The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, an embodiment of the present application provides a mounting base, including a base and a sliding member 2, where the base is used for carrying a mounted member 3, the base is provided with a first clamping structure 1211 and a sliding rail 13, and the sliding rail 13 is provided with a locking position and a releasing position. The sliding piece 2 is provided with a second clamping structure 23 and a first supporting surface 21, and is switched between a release position and a locking position by sliding along the sliding rail 13, when the sliding piece 2 is in the locking position, the first clamping structure 1211 and the second clamping structure 23 are clamped and fixed, and the sliding piece 2 abuts against the side edge of the installed piece 3 to realize the relative fixation of the installed piece 3 and the base; when the slider 2 slides from the locking position to the releasing position, the portion of the mounted member 3 near the side against the slider 2 is driven by the first supporting surface 21 to separate the slider 2 from the side of the mounted member 3.
The mount is applied to fix the mounted member 3 to a target object, for example, the mounted member 3 is an m.2 device, and the target object is a main board of a PC-type product. In order to fix the mounted member 3 to the target object, the base of the mount should be fixedly disposed with respect to the target object in advance, specifically, the base of the mount may be integrated with the target object as a component of the target object, that is, the base and the target object are integrally formed, or the base may be a part independent of the target object, and fixedly disposed with respect to the target object by a conventional fixing connection manner such as a screw connection, a welding connection, or the like. When the mounted member 3 is fixed to the target object, the sliding member 2 slides along the sliding rail 13 of the base to the locking position, the side edge of the mounted member 3 abuts against the sliding member 2, that is, the sliding member 2 applies a first force to the side edge of the mounted member 3, the mounted member 3 receives a second force from the target object in the opposite direction to the first force, and the first force and the second force can clamp and fix the mounted member 3, so that the mounted member 3 and the base are relatively fixed. Fig. 7 to 12 exemplarily show a process of fixing and removing the mounted member 3 (shown in the form of an m.2 card) to and from a main board (not shown in the figure), as shown in fig. 7 and 8, after the mounted member 3 is fixed to the main board, the gold finger end of the mounted member 3, i.e., the left side in the figure, is connected with an m.2 mounting groove (not shown in the figure) on the main board, and the other end of the mounted member 3, i.e., the right side in the figure, is abutted against a first side 22 (see fig. 5) of the slider 2. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the mounted member 3 is detached from the main board, the sliding member 2 slides relative to the base, the first supporting surface 21 (see fig. 5) of the sliding member 2 lifts up the right side of the mounted member 3, and the first side 22 of the sliding member 2 is also separated from the right side of the mounted member 3, and then the mounted member 3 can be removed.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, the sliding member 2 is disposed obliquely with respect to the normal line of the first support surface 21 in the sliding direction of the slide rail 13. Since the mounting and dismounting are opposite to each other, referring to fig. 11, when the mounting operation of the mounted member 3 is performed, the left end of the mounted member 3 is first brought into abutment with the support structure of the target object, the right end of the mounted member 3 is brought into abutment with the first support surface 21 of the slider 2, the slider 2 slides downward and leftward with respect to the base from the position shown in fig. 11, the position of the first support surface 21 gradually decreases during the movement of the slider 2, the clockwise rotation about the left end of the mounted member 3 occurs, and the right side edge of the mounted member 3 gradually approaches the first side surface 22 of the slider 2, and when the slider 2 reaches the lock position, the first side surface 22 of the slider 2 is brought into abutment with the right side edge of the mounted member 3, as shown in fig. 8, so as to clamp and fix the mounted member 3 together with the support structure of the target object. In other embodiments, the sliding member 2 may be disposed in parallel with respect to the normal line of the first supporting surface 21 along the sliding direction of the sliding rail 13, that is, the sliding rail 13 in fig. 4 may be changed from an inclined extension to a vertical extension, when the installation operation of the installed member 3 is performed, the left end of the installed member 3 is also abutted against the supporting structure of the target object, the right end of the installed member 3 is also abutted against the first supporting surface 21 of the sliding member 2, then the sliding member 2 slides downward with respect to the base from the release position, during the movement of the sliding member 2, the position of the first supporting surface 21 gradually decreases, and the installed member 3 rotates clockwise with the left end as the center, so that the right side of the installed member 3 and the first side 22 of the sliding member 2 gradually approach each other until the first side 22 of the sliding member 2 abuts against the right side of the installed member 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the base includes a base 11 and a paddle 12, a first end of the paddle 12 is fixedly connected with the base 11, the base 11 is provided with a slide rail 13, the paddle 12 is provided with a first clamping structure 1211, and the clamping between the first clamping structure 1211 and the second clamping structure 23 can be released by pulling the paddle 12 in a direction away from the base 11. The shifting piece 12 can change in position under the action of external force, and after the external force is cancelled, the shifting piece 12 can automatically rebound to the original position, and an installer can easily, conveniently and smoothly unlock the clamping connection between the sliding piece 2 and the base through simple shifting action. Specifically, the first clamping structure 1211 may be a groove or a through hole, and the second clamping structure 23 may be a protruding structure of the surface of the slider 2. Referring to fig. 1 and 9, in the state shown in fig. 1, the second engagement structure 23 is engaged into the first engagement structure 1211, and at this time, the slider 2 cannot slide obliquely upward, and thus remains in the locked position. When the pulling plate 12 in fig. 1 is pulled to the right, the first engaging structure 1211 will be separated from the second engaging structure 23, and then the slider 2 can be slid obliquely upward, so that the slider 2 reaches the release position, as shown in fig. 2 and 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the paddle 12 includes a first sheet 121 and a second sheet 122, the first sheet 121 extends from a first end of the paddle 12 along a direction parallel to the sliding rail 13, the second sheet 122 extends from an end of the first sheet 121 away from the first end along a direction parallel to a normal line of the first supporting surface 21, and the first fastening structure 1211 is disposed on the first sheet 121. That is, the entirety of the plectrum 12 is not flat plate-shaped, but has a bent portion, and the first sheet body 121 and the second sheet body 122 are connected by this bent portion, the first sheet body 121 is arranged parallel to the sliding direction of the slider 2, and the second sheet body 122 is arranged perpendicular to the first supporting surface 21, so that the size of the plectrum 12 in the left-right direction of fig. 1 can be made smaller. Of course, in other embodiments, the paddle 12 may be provided in a flat plate shape as a whole and arranged parallel to the sliding direction of the slider 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the second sheet 122 is provided with a through hole 1221 for the sliding member 2 to pass through, so that the extension length of the first sheet 121 can be made shorter, and the size of the paddle 12 in the left-right direction of fig. 1 can be further made smaller. The second sheet 122 may be provided in a tuning fork shape, i.e., a U-shape with an open top, in addition to the annular shape shown in fig. 3, as long as the second sheet 122 does not affect the movement of the slider 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the second locking structure 23 is provided with a guiding inclined plane, that is, a lower surface of the second locking structure 23 in fig. 2, and the guiding inclined plane can exert a pushing action on the pulling piece 12 when the sliding piece 2 slides from the releasing position to the locking position, so that the pulling piece 12 automatically changes in position in a direction away from the base 11, that is, an installer does not need to manually pull the pulling piece 12 when performing an installation operation.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the base is provided with a stroke limit structure 131 to prevent the slide member 2 from falling off the slide rail 13 when the mounted member 3 is detached from the base. When the sliding member 2 slides from the locking position to the releasing position, that is, when the sliding member 2 moves to the upper right in fig. 2 relative to the base 11, the locking portion 25 on the sliding member 2 meets the travel limiting structure 131 on the base, so that the sliding member 2 stops moving, and the sliding member 2 is prevented from falling off from the base. In order to enable the slider 2 to slide along the slide rail 13 more smoothly, in this embodiment, the slider 2 is provided with a first slide connection portion 24 having a T-shaped cross section, and the slide rail 13 is provided with a second slide connection portion that mates with the first slide connection portion 24. Specifically, the first sliding connection portion 24 may be provided as a rib, and the second sliding connection portion may be provided as a chute. Of course, it is also possible to provide the first sliding connection 24 as a runner and the second sliding connection as a rib. As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the first supporting surface 21 and the top surface of the first sliding connection portion 24 have a height difference, and in other embodiments, the first supporting surface 21 and the top surface of the first sliding connection portion 24 may be set to be flush, or the top surface of the first sliding connection portion 24 may be set as the first supporting surface 21.
In order to facilitate the removal operation, in a preferred embodiment, the mounting base further comprises an elastic member disposed between the sliding member 2 and the base, the elastic member being configured to automatically spring the sliding member 2 from the locking position when the mounted member 3 is removed from the base. That is, when the dial 12 is shifted to release the engagement between the first engagement structure 1211 and the second engagement structure 23, the slider 2 automatically moves to the upper right of fig. 2 by a small distance under the elastic restoring force of the elastic member, which is convenient for the installer to pinch the top of the slider 2 by hand for the subsequent operation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, in a preferred embodiment, the sliding member 2 is provided with a stop surface extending forward parallel to the first supporting surface 21 at the upper edge of the first side surface 22, and when the sliding member 2 is in the locked position, the stop surface can limit the movement of the mounted member 3 along the normal line direction of the first supporting surface 21, so that the mounted member 3 is more firmly fixed on the target object. As shown in fig. 5, in order to better prevent the mounted member 3 from shaking on the target object, the first side 22 may be provided with an arc surface, and correspondingly, the side edge of the mounted member 3 abutting against the first side 22 should also have an arc surface structure, that is, the mounted member 3 forms a concave-convex fit with the first side 22 of the sliding member 2 through the arc surface structure, so that the mounted member 3 is not easy to shake.
In the present description, the structures of the parts are described in a progressive manner, and the structure of each part is mainly described as a difference from the existing structure, and the whole and part of the structure of the mounting seat can be obtained by combining the structures of the parts.
