The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage dispenser of claim 1, wherein the base includes a boss portion inserted into the mixing vessel from a bottom end of the mixing vessel, and an outer peripheral surface of the boss portion is sealingly connected to an inner peripheral surface of the bottom end of the mixing vessel by a seal.
3. The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage making machine according to claim 2, wherein the seal member is a seal ring fitted around an outer peripheral surface of the boss portion.

The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage making machine according to claim 3, wherein an annular groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the boss portion, the sealing ring is sleeved in the annular groove and protrudes out of the outer peripheral surface in the radial direction, and the inner side surface of the bottom end of the mixing container presses the sealing ring to elastically deform to form a seal.

The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage making machine according to claim 2, wherein a liquid collecting hole is formed in the middle of the boss portion, and the upper surface of the boss portion is an inclined surface which is inclined downward from the edge of the boss portion toward the liquid collecting hole.
6. The easy-clean mixing system for a beverage making machine of claim 5, wherein the output channel includes the liquid collection aperture and a slurry outlet tube in communication with the liquid collection aperture and extending from a peripheral side of the base.
7. The easy-clean mixing system for a beverage making machine according to claim 2, wherein the mixing vessel and the base are detachably coupled by a rotational snap-fit structure.

The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage dispenser of claim 7, wherein the rotational engagement structure comprises a plurality of sets of corresponding mating bumps and hooks, one of the bumps and hooks being disposed on an outer peripheral surface of a bottom end of the mixing container and the other being disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the base below the boss.
9. The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the mixing portion has an anti-clogging concave portion on an inner peripheral surface thereof.
10. The easy-clean mixing system for a beverage dispenser of claim 9, wherein the anti-clog recess is a groove extending axially along the mixing section.
11. The easy-to-clean mixing system for a beverage making machine according to claim 9, wherein the number of the anti-clogging recesses is 2 to 6 and is uniformly arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the mixing portion.

A beverage making machine, characterized by comprising a water tank for storing liquid and a powder box for storing powder, and an easy-to-clean mixing system for the beverage making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the upper end of the mixing container is provided with a water inlet communicated with the water tank and a feed inlet communicated with the powder box, and the liquid entering through the water inlet and the powder entering through the feed inlet are mixed in the mixing container to form slurry.
