1. An eccentric blind hinge, comprising:
a first page (10) adapted to be connected to one of the door body (51) and the door frame (52);
a second page part (20) which is suitable for being connected with one of the door frame (52) and the door body (51);
the rocker arm assembly (30) comprises a first rocker arm (31) and a second rocker arm (32), wherein a first end of the first rocker arm (31) is rotatably and slidably connected with the first page part (10), and a second end of the first rocker arm (31) is hinged with the second page part (20);
the first end of the second rocker arm (32) is rotatably and slidably connected with the second page part (20), the second end of the second rocker arm (32) is hinged with the first page part (10), and the middle section of the first rocker arm (31) is hinged with the middle section of the second rocker arm (32);
the rocker arm assembly (30) is of an arch structure, and the rocker arm assembly (30) is suitable for separating the door body (51) from the door frame (52) when the door body (51) is rotated to be opened, so that the step (511) of the door body (51) is prevented from being away from the door frame (52).
2. The eccentric blind hinge of claim 1 wherein the first rocker arm (31) is of a "" configuration and the second rocker arm (32) is of a "i" configuration, the first rocker arm (31) being staggered with respect to the second rocker arm (32).

when the second sliding groove (221) is formed in the second page part (20), the first end of the second rocker arm (32) is a second hinge sleeve (322), and the second hinge sleeve (322) is rotationally connected with the second rod piece (321).

The eccentric blind hinge according to claim 5, wherein the first mounting assembly comprises a first mounting member (12) and a first connecting member (13), the first mounting member (12) is connected with the first rocker arm (31), the first mounting member (12) is provided with a first strip-shaped mounting groove (122), the first connecting member (13) is correspondingly provided with a first mounting hole (131), the first fixing member (11) is provided with a first strip-shaped connecting groove (111), the extending direction of the first strip-shaped connecting groove (111) is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first strip-shaped mounting groove (122), the first connecting member (13) is correspondingly provided with a first connecting hole (132), the first mounting hole (131) and the inner wall of the first connecting hole (132) are both screwed with threads, and the first adjusting assembly comprises a plurality of first connecting screws which are suitable for penetrating through the first strip-shaped mounting groove (122) partially and being connected with the first mounting hole (131) in a threaded manner;
