The body 1 also has a guide surface 15 on the side facing away from the second flange 132 for guiding the insertion of the end of the rotary shaft 22 into the rotary hole 11. The guide surface 15 is inclined inwardly toward the vicinity of the second flange 132 and extends inwardly to the first flange 131. The second flange 132 is integrally provided with a second limit flange 1323 at a side near to the axis of the rotation hole 11, so as to reduce the probability of the second seal ring 1322 separating from the second ring groove 1321. By the cooperation of the first seal ring 1312 and the first ring groove 1311 and the cooperation of the second seal ring 1322 and the second ring groove 1321, the sealing performance of the oil seal can be improved, and the probability of external impurities entering the mixer 2 can be reduced.
