Claims (12)

1. A cover plate assembly for a gas appliance, the gas appliance comprising a frame, the cover plate assembly comprising:
an inner cover plate for covering the opening of the frame body to construct a combustion chamber with the frame body; and
the outer cover plate is arranged on one side of the inner cover plate, which is away from the combustion chamber;
at least one side edge of the outer cover plate is provided with a first flanging which is turned towards one side of the inner cover plate, and a second flanging is arranged at the position of the inner cover plate corresponding to the first flanging;
the first flanging is provided with a clamping part which is clamped on the second flanging, so that the outer cover plate and the inner cover plate are preassembled into a whole.
2. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer cover has two opposite first sides, the first flanges are at least two, the at least two first flanges are disposed opposite the two first sides, and the second flanges are correspondingly disposed on the inner cover.
3. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein each of the first flanges is provided with at least two of the snap-fit portions, the at least two of the snap-fit portions being spaced apart on the corresponding first flange.
4. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the clip portion includes a hook section and a connecting section connecting the hook section and the first flange, the hook section and the second flange being hooked away from a side of the inner cover.
5. The cover plate assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer cover plate is provided with a plurality of first connection holes, and the inner cover plate is provided with a second connection hole corresponding to each first connection hole, and the first connection holes and the corresponding second connection holes are used for allowing connection pieces to pass through so as to connect and fix the outer cover plate and the inner cover plate.
6. The cover assembly of claim 5, wherein a plurality of the first connection holes are disposed adjacent to a side edge of the outer cover and spaced apart along an extension direction of the side edge.
7. The cover plate assembly of claim 1, wherein the gas appliance further comprises a heat exchanger provided at a top of the frame, and wherein the inner cover plate has a convex plate portion protruding from a side surface thereof, the convex plate portion for covering the heat exchanger.
8. The cover assembly of claim 1, wherein an air cooling channel is formed between the outer cover plate and the inner cover plate, and an air inlet of the air cooling channel is formed on the outer cover plate.
9. A combustion chamber housing comprising a frame and a cover assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, said cover assembly being disposed over an open side of said frame.
10. A gas plant, characterized by comprising:
shell body
A burner; and
the combustion chamber housing of claim 9, the combustion chamber housing being mounted to the housing, the burner being mounted within the housing and below the combustion chamber housing.
11. The gas-fired apparatus of claim 10 wherein said housing has opposed top and bottom plates, and wherein a mounting space for said burner is formed between a lower end of said combustion chamber housing and said bottom plate of said housing.
12. The gas appliance of claim 11, wherein the outer cover has vertically opposed top and bottom sides, the bottom side and the floor of the housing defining therebetween a mounting opening in communication with the mounting space, the mounting opening being capable of receiving the burner therein.
