Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electronic cigarettes, in particular to an electronic cigarette control device with a child lock.
Background
Because of worry about children sucking electronic cigarettes, the country goes out of the new standard: the electronic cigarette should have a protection function for preventing child's starting and accidental starting. The conventional electronic cigarette controller does not have the function, needs to be controlled by a singlechip at the periphery, has relatively large cost increase, increases space and is not suitable for the electronic cigarettes with small volume.
Disclosure of Invention
The primary object of the present application is to provide an electronic cigarette control device with a child lock, so as to help reduce occupied space, volume and cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted in the application is as follows:
an electronic cigarette control device with a child lock, comprising: a main control board; the air flow sensor is arranged on the main control board and comprises a shell, and a polar plate, a gasket, a diaphragm and a PCB (printed circuit board) which are encapsulated in the shell and are used for detecting the air suction action; and the electronic component is attached to the PCB and is used for outputting an unlocking signal or a locking signal when judging that the detected suction action meets the condition.
In some optional embodiments, the electronic component is specifically configured to determine whether the duration of the inspiration is in compliance with a condition, or determine whether the number of times of inspiration within a set duration is in compliance with a condition.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic component is located within a receiving cavity defined by the PCB and the housing.
In some alternative embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the key switch is electrically connected with the main control board; and the electronic element is also used for outputting an unlocking signal or a locking signal when judging that the long pressing time or the quick pressing number of the key switch meets the condition.
In some alternative embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the LED lamp is electrically connected with the electronic element; the electronic element is also used for controlling the opening and closing of the LED lamp according to whether the LED lamp is unlocked or not.

In order to make the present application solution better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will be made in detail and with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.

The following is a detailed description of specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present application, an electronic cigarette control device with a child lock is provided. The apparatus may include:
a main control board 30;
an air flow sensor 10, which is arranged on a main control board 30 and comprises a shell 11, a polar plate 12, a gasket 13, a diaphragm 14 and a PCB (printed circuit board) 15 which are encapsulated in the shell 11, wherein the air flow sensor is used for detecting the suction action;
and an electronic component 20 mounted on the PCB15 for outputting an unlock signal or a lock signal when the detected inhalation is judged to be in compliance.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic component 20 is specifically configured to: judging whether the duration of the inspiration meets the condition or not, or judging whether the number of inspiration in the set duration meets the condition or not; when the duration exceeds the preset time or the number of times of inspiration exceeds the preset number of times, judging that the conditions are met, and outputting an unlocking signal or a locking signal, wherein the unlocking signal can be used for indicating the work of the heating component of the electronic cigarette, and the locking signal can be used for indicating the non-work of the heating component of the electronic cigarette.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic component 20 is located within a receiving cavity defined by the PCB15 and the housing 11. That is, the electronic component 20 is mounted on a side surface of the PCB15 facing the inside of the airflow sensor 10, not on a side surface facing the outside. In this way, the electronic component 20 can be better protected and the conductive terminals on the outer side surface of the PCB15 can be easily provided for connection to external devices.
In some alternative embodiments, the apparatus of the present application further comprises: the key switch 40 is electrically connected to the main control board 30, and is electrically connected to the electronic component 20 through the main control board 30; the electronic component 20 is further configured to output an unlock signal or a lock signal when the number of times of the long pressing time or the set time period of the key switch 40 is determined to be in accordance with the condition. The key switch 40 may be a mechanical switch or a touch switch, which is exposed to the housing of the electronic cigarette, so as to be convenient for a user to operate.
In some alternative embodiments, the apparatus of the present application further comprises: the LED lamp 50 is electrically connected to the electronic element 20; the electronic component 20 is also used for controlling the on/off of the LED lamp 50 according to whether the lock is unlocked. Here, the LED lamp 50 may be directly provided on the air flow sensor 10 (in particular, may be provided on the PCB 15), or may be provided on the main control board 30.
In some alternative embodiments, the apparatus of the present application further comprises:
the battery assembly 60 is arranged on the main control board 30;
the electronic component 20 is also used for detecting the electric quantity of the battery assembly 60, and controlling the on/off of the LED lamp 50 according to the detected electric quantity.
In some alternative embodiments, no MCU (microprocessor) is provided on the main control board 30. This is because the unlocking/locking functions and the like are already realized by the electronic component 20, and no additional MCU is required.
In some alternative embodiments, the electronic component 20 is also used to convert a change in input voltage into a change in output current; no MOS transistors are provided on the PCB 15. The MOS transistor is a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor, and can be used to convert a change of an input voltage into a change of an output current, and since the function can be implemented by the electronic component 20 in the present application, no MOS transistor is required to be disposed in the airflow sensor 10.
The airflow sensor 10 is commonly referred to herein as a microphone, and is typically used as an e-cigarette controller to control the activation or deactivation of the e-cigarette by detecting changes in airflow. The working principle of the device is that the polar plate 12 and the diaphragm 14 form a capacitor, when the suction action is performed, the distance between the polar plate 12 and the diaphragm 14 changes to change the capacitance value, and the voltage at two ends of the base plate 12 and the diaphragm 14 changes due to the fact that the capacitance electric quantity is unchanged.
Here, the electronic component 20 may be a chip, and the corresponding function may be implemented by a writing program, for example, a writing child lock function, which may be implemented using a conventional technology, and the specific implementation thereof is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a top view of a PCB of an airflow sensor in one embodiment of the present application. In some alternative embodiments, a plurality of solder joints may be provided as conductive terminals on an outward facing side surface of the PCB 15. By way of example, the plurality of pads may include three to eight, which may include a power positive terminal, a ground terminal, a signal output terminal, etc., without limitation. In one implementation, 3 welding spots can be provided and connected with the LED lamp; in another implementation, 5 welding spots can be arranged and connected with the LED lamp; in another implementation manner, 6 welding spots can be arranged and are not connected with the LED lamp; in yet another implementation, 5-8 pads may be provided and a patch design may be employed. It is to be understood that the above-described various ways are merely exemplary and are not intended to limit the present application.
As described above, the electronic cigarette controller (i.e. the airflow sensor) is directly integrated with the child lock function by the internal chip, and the internal chip has the child lock function capable of being written. Illustratively, the child lock function has the following modes of implementation:
1. key mode child lock: a long press (freely selected seconds) or a quick press number (freely selected times) can be set for unlocking or locking;
2. smoking mode child lock: the number of consecutive smoke ports (i.e., the number of puffs, which may be freely selected) may be set for a continuous period of smoking (i.e., the duration of the puffs, which may be freely selected) or a fixed period of time (freely selected).
Illustratively, the lock mode is exemplified by:
the smoking function of first power on is normal (be convenient for test shipment, avoid test time to still unblock), even inhale three mouthfuls of locks and do not light, inhale three mouthfuls of unblocks (wherein first two mouthfuls do not light, the third mouthful light 2 seconds but do not export), and the fourth mouthful begins to light and normally export work.
3. Detecting electric quantity, and automatically locking the child lock during charging;

a main control board;
the air flow sensor is arranged on the main control board and comprises a shell, and a polar plate, a gasket, a diaphragm and a PCB (printed circuit board) which are encapsulated in the shell and are used for detecting the air suction action;
and the electronic component is attached to the PCB and is used for outputting an unlocking signal or a locking signal when judging that the detected suction action meets the condition.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the electronic component is specifically configured to determine whether the duration of the inhalation meets a condition, or whether the number of times of inhalation within a set duration meets a condition.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the electronic component is located in a containing cavity enclosed by the PCB and the shell.
4. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
the key switch is electrically connected with the main control board;
and the electronic element is also used for outputting an unlocking signal or a locking signal when judging that the long pressing time or the quick pressing number of the key switch meets the condition.
5. The apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
the LED lamp is electrically connected with the electronic element;
the electronic element is also used for controlling the opening and closing of the LED lamp according to whether the LED lamp is unlocked or not.
6. The apparatus as recited in claim 5, further comprising:
the battery assembly is arranged on the main control board;
the electronic element is also used for detecting the electric quantity of the battery assembly and controlling the opening and closing of the LED lamp according to the detected electric quantity.
