Abstract

When in use, three connecting plates are configured based on six binding posts; a connecting plate is connected to two binding posts simultaneously, and then the lead wires of the motor windings are in one-to-one correspondence with the binding posts, so that the connection reliability is guaranteed, and the lead wires are well contacted with the binding posts, the binding posts and the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is well contacted with the binding posts.

Technical Field

Background
Referring to fig. 1, currently, six terminals are used for a high-power three-phase motor terminal block.
But the windings of part of the high-power motor draw out 12 lead wires.
Two lead wires with wire lugs are connected to each binding post.
The existing six-binding post structure is inconvenient to wire due to the fact that the position is narrow, one binding post is simultaneously connected with two lead wires, and poor contact is easy to occur.

By adopting the technical scheme, three connecting plates are configured based on six binding posts; a connecting plate is connected to two binding posts simultaneously, and then the lead wires of the motor windings are in one-to-one correspondence with the binding posts, so that the connection reliability is guaranteed, and the lead wires are well contacted with the binding posts, the binding posts and the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is well contacted with the binding posts.
Preferably, the connecting plate comprises a fixing piece and a wiring piece, and the fixing hole is arranged at the fixing piece; the wiring piece is connected to the wiring piece; the wiring piece is connected to the fixing piece, and an included angle exists between the wiring piece and the fixing piece.

Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application discloses a wiring board including a connection board 1, a wiring member 2, and a power receiving member 3.
The connection board 1 is configured with three corresponding to six posts so that one connection board 1 is connected to two posts.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, each connection board 1 includes two connection pieces 11 and one conductive sheet 12. Each connecting piece 11 includes a fixing piece 111, a tab 112, and a connecting piece 113.
One end of the fixing piece 111 is fixedly connected to one end of the connection piece 112, and one end of the connection piece 113 is fixedly connected to the other end of the connection piece 112. In this embodiment, the fixing piece 111, the connection piece 112, and the connection piece 113 are integrally formed. In other embodiments, the fixing piece 111, the wire connecting piece 112 and the connecting piece 113 may be welded to achieve a fixed connection.
Meanwhile, an included angle exists between the fixing piece 111 and the connection piece 112, and an included angle exists between the connection piece 113 and the connection piece 112. In the present embodiment, the fixing piece 111 is perpendicular to the connecting piece 112, an obtuse angle is formed between the connecting piece 113 and the connecting piece 112, and the obtuse opening faces the fixing piece 111.
The fixing piece 111 is provided with a fixing hole 114, and the fixing hole 114 is used for being sleeved on the binding post. In actual use, the nut is screwed to the post, and the nut compresses the fixing piece 111.
The tab 112 is provided with two tab holes 115. The wire connection hole 115 allows the wire connection member 2 to be connected. And four wiring members 2 are provided corresponding to each connection plate 1.
The wiring member 2 includes a wiring bolt 21, a flat washer 22, an elastic washer 23 and a wiring nut 24. The wiring bolt 21 is inserted into the wiring hole 115, the flat washer 22 and the elastic washer 23 are sequentially sleeved on the wiring bolt 21, and the wiring nut 24 is connected with the wiring bolt 21 in a threaded manner.
In this embodiment, the flat washer 22, the elastic washer 23 and the terminal nut 24 are all located within an obtuse angle formed between the connecting piece 113 and the terminal piece 112.
Two wire holes 115 at either wire tab 112 are symmetrically disposed about plane a. The plane a is defined as a plane in which axes of the two fixing holes 114 in the connection plate 1 are located.
Two of the power receiving pieces 3 are provided corresponding to each of the connection plates 1. The power receiving piece 3 is used for connecting a power supply; one end of the conductive sheet 12 is detachably connected to one connecting sheet 113 through the connector 3, and the other end of the conductive sheet 12 is detachably connected to the other connecting sheet 113.
The connection piece 113 is provided with a connection hole 116. The conductive sheet 12 is provided with mounting holes 121. The power receiving member 3 includes a power receiving bolt 31 and a power receiving nut 32.
When in connection, the conductive sheet 12 is abutted against one side of the connecting sheet 113, which is away from the fixing sheet 111, the electric connection bolt 31 sequentially passes through the connecting hole 116 and the mounting hole 121, the electric connection nut 32 is in threaded connection with the electric connection bolt 31, and the electric connection nut 32 compresses the conductive sheet 12. Optionally, the electric connection bolt 31 may be further sleeved with a flat washer 22 and an elastic washer 23.
Meanwhile, the power receiving bolts 31 are perpendicular to the connection piece 113 such that the interval between the two power receiving bolts 31 increases as they are away from the fixing piece 111.
The implementation principle of the wiring board in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when in use, three connecting plates 1 are configured based on six binding posts; and one connecting plate 1 is simultaneously connected with two binding posts, so that lead wires of the motor winding are in one-to-one correspondence with the binding pieces 2, so that the connection reliability is ensured, and good contact is realized between the lead wires and the binding pieces 2, between the binding pieces 2 and the connecting plate 1 and between the connecting plate 1 and the binding posts.

1. A patch panel, characterized by: comprises a connecting plate (1) and a wiring piece (2);
one connecting plate (1) is provided with two fixing holes (114), and the fixing holes (114) are used for being sleeved on binding posts;

The patch panel of claim 2, wherein: the connecting plate (1) comprises connecting pieces (11) and conducting strips (12), two connecting pieces (11) are arranged, and the connecting pieces (11) comprise fixing pieces (111) and connecting lugs (112); one end of the conductive sheet (12) is connected to one connecting piece (11), and the other end of the conductive sheet (12) is connected to the other connecting piece (11).
4. A patch panel as claimed in claim 3, wherein: two wire connectors (2) are provided corresponding to one wire connector (112);
the axes of the two fixing holes (114) are coplanar and are the surface A, and the two wiring pieces (2) connected to one wiring piece (112) are symmetrically arranged about the surface A.
5. A patch panel as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the conducting strip (12) is detachably connected with the connecting piece (11).
6. The patch panel of claim 1, wherein: the connecting plate (1) is provided with a wiring hole (115); the wiring piece (2) comprises a wiring nut (24) and a wiring bolt (21), and the wiring bolt (21) is arranged in the wiring hole (115) in a penetrating mode.
7. The patch panel of claim 6, wherein: the wire connector (2) further comprises a plain washer (22), and the plain washer (22) is sleeved to the wire connection bolt (21).
8. The patch panel of claim 6, wherein: the wire connector (2) further comprises an elastic washer (23), and the elastic washer (23) is sleeved on the wire connecting bolt (21).
9. The patch panel of claim 1, wherein: the electric connector is characterized by further comprising an electric connector (3), wherein the electric connector (3) is connected to the connecting plate (1), and the electric connector (3) is used for being connected with a power supply.
10. The patch panel of claim 9, wherein: the electric connector also comprises two electric connectors (3), wherein the distance between the two electric connectors (3) is increased along with the distance from the fixing hole (114).
