 10.
In one embodiment, the housing is a hollow rectangular structure to accommodate the two guide rails 10 and the mounting device 100. It should be understood that the shape of the housing is not limited thereto, and may be any other frame that can accommodate the guide rail 10 and the mounting fixture 20.
It should be noted that, above each guide rail 10, at least one mounting module (not shown) is included, and the module is used for mounting the specified area, i.e., the area below the module in the vertical direction. In an embodiment, the mounting module is a mechanical arm, so as to grasp a lamp bead or other electronic components, and mount the lamp bead or the electronic components to a designated position on the circuit board 200. Preferably, the mounting module is controlled by a computer program, and this is part of the prior art, and no further complaints are required here.
Further, in order to reduce the volume of the mounting apparatus 100 on the basis of mounting, the length of the first edge 20a ranges from 240mm to 250mm, so that when the two mounting fixtures 20 are placed on the two guide rails 10, the two mounting fixtures 20 are uniformly laid along the lateral direction of the housing, so as to reduce the volume of the inner cavity of the housing.
In one embodiment, the length of the first edge 20a is 247.5mm. It is apparent that the length of the first side 20a may also be 241mm, 242mm, 243mm, 244mm, 245mm, 246mm, 247mm, 248mm, 249mm, 250mm, etc. as in another embodiment.
It should be noted that, in the existing mounter, the width of the single mounting module is 247.5mm, and the width of the mounting fixture 20 is set to be consistent with the width of the single mounting module in the above scheme, so as to avoid the problem that the housing volume is too large due to too large space occupation rate caused by too wide mounting fixture 20, reduce the volume of the mounting device 100, reduce the occupied area, and reduce the moving distance of the tile module in the housing cavity, thereby increasing the mounting efficiency thereof.
Further, each mounting fixture 20 also has a second edge 20b parallel to the running direction of the guide rail 10. Specifically, the second side 20b has a length ranging from 340mm to 380mm to support the circuit board 200.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the second side 20b is generally disposed along the direction perpendicular to the running direction of the guide rail 10 to form an existing mounting machine, and when the second side 20b is disposed along the direction perpendicular to the running direction of the guide rail 10, the second side 20b extends from the mounting fixture 20 to the adjacent mounting fixture 20, so as to occupy two mounting fixtures 20, and when two mounting fixtures 20 are occupied, the mounting modules above the two guide rails 10 perform the mounting operation on the circuit boards 200 on the mounting fixtures on the two guide rails 10 at the same time, so that the mounting lamp beads are operated in two different areas, and color differences are formed in different areas of the circuit boards 200.
It should be noted that, each mounting module mounts the lamp beads with different colors, and is used for disturbing and attaching the lamp beads, when the same circuit board 200 is mounted by two mounting modules, different lamp beads are mounted on the same circuit board 200, so that the problem of color difference is caused when the lamp beads emit light.
In one embodiment, the second edge 20b has a length of 360mm. It is apparent that the length of the second side 20b may also be 340mm, 350mm, 370mm, 380mm, or the like, as in another particular embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to clamp the circuit board 200 to the mounting fixture 20, the mounting apparatus 100 further includes a clamping member 30. Specifically, the bonding jig 20 includes a holding portion 21 and a supporting portion 22 provided around the holding portion 21. Further, a clamping member 30 is provided at the position of the clamping portion 21 for clamping the circuit board 200 to the clamping portion 21.
In one embodiment, the clamp 30 includes, but is not limited to, a jaw.
Further, in order to clamp the circuit board 200 to the mounting fixture 20, in one embodiment, the number of the clamping members 30 is four, and the four clamping members 30 are respectively disposed at four corners of the clamping portion 21. When the circuit board 200 is placed on the clamping portion 21, the four clamping members 30 clamp four corners of the circuit board 200, respectively, so that the circuit board 200 is rocked.
In an embodiment, the clamping portion 21 and the supporting portion 22 are integrally formed, and the clamping portion 21 is located at a central portion of the supporting portion 22.
In order to clamp the circuit board 200 to the mounting fixture 20, the support portion 22 has first regions 221 located at both front and rear ends of the clamping portion 21 in the width direction of the guide rail 10. The circuit board 200 is fixed on the first area 221 to fix the circuit board 200 from both sides, thereby ensuring the firmness of fixing the circuit board 200 to the mounting fixture 20.
Further, in order to better ensure the fixing firmness of the mounting fixture 20 and the circuit board 200, the mounting device 100 further includes an anti-arch member 40. Specifically, the anti-arch member 40 is disposed in the first area 221, and the circuit board 200 is fixed on the anti-arch member 40 to prevent the problem of arching of the circuit board 200 due to transportation during mounting.
In an embodiment, the anti-arch member 40 has a substantially rectangular block structure, and two anti-arch members 40 are provided, and the two anti-arch members 40 are disposed at front and rear ends of the clamping portion 21 along the width direction of the guide rail 10, and opposite side edges of the circuit board 200 respectively abut against the anti-arch members 40, so that the circuit board 200 is clamped between the two anti-arch members 40. Preferably, the opposite sides of the anti-arch member 40 are provided with protrusions (not shown) to be clamped to the circuit board 200.
It should be understood that the manner of fixing the arch preventing members 40 to the circuit board 200 is not limited thereto, for example, in another embodiment, the width of the circuit board 200 is larger than the distance between the arch preventing members 40, and the upper end surfaces of the arch preventing members 40 are provided with protrusions (not shown), and the circuit board 200 is directly covered on the upper end surfaces of the arch preventing members 40 and is clamped in the protrusions.
In one embodiment, in order to prevent the problem of sagging of the circuit board 200 due to mounting, the width of the first region 221 is 70mm to abut against the mounting jig 20 when the circuit board 200 is mounted, thereby preventing sagging of the circuit board 200 due to too small a width of the first region 221.
It should be noted that, in use of the attaching jig 20, the first region 221 abuts against the guide rail 10 to support and be stressed. Referring to fig. 2, in the prior art, the area abutting against the guide rail 10 is a portion of the mounting fixture 20 perpendicular to the first area 221, and has a smaller width than the first area 221, so that when the area abutting against the guide rail 10, the force-bearing portion of the mounting is easy to be recessed downward when the circuit board 200 is mounted due to a smaller supporting force, thereby affecting the mounting yield of the circuit board 200.
In order to prevent the problem of the mounting accuracy being affected by overheat of the mounting device 100 due to the heat generated by the mounting, the first region 221 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipating holes 221a for dissipating heat so that the heat generated in the mounting device 100 is dissipated through the plurality of heat dissipating holes 221 a.
According to the application, the first edge 20a of the mounting fixture 20 is smaller than the width of the guide rail 10, so that two mounting fixtures 20 can be placed on two guide rails 10 in parallel along the width direction of the guide rail 10, and when one mounting fixture 20 is placed on one guide rail 10, the mounting fixture 20 cannot extend into the adjacent other guide rail 10, and therefore the problem of color difference of the circuit board 200 caused by simultaneous mounting of two different mounting modules on two areas on the circuit board 200 is prevented.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present application. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, the present application is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
