Specifically, the flexible glue 112 that coats the flexible metal plate 111 extends from one end of the flexible metal plate 111 to the escape hole 1111 of the flexible metal plate 111, and a region of the flexible metal plate 111 from the escape hole 1111 to the other end of the flexible metal plate 111, which is used to fix the flexible metal plate 111 to the base plate 104, is not coated with the flexible glue 112. Since the flexible glue 112 has a certain thickness, in order to avoid exposing the part of the flexible metal plate 111, which is not coated with the flexible glue 112, to the outside, a receiving groove 1042 is provided on the bottom plate 104 for receiving a part of the flexible glue 112 far from the end of the connection assembly 11 far from the fixing member 13.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the number of the protruding portions 1041 is plural, and plural protruding portions 1041 are arranged at intervals. Specifically, the bottom plate 104 is provided with a plurality of protruding portions 1041 that are distributed at intervals, for example, the bottom plate 104 is provided with three protruding portions 1041 along the circumferential direction, wherein one protruding portion 1041 passes through the escape hole 1111 of the flexible metal plate 111, and plays a role in mounting and positioning the end of the flexible metal plate 111 where the escape hole 1111 is provided. It should be noted that, the bottom plate 104 is provided with three protruding portions 1041, the supporting member 103 is provided with three connecting holes 1032, the number of the connecting holes 1032 is identical to that of the protruding portions 1041, the positions of the connecting holes 1032 and the positions of the protruding portions 1041 are matched, and the bolts are connected to the connecting holes 1032 of the three protruding portions 1041 through the three connecting holes 1032, so as to fixedly connect the supporting member 103 with the bottom plate 104. The provision of three protrusions 1041 improves the connection stability of the support 103 and the bottom plate 104.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the support 103 is provided with an annular stepped recess 1033, and the cover plate 101 is located in the annular stepped recess 1033. Specifically, the upper surface of the supporting member 103 is provided with an annular stepped groove 1033, glue is uniformly provided in the annular stepped groove 1033, and then the cover plate 101 is fixedly installed in the annular stepped groove 1033.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 5 and 8, a first cavity 14 is formed between the supporting member 103 and the bottom plate 104, and the first cavity 14 is used for mounting the PCB board 16. Specifically, after the supporting member 103 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 104, a first cavity 14 is formed between the supporting member 103 and the bottom plate 104, an annular mounting groove is formed in the region of the bottom plate 104 in the first cavity 14, and two through holes are formed in the PCB 16. The PCB 16 is placed in the annular mounting groove, and then the PCB is fixedly connected to the protruding studs on the bottom plate 104 by two bolts, so as to realize the mounting of the PCB 16 in the first cavity 14. It should be noted that, 3 through holes of the PCB 16 are further provided on the PCB 16, and the 3 through holes of the PCB 16 are used for avoiding three bolts for fixing the support plate on the protruding portion of the bottom plate 104.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, a second cavity 15 is formed between the support 103 and the cover 101, the second cavity 15 being used for mounting the charging coil 17. Specifically, the cover plate 101 is mounted on the upper surface of the support 103 to form a second cavity 15, and the second cavity 15 is cylindrical for mounting the charging coil 17. The mounting process of the cover plate 101, the charging coil 17 and the support 103 is as follows: firstly, the supporting piece 103 is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate 104, then the charging coil 17 is arranged in the second cavity 15, finally, the cover plate 101 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the supporting piece 103 to cover the charging coil 17, a filling plate 18 is further arranged between the charging coil 17 and the cover plate 101, the filling plate 18 is used for filling a gap between the charging coil 17 and the cover plate 101, soft rubber can be selected as the filling plate 18, and the filling plate 18 is used for protecting the charging coil 17. In particular, the charging coil 17 is mounted in the second cavity 15 by means of clamping or bonding, for example, the bottom of the charging coil 17 has a diameter greater than 2mm of the diameter of the second cavity 15, so that the bottom of the charging coil 17 forms an interference fit with the bottom of the second cavity 15. For example, an adhesive is uniformly provided on the bottom end surface of the second cavity 15, and the charging coil 17 is adhered to the bottom end surface of the second cavity 15. It should be noted that, the second cavity is further provided with a charging interface 20, when the magnetic bracket is fixed at the preset position, the mobile device is placed on the cover plate 101, and the charger is connected with the charging interface 20, so that the mobile device can be wirelessly charged when the mobile device is fixed on the magnetic bracket 1.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the supporting member 103 is further provided with a partition 1034, and the partition 1034 is used to separate the second cavity 15 from the first groove 1031, and the first groove 1031 is located outside the second cavity 15. Specifically, a partition 1034 is disposed between the first recess 1031 and the second cavity 15, and the partition 1034 is annular, so as to space the first recess 1031 and the second cavity 15, and avoid collision between the cover magnet 102 mounted in the first recess 1031 and the charging coil 17 mounted in the second cavity 15.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the magnetic support 1 further includes a magnetic attraction piece 19, where the magnetic attraction piece 19 is located in the first groove 1031, and the magnetic attraction piece 19 is located between the cover magnet 102 and the support member 103. Specifically, the magnetic attraction piece 19 forms interference fit with the bottom end of the first groove 1031, the magnetic attraction piece 19 is fixed at the bottom end of the first groove 1031, and then the cover magnet 102 is attracted to one side of the magnetic attraction piece 19 away from the bottom end of the first groove 1031, so that the cover magnet 102 is conveniently attracted and fixed in the first groove 1031. Specifically, the magnetic attraction piece 19 is a magnetic metal piece, and the cover magnet 102 is detachably attracted to and positioned on the magnetic attraction piece 19 when the magnetic attraction piece 19 is fixed at the bottom end of the first groove 1031.

Claims (10)
1. A magnetic stent, comprising:
the support assembly comprises a cover plate, a magnet, a support piece provided with a first groove and a bottom plate provided with a protruding part, wherein the protruding part and the support piece are provided with connecting holes, the support piece is positioned between the cover plate and the bottom plate, and the cover plate is used for fixing the magnet in the first groove;
the connecting assembly comprises a flexible metal plate and soft rubber coating part of the flexible metal plate, one end of the flexible metal plate is fixed with the bottom plate, one end of the flexible metal plate is provided with an avoidance hole, the avoidance hole is used for avoiding the protruding part, and the soft rubber extends from the other end of the flexible metal plate to the avoidance hole;
the fastener penetrates through the connecting hole to fix the supporting piece and the bottom plate;
the fixing piece is positioned at one end, far away from the avoidance hole, of the connecting assembly and is fixedly connected with the connecting assembly;
wherein the support and the base plate are of ABS or PC material.
2. The magnetic bracket of claim 1, wherein the fixing member includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion being provided with a third adhesive surface and a second adhesive surface which are removable, the third adhesive surface being used for connecting one side of the second connecting portion with the connecting assembly, the second adhesive surface being used for connecting the other side of the second connecting portion with one side of the first connecting portion; the other side of the first connecting part, which is far away from the second adhesive surface, is provided with a sticky tape, and the sticky tape is provided with a removable first adhesive surface for adhesion.
3. The magnetically attractable bracket of claim 2 wherein the third adhesive surface has a greater adhesive strength than the second adhesive surface and the second adhesive surface has a greater adhesive strength than the first adhesive surface.
4. The magnetic stand of claim 1 wherein said base plate is provided with a receiving slot for receiving said flexible glue on said attachment assembly at an end remote from said securing member.
5. The magnetic stent of claim 1, wherein the number of the protrusions is plural, and the plural protrusions are arranged at intervals.
6. A magnetic bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support member is provided with an annular stepped recess, and the cover plate is located within the stepped recess.
7. The magnetic stand of claim 1, wherein a first cavity is formed between the support and the base plate, the first cavity being for mounting a PCB board.
8. The magnetic stand of claim 1, wherein a second cavity is formed between the support and the cover plate, the second cavity being for mounting a charging coil.
9. The magnetically attractable bracket of claim 8 wherein the support member is further provided with a divider for dividing the second cavity from the first recess, the first recess being located outside the second cavity.
10. The magnetically attractable bracket of claim 1 further comprising a magnetically attractable tab positioned within the first recess, the magnetically attractable tab positioned between the magnet and the support.
