Technical Field
The present application relates to medical devices, and more particularly to a nutrition pump bag.
Background
An enteral feeding pump bag, also referred to simply as a feeding pump bag, is a bag body that infuses enteral feeding fluid to a patient. As shown in fig. 1, it is mainly composed of a pouch 10 containing a nutrient solution and a connection tube 20; the lower end of the connection tube 20 is a tapered stepped spigot 31 for insertion into a port 41 of a gastric tube. The tapered stepped plug 31 is configured as a stepped joint as shown in fig. 1 of CN 2548644Y.
Clinically, the nutrition pump bag is most often connected to the stomach tube of the patient. However, some patients may not be given a gastric tube, but rather enteral nutrition via a naso-gastrointestinal tube or jejunal feeding tube. The configuration of the gastric tube port 41 is shown in figures 2a, 2b, 2 c. The structure of the port 42 of the nasogastric tube is shown in fig. 3a, 3b and 2c, which form an annular insertion space between the inner tube and the outer tube, and in clinical practice, the nutrition pump bag of fig. 1 needs to be connected to the nasogastric tube by inserting an adapter tube corresponding to the annular insertion space formed between the inner tube and the outer tube of the port 42 of the nasogastric tube into the lower end of the connecting tube 20 after cutting the tapered stepped plug 31 of the connecting tube 20 with scissors. Therefore, when the nutrition pump bag of fig. 1 is used in combination with a nasogastric tube or jejunal tube, the scissors are used on site to cut the tapered stepped plug 31, and in the case of the nasogastric tube, an adapter tube is further required to be sleeved, so that the operation is troublesome and unhygienic, and the risk of bacterial infection is increased.

when the upper end of the fitting tube of the plug member is detached from the lower end of the connecting tube, the lower end of the connecting tube is exposed for insertion into the port of the jejunal feeding tube.

Detailed Description
The nutrition pump bag of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The nutrition pump bag of the present application comprises a bag body 10 and a connecting tube 20; the bag body 10 is used for containing nutrient solution, and the upper end of the connecting pipe 20 is connected to the lower end of the bag body 10; these are the same as in the prior art.
The present application is different in that the lower end of the connection pipe 20 is detachably mounted with the plug member 30.
The plug member 30 includes a tapered stepped plug 31 and an adapter tube 32;
it should be noted here that both the tapered stepped plug 31 and the adapter tube 32 are used in the prior art, the difference in this application being that they can be detachably mounted together. Specifically, the upper end of the adapter tube 32 is detachably mounted to the lower end of the connection tube 20; the tapered stepped plug 31 has an upper end detachably inserted into a lower end of the adapter tube 32.

In use, the plug member 30 is mounted at the lower end of the connection tube 20 to accommodate a gastric tube (as gastric tubes are more common than nasogastric and jejunal feeding tubes); if the patient uses a nose gastrointestinal tube, as shown in fig. 7a, the conical stepped plug is removed to expose the adapting tube, so that the connection with nose gastrointestinal can be realized; if the patient inserts the jejunal feeding tube, the entire plug member is pulled out from the lower end of the connection tube, as shown in fig. 7b, and the lower end of the connection tube is directly connected to the jejunal feeding tube. In the whole operation process, the connection of the nutrition pump bag and the stomach tube, the nasogastric tube or the jejunum nutrition tube can be completed without using other tools (such as scissors), so that the device is very convenient, clean and sanitary, and is not easy to cause bacterial pollution.

when the upper end of the fitting tube of the plug member is detached from the lower end of the connecting tube, the lower end of the connecting tube is exposed for insertion into the port of the jejunal feeding tube.
