The embodiment provides a hard disk bracket of a storage server, which is suitable for the field of storage servers, in particular to a hard disk. As shown in fig. 1, the hard disk bracket of the storage server comprises a bracket assembly 1 and a bracket panel 2, wherein the bracket assembly 1 is used for installing a hard disk to be installed, one end of the bracket panel 2 is rotatably connected with the bracket assembly 1, and the other end of the bracket panel 2 is detachably connected with the bracket assembly 1 for opening and closing the bracket assembly 1. The bracket panel 2 has a handle function.
The hard disk bracket of the storage server provided by the embodiment, the bracket component 1 is used for installing the hard disk to be installed, and the bracket component 1 plays a role in installing and supporting the hard disk to be installed. When the other end of the bracket panel 2 is separated from the bracket assembly 1 and rotates in a direction away from the bracket assembly 1, the bracket assembly 1 is in an open state, so that a hard disk to be installed is conveniently placed in the bracket assembly 1, and the hard disk to be installed is installed; after the hard disk to be mounted is mounted on the bracket assembly 1, the other end of the bracket panel 2 is rotated to a direction approaching to the bracket assembly 1 and is connected to the bracket assembly 1, so that the bracket assembly 1 is in a closed state, and the hard disk to be mounted is prevented from being separated from the bracket assembly 1.
Because the hard disk to be installed has higher power consumption in the use process, more heat can be generated to cause higher temperature, and the use performance is affected. In order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the storage server hard disk tray provided in this embodiment further includes a guiding inclined structure 3, and the guiding inclined structure 3 is used for guiding an air flow into the tray assembly 1 for heat dissipation of the hard disk to be mounted.
The storage server hard disk bracket provided by the embodiment can guide air flow into the bracket assembly 1 by utilizing the guide inclined structure 3, plays a role of increasing air inlet quantity while performing the air flow guiding function, and realizes heat dissipation of a hard disk to be installed so as to achieve the purpose of cooling, thereby ensuring the smoothness of air flow of the whole machine and ensuring the stability and reliability of operation of the whole machine at the working temperature.
It should be noted that, the whole storage server hard disk bracket after the hard disk is mounted is similar to a cuboid structure, the height direction of the cuboid structure is defined as a first direction, the width direction of the cuboid structure is a second direction, and the length direction of the cuboid structure is a third direction, wherein the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are only representative space directions and have no significance.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, the bracket panel 2 is provided with an air inlet 21, and the guiding inclined structure 3 is disposed in the air inlet 21.
According to the air flow simulation, the air inlet 21 is formed through the bracket panel 2, which is equivalent to opening holes on the bracket panel 2, so that the air inlet 21 is formed, and the air flow is introduced into the bracket assembly 1 through the air inlet 21. Through being provided with the direction tilt structure 3 in air intake 21, direction tilt structure 3 has the characteristic of slope, plays the effect of air inlet direction, makes the interior air inlet of bracket component 1 more, and is more smooth and easy.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the number of the air inlets 21 is plural, and the opening ratio of the air inlets 21 in the bracket panel 2 is 75% or more.
Through mechanical calculation and simulation, on the basis of meeting the structural strength of the bracket panel 2, the number of the openings of the bracket panel 2 is increased, so that the number of the air inlets 21 is multiple, the structural layout of the bracket panel 2 is optimized, the opening ratio of the bracket panel 2 is increased, the effect of improving the ventilation quantity is achieved, and the heat dissipation requirements of high-power consumption and high-capacity hard disks are met.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the shape of the air inlet 21 may be at least one of a circle, a rectangle, a triangle, a diamond, etc., and the shape of the air inlet 21 is not limited in this embodiment, and may be adjusted according to actual production requirements.
It should be specifically noted that the plurality of air inlets 21 may be arranged in the first direction and the second direction to form a rectangular array structure.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3, an air inlet channel 22 is arranged in the bracket panel 2, one end of the air inlet channel 22 is communicated with the air inlet 21, and the other end is communicated with the inner cavity of the bracket assembly 1; wherein, the guiding inclined structure 3 is arranged at one side of the air inlet 21 close to the air inlet channel 22.
In the actual use process, the air flow flowing in from the air inlet 21 enters the inner cavity of the bracket assembly 1 through the air inlet channel 22, and the air inlet channel 22 plays roles in air flow conveying and introducing. The guiding inclined structure 3 is arranged on one side of the air inlet 21, which is close to the air inlet channel 22, and is equivalent to the guiding inclined structure 3 arranged at the connecting position between the air inlet 21 and the air inlet channel 22, the guiding inclined structure 3 is specifically a guiding inclined surface, and under the guiding action of the guiding inclined structure 3, the air flow is convenient to flow into the air inlet channel 22 from the air inlet 21.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the guiding inclined structure 3 is disposed on an upper inner wall of the air inlet 21 along the first direction, and the guiding inclined structure 3 is disposed obliquely downward toward the air inlet channel 22; and/or, the guiding inclined structure 3 is arranged on the inner wall of the lower side of the air inlet 21 along the first direction, and the guiding inclined structure 3 is arranged in an upward inclined way towards the air inlet channel 22.
The air flow near the upper side of the air inlet 21 along the first direction can be guided and conveyed through the guiding inclined structure 3, and the guiding inclined structure 3 is arranged in a downward inclined way towards the air inlet channel 22, which is equivalent to the downward convergence of the air flow into the air inlet channel 22, so as to play a role in gathering; the air flow near the lower side of the air inlet 21 along the first direction can be guided and conveyed through the guiding inclined structure 3, and the guiding inclined structure 3 is obliquely arranged upwards towards the air inlet channel 22, which is equivalent to the downward convergence of the air flow into the air inlet channel 22, so as to achieve the convergence effect.
It will be appreciated that for each air inlet 21, a guiding inclined structure 3 is provided on at least one side of the air inlet 21 in the first direction. Specifically, the guiding inclined structure 3 may be disposed on an upper inner wall of the air inlet 21 along the first direction, the guiding inclined structure 3 may be disposed on a lower inner wall of the air inlet 21 along the first direction, and the guiding inclined structure 3 may be disposed on both an upper inner wall and a lower inner wall of the air inlet 21 along the first direction. It is also possible that one side of the two air inlets 21 adjacent in the first direction, which is far from or near to each other, is provided with the guide inclined structure 3, respectively.
It should be noted that, the air inlet 21 and the air inlet channel 22 are mutually communicated, and the inner diameter of the air inlet 21 along the first direction is larger than the inner diameter of the air inlet channel 22 along the first direction, which is equivalent to that the air inlet 21 and the air inlet channel 22 form a stepped through hole structure, at this time, the steps of the stepped through hole structure are the guiding inclined structure 3, i.e. the step surface is an inclined surface for guiding the air flow in the air inlet 21 to the air inlet channel 22.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the guide inclined structure 3 is provided on an outer wall of at least one side of the tray panel 2 in the first direction.
The guiding inclined structure 3 is arranged on the outer wall of at least one side of the bracket panel 2 along the first direction, which is equivalent to arranging the guiding inclined structure 3 on the upper side or the lower side or the upper and lower sides of the outer wall of the bracket panel 2 along the first direction, the guiding inclined structure 3 is specifically a guiding inclined surface, the guiding inclined surface is obliquely arranged relative to the flowing direction of the airflow, the contact area of the airflow and the guiding inclined surface is increased, and the ventilation area and the air intake are increased to a certain extent.
The inclination directions of the guide inclination structures 3 located on both sides of the bracket panel 2 in the first direction may be the same or opposite with respect to the same bracket panel 2, and may be adjusted as needed. Specifically, the bracket panel 2 may be chamfered on the upper and lower sides thereof in the first direction to form the double-sided guide inclined structure 3.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of bracket assemblies 1 are stacked along a first direction, and the inclination directions of the corresponding guide inclination structures 3 of two adjacent bracket panels 2 are the same or different.
When a plurality of storage server hard disk brackets are overlapped along the first direction, the space utilization rate is increased by occupying the height space along the first direction, and if the gap between two adjacent bracket assemblies 1 is smaller, the ventilation and heat dissipation effects of the two adjacent storage server hard disk brackets are poorer. For this reason, the corresponding guiding inclined structures 3 of the adjacent two bracket panels 2 have different inclination directions, so that the air flow can be guided to the gap between the adjacent two bracket assemblies 1 through the guiding inclined structures 3, and the heat dissipation effect between the adjacent two bracket assemblies 1 is improved.
In one embodiment, an air guide channel 4 is formed between the corresponding guiding inclined structures 3 of two adjacent bracket panels 2.
The guiding inclined structures 3 corresponding to the two adjacent bracket panels 2 serve as the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the air guide channel 4 along the first direction, air flow can be conveyed through the air guide channel 4, the mutual contact area of the air flow and the guiding inclined structures 3 is relatively large, and the heat dissipation effect is good.
In one embodiment, the air guide channel 4 is a trumpet-shaped structure, and the small mouth end of the trumpet-shaped structure is disposed towards the bracket assembly 1.
When the inclination directions of the guiding inclined structures 3 corresponding to the two adjacent bracket panels 2 are different, the air guide channel 4 is of a horn-shaped structure, namely, the large opening end of the horn-shaped structure is arranged towards the front end of the bracket panel 2 along the third direction, the small opening end of the horn-shaped structure is arranged towards the rear end of the bracket panel 2 along the third direction, the large opening end of the horn-shaped structure can receive more air flow, a larger inlet is provided for the air flow to enter the guiding channel, meanwhile, the effect of increasing the gaps of the two adjacent bracket panels 2 along the first direction is achieved to a certain extent, the small opening end of the horn-shaped structure is arranged towards the bracket assembly 1, and convergence of the air flow is achieved by utilizing the tapering structure.
Because the existing hard disk to be installed has various different types and specifications, various hard disk brackets of the storage server are required to correspond to the hard disk brackets, the universality is poor, the types and the number of the hard disk brackets of the storage server are more, and the production cost is high.
In order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 7-8, the storage server hard disk bracket provided in this embodiment further includes a switch frame 5, the switch frame 5 is disposed in the bracket assembly 1, and the bracket assembly 1 is connected to the hard disk to be installed through the switch frame 5.
The bracket assembly 1 provides an accommodating space for the adapter bracket 5 and a to-be-installed piece, the adapter bracket 5 plays a role in intermediate connection between the bracket assembly 1 and the to-be-installed hard disk, and the to-be-installed hard disk and the bracket assembly 1 are fixed and installed under the installation effect of the adapter bracket 5.
In one embodiment, the width of the adapter bracket 5 is adjustable along the width direction of the bracket assembly 1, and one side of the adapter bracket 5 is connected to the bracket assembly 1, and the other side is connected to the hard disk to be mounted.
The width of the adapter frame 5 along the second direction is adjustable so as to be used for matching hard disks with different sizes to be installed. By adding correspondingly sized adapter brackets 5, a variety of hard disk specifications, such as 3.5 inch hard disk, 2.5 inch hard disk, or E3.S, etc., can be supported with one bracket assembly 1.
Specifically, the model 3.5HDD hard disk has a width of about 101.8mm, a relatively large width and is matched to the inner width of the bracket assembly 1, and can be mounted into the bracket assembly 1 without the adapter bracket 5.
As shown in fig. 9, the type 2.5HDD hard disk has a width of about 69.85mm, which is relatively small, and when the 2.5HDD hard disk is placed in the cradle assembly 1, there is a large gap between the 2.5HDD hard disk and the cradle assembly 1 in the second direction, and the adapter bracket 5, specifically, a 2.5HDD adapter bracket, is provided between the 2.5HDD hard disk and the cradle assembly 1 while filling the gap, so that the 2.5HDD hard disk can be supported and fixed.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the model E3.s hard disk has a width of about 76mm, which is between the widths of the 2.5HDD hard disk and the 3.5HDD hard disk, and when the E3.5 hard disk is placed in the cradle assembly 1, there is a small gap between the E3.s hard disk and the cradle assembly 1 in the second direction, and the adapter bracket 5, specifically, the E3.s hard disk adapter bracket, is disposed between the E3.s hard disk and the cradle assembly 1 while filling the gap, so that the E3.s hard disk can be supported and fixed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12-13, if the hard disk needs to be mounted on the bracket assembly 1, a force is applied to the other end of the bracket panel 2, so that the one end of the bracket panel 2 rotates relative to the bracket assembly 1 and away from the bracket assembly 1, which is equivalent to opening the bracket assembly 1, so that the hard disk is conveniently placed in the bracket assembly 1.
