As shown in fig. 10, a collar 5131 is provided on one side of the collar 513, an adjusting screw 5132 is inserted into the collar 5131, the tightness of the collar 513 can be adjusted by driving the adjusting screw 5132, and at this time, the end of the collar 513 provided with the collar 5131 is the adjusting end of the collar 513; the left and right sides of the clamp 513 are provided with a plurality of screw holes for fixing the clamp 513 to the first armrest 23. After installation, the shaft 512 passes through the first armrest 23 and is inserted into the clamp 513, and at this time, the tightness of the clamp 513 can be adjusted by the adjusting screw 5132 to limit the rotation of the shaft 512, so that the shaft 512 does not act under the condition of not receiving an external force, and the shaft 512 rotates only after receiving a certain external force, even if a user manually toggles the adapting bracket 5.
A turntable 41 is connected between the other end of the switching support 5 and the keyboard supporting plate 4, and the switching support 5 is rotatably connected with the keyboard supporting plate 4 through the turntable 41. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the keyboard tray 4 is a square plate, the turntable 41 is fixed in the middle of the bottom surface of the keyboard tray 4, and the keyboard tray 4 is rotated along with the turntable 41 by toggling the keyboard tray 4. The turntable 41 can increase the contact surface between the keyboard tray 4 and the adapter bracket 5, so that the keyboard tray 4 is more stable.
The novel adjusting device can simultaneously realize the opening and closing functions and the front and back adjusting functions of the keyboard supporting plate 4. In a normal state, as shown in fig. 2, the keyboard tray 4 is disposed between the first armrest 23 and the second armrest 21, and is perpendicular to the first armrest 23 and the second armrest 21, and can limit a user on the seat 2. When the keyboard supporting plate 4 needs to be opened and closed, the switching support 5 is shifted, so that the switching support 5 rotates around the rotation point of the switching support 5 and the first handrail 23, at the moment, the keyboard supporting plate 4 rotates along with the rotation of the switching support 5, and when a certain angle is opened, an opening for people to walk is formed between the keyboard supporting plate 4 and the second handrail 21; similarly, the user can toggle the switching bracket 5 in the opposite direction to reset the keyboard tray 4 between the first armrest 23 and the second armrest 21 for limiting. When the keyboard supporting plate 4 needs to be adjusted back and forth, a user can toggle the switching support 5 to rotate, and toggle the keyboard supporting plate 4 to rotate until the keyboard supporting plate 4 is perpendicular to the first handrail 23 while toggling the switching support 5; the distance between the keyboard tray 4 and the seat 2 becomes larger at this time than in the normal state, so that the front-rear position adjustment of the keyboard tray 4 is performed by the simultaneous rotation of the adapter bracket 5 and the keyboard tray 4; otherwise, the user simultaneously toggles the switching support 5 and the keyboard supporting plate 4 in the opposite direction to reset the keyboard supporting plate 4 to the original position. To sum up, this patent is only through the structure of switching support 5, realizes the opening closure function and the fore-and-aft regulatory function of keyboard layer board 4 simultaneously, and the structure is retrenched, is convenient for assemble.
Further, the adapting support 5 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 591 distributed in a fan shape, the keyboard support plate 4 is provided with positioning pins 42 facing the positioning holes 591, and the positions of the keyboard support plate 4 under different angles are fixed by inserting the positioning pins 42 into different positioning holes 591. The spring pin in the patent is a standard component, and in a normal state, the spring pin is inserted into the positioning hole 591 in a downward movement under the action of an internal spring, at this time, the keyboard support plate 4 and the switching support 5 are in a positioning state under the action of the positioning bolt 42, and a user can only toggle the switching support 5 to rotate so as to open the keyboard support plate 4; the spring pin is positioned to prevent a user from operating the keyboard tray 4 by mistake when the user needs to open the keyboard tray 4. When the user needs to rotate the keyboard tray 4, the spring pin is lifted upwards, so that the spring pin leaves the positioning hole 591 to release the positioning state of the keyboard tray 4; at this time, the user can rotate the keyboard tray 4 while making the spring pins opposite to the different positioning holes 591, and after determining the rotation angle of the keyboard tray 4, release the spring pins to reinsert into the positioning holes 591 for positioning.
It should be noted that, in this patent, for a typical user, when the keyboard tray 4 is perpendicular to the first arm rest 23, the keyboard tray 4 is at the most comfortable position for the user to use, and in fact, the slight deviation of the keyboard tray 4 will not affect the normal use of the keyboard tray 4.
In some embodiments, the positioning pin 42 may be in a bolt structure, and accordingly, the positioning hole 591 may be provided as a threaded hole, or a nut corresponding to the positioning pin 42 may be provided, so as to separate or connect the positioning pin 42 and the positioning hole 591. However, if the bolt structure is adopted, the disassembly of the positioning bolt 42 is complicated, and the adjusting speed of the keyboard tray 4 is affected.
In some embodiments, the turntable 41 may be disposed at one end of the keyboard tray 4 to rotate the keyboard tray 4; but this would result in an excessive amount of rotation of the keyboard tray 4, affecting the operation of the keyboard tray 4.
