Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the refrigerator shown in fig. 1. The embodiment provides a refrigerator, which may include a case 10, a door 20, and a hinge 30. The cabinet 10 is provided with a storage compartment such as a freezing compartment, a refrigerating compartment, or a wide-width variable temperature compartment. Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the storage compartment may also be some thawing compartment or sterilizing compartment with thawing function, which is not limited in this embodiment. The door 20 is used to open or close the storage compartment of the case 10. Wherein the door 20 may be hinged to the case 10 by a hinge 30. Specifically, hinges 30 may be disposed at the upper and lower portions of the case 10, and the door 20 may be smoothly rotated by being engaged with the hinge at the upper portion of the case 10 and the hinge at the lower portion of the case 10.
Wherein, the front end of the storage compartment is provided with an opening or a picking and placing opening for placing food into the storage compartment or picking food out of the storage compartment. Wherein the case 10 includes an opening end face 11 surrounding an opening of the storage compartment.
It will be appreciated that the case 10 includes oppositely disposed first and second sidewalls 12 and 13 (i.e., right and left sidewalls of the case 10). A hinge 30 is provided on the case 10 adjacent to the first side wall 12. Alternatively, the hinge 30 is disposed on the case 10 proximate to the second sidewall 13. Of course, for a two-door refrigerator, a hinge 30 is provided near both the first side wall 12 and near the second side wall 13.
The door 20 includes a door rear wall 211, a door front wall 212, and a door side wall 213 adjacent to the hinge 30, it being understood that the door rear wall 211 faces the open end face 11 of the case 10 when the door 20 is in the closed state. The door body rear wall surface 211 is disposed opposite to the door body front wall surface 212, and the door body side wall surface 213 is connected to the door body rear wall surface 211 and the door body front wall surface 212. It can be appreciated that when the hinge 30 is located on the right side of the case 10, the right side surface of the door 20 is the door side wall surface 213; when the hinge 30 is positioned on the left side of the case 10, the left side surface of the door 20 is the door side wall surface 213. The front wall 212 of the door 20 and the side wall 213 of the door intersect to form a first side edge 214, or the front wall 212 of the door and the side wall 213 of the door intersect to form a corner of the door 20. It should be noted that, when the front wall 212 of the door body and the side wall 213 of the door body are both planar, the intersection line of the two planar surfaces is the theoretical first side edge 214, and when the door body is specifically machined, a curved surface is formed at this time based on the intersection of the front wall 212 of the door body and the side wall 213 of the door body, and a vertical line extending along the length direction of the door body 20 and located in the middle of the curved surface may represent the first side edge 214.
It should be noted that, in the related art, when the door body rotates, the corner portion (or the first side edge) of the door body may exceed the side wall surface of the box body by an excessive distance, and if the box body is close to the side wall of the wall or the cabinet, the corner portion of the door body may touch the wall or the cabinet at the side edge of the refrigerator, so as to directly affect the use of the refrigerator.
Based on this, referring to fig. 3 to 7, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a hinge of the refrigerator shown in fig. 1, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a first chute and a second chute that are matched with the hinge, fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the structure shown in fig. 2 at the hinge, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the structure shown in fig. 5 when the door body is opened to a first preset angle, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the structure shown in fig. 5 when the door body is opened to a second preset angle. The door body 20 is provided with a first chute 22 and a second chute 23. The hinge 30 includes a boss 31 and a shaft body 32, the shaft body 32 includes a first end 321 and a second end 322 disposed opposite to each other in a radial direction of the shaft body 32, and it is understood that the shaft body further includes a connection portion 323, and the first end 321 and the second end 322 are connected to both ends of the connection portion 323, respectively. Wherein the first end 321 is located between the case 10 and the second end 322, specifically, the first end 321 is located between the open end face 11 of the refrigerator and the second end 322, or the first end 321 is closer to the open end face 11 of the refrigerator than the second end 322. The boss 31 is connected to the first end 321 and protrudes from the first end 321 toward the side where the first chute 22 is located. It will be appreciated that the boss 31 is closer to the open end face 11 of the refrigerator than the second end 322 (as shown in fig. 5). Wherein the boss 31 is engaged with the first runner 22 and the second end 322 is engaged with the second runner 23. Or the boss 31 is inserted in the first chute 22, and the second end 322 is inserted in the second chute 23.

It will be appreciated that the first predetermined angle a is greater than the second predetermined angle b. Through the cooperation of the boss 31 and the first chute 22 and the cooperation of the second end 322 and the second chute 23, after the door body 20 rotates to a certain angle, the other shaft can be replaced to perform fixed-axis rotation motion, namely, the door body 20 performs two sections of variable-diameter motion in the rotating process, and because the first end 321 is located between the box body 10 and the second end 322, and the boss 31 is connected to the first end 321, in the process of rotating the door body 20 from the closed state to the second preset angle b, the rotation radius of the corner part of the door body 20 when the second end 322 is used as the axis is smaller than the rotation radius of the corner part of the door body 20 when the boss 31 is used as the axis, so that the rotation center of the door body 20 starts to be adjusted when the corner part of the door body 20 exceeds the side wall surface of the box body 10 by a small distance (when the door body 20 rotates by using the boss 31 as the rotation axis), the cabinet or the wall of the refrigerator can be avoided, and the door body 20 can move smoothly when being opened. Further, since the boss 31 is provided at the first end 321 of the shaft body 32, the structural strength between the boss 31 and the shaft body 32 is enhanced to some extent, and the strength of such a structure is better than that of a biaxial structure provided at intervals.
It will be appreciated that the upper and lower ends of the refrigerator are provided with hinges 30, corresponding to the positions of the hinges 30, the upper and lower ends of the door body 20 are provided with a first chute 22 and a second chute 23. And the positions of the first sliding grooves 22 at the upper and lower ends of the door body 20 in the vertical direction correspond to the positions of the second sliding grooves 23 at the upper and lower ends of the door body 20 in the vertical direction, so that the movement of the upper and lower ends of the door body 20 is kept consistent, and the door body 20 is opened or closed more smoothly.
It will also be appreciated that the hinge 30 includes a connection plate 33, the connection plate 33 being secured to the cabinet 10 of the refrigerator, such as the connection plate 33 being secured to the cabinet 10 of the refrigerator by means of a screw connection. The boss 31 and the shaft 32 are provided to the connection plate 33. The boss 31 and the shaft body 32 may be integrally formed and assembled on the connecting plate 33, or the boss 31, the shaft body 32 and the connecting plate 33 may be integrally formed.
To more clearly illustrate the mating connection relationship of the boss 31 and the first runner 22, and the mating connection relationship of the second end 322 of the shaft 32 and the second runner 23, the specific structures of the boss 31, the first chute 22, the shaft body 32, and the second chute 23 will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7 in combination with fig. 3, the first runner 22 is in communication with the second runner 23, the depth of the first runner 22 is greater than the depth of the second runner 23, the boss 31 extends to the first runner 22, and the second end 322 extends to the second runner 23. In this way, the positions of the first runner 22 and the second runner 23 can be made relatively more compact.

In the process of opening the door body 20 from the first preset angle a to the second preset angle b, the boss 31 can rotate relative to the first positioning section 221, that is, the door body 20 can rotate with the boss 31 as a rotation axis at this time, and the second end 322 can slide relative to the second chute 23.
It will be appreciated that second end 322 includes an end bottom surface 3221 and an end side surface 3222, and that end side surface 3222 is circumferentially connected to end bottom surface 3221, and that second runner 23 includes a second positioning segment 231 and a second track segment 232 in communication with each other, and that second track segment 232 includes a second runner bottom wall in contact with end bottom surface 3221 of second end 322 and a second runner side wall 2321 in contact with end side surface 3222. When the door 20 is in the closed state, the second end 322 is located at the second positioning section 231, and during the process of rotating the door 20 from the closed state to the first preset angle a, the second end 322 can rotate relative to the second positioning segment 231, at which point the boss 31 can slide relative to the first track segment 222 and to the first positioning segment 221. In the process of opening the door body 20 from the first preset angle a to the second preset angle b, the boss 31 can rotate relative to the first positioning section 221, that is, the door body 20 can rotate with the boss 31 as a rotation axis at this time, and the second end 322 can slide relative to the second track section 232.
It will be further appreciated that, as shown in fig. 3, the connecting portion 323 includes a connecting portion bottom surface 3231 and a connecting portion side surface 3232, and the connecting portion side surface 3232 is connected to the connecting portion bottom surface 3231 in a surrounding manner and is connected to the end portion side surface 3222 of the second end portion 322, wherein the connecting portion bottom surface 3231 is coplanar with the end portion bottom surface 3221, and the connecting portion bottom surface 3231 and the end portion bottom surface 3221 are both in contact with the second groove bottom wall of the second track segment 232, so that the contact area between the shaft body 32 and the second groove bottom wall of the second track segment 232 can be increased, so that the door body can be more stable and smooth in the rotation process.
When the door body 20 rotates from the closed state to the first preset angle a, the second end portion 322 rotates relatively in the second positioning section 231, the door body 20 can rotate with the second end portion 322 as a rotation axis, the boss 31 slides to the first positioning section 221 relative to the first track section 222, at this time, the door body 20 continues to rotate, the boss 31 rotates relatively in the first positioning section 221 during the process of opening from the first preset angle a to the second preset angle b, the door body 20 can rotate with the boss 31 as a rotation axis, and the second end portion 322 and the connecting portion 323 slide relative to the second track section 232. That is, when the door body 20 rotates from the closed state to the first preset angle a, the door body 20 rotates with the second end 322 as the rotation axis, and when the door body 20 rotates from the first preset angle a to the second preset angle b, the door body 20 rotates with the boss 31 as the rotation axis, and the door body 20 performs two sections of reducing motions in the rotating process, so that the corner of the door body 20 starts to adjust the rotation center of the door body 20 when exceeding the side wall surface of the box body 10 by a small distance, so as to avoid the cabinet or the wall at the side edge of the refrigerator, and the door body 20 moves smoothly when opening.
Wherein, the first track section 222 is an arc-shaped groove, the second groove side wall 2321 of the second track section 232 is an arc-shaped side wall, and the arc-shaped first track section 222 and the arc-shaped second groove side wall 2321 play a guiding role. The first positioning segment 221 is located at the center of the second slot sidewall 2321 of the second track segment 232, and the second positioning segment 231 is located at the center of the first track segment 222.
It will be appreciated that please also refer to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an enlarged view of fig. 5 at a. When the door 20 is rotated from the closed state to the first predetermined angle a, that is, when the door 20 is rotated about the second end 322, it is required to ensure that the first side edge 214 of the door 20 (or the corner of the door 20) does not collide with the wall or the cabinet wall. Based on this, the distance between the slot center of the second positioning section 231 and the door body front wall surface 212 is denoted as L 1 The distance between the center of the slot of the second positioning section 231 and the door side wall surface 213 is denoted as L 2 The distance between the door side wall 213 and the wall or cabinet wall is denoted as L 3 It will also be appreciated that the center of the second end 322 is spaced from the front wall 212 of the door body by a distance L when the door body 20 is in the closed position 1 The distance between the center of the second end portion 322 and the door body side wall surface 213 is L 2 Wherein, the method comprises the steps of, wherein,in this way, the arc track of the movement of the first side edge 214 can be ensured not to interfere with the wall or the cabinet wall when the door 20 rotates around the second end 322 as the rotation axis.
Illustratively, for a built-in refrigerator, the distance between the side plate of the built-in cabinet and the side wall of the refrigerator is small, typically 2 mm to 4 mm. Based on this, in order to improve the adaptability, the structure of the door body 20 of the existing refrigerator is not greatly changed, distance L between the center of the slot of the second positioning section 231 and the door front wall 212 1 A distance L between the center of the slot of the second positioning section 231 and the door body sidewall surface 213 of between 8.5 mm and 10.5 mm 2 Between 14 mm and 17 mm. In other words, when the door 20 is in the closed state, the distance L between the center of the second end 322 and the door front wall 212 1 Is arranged between 8.5 mm and 10.5 mm, and the distance L between the center of the second end portion 322 and the door body side wall surface 213 2 Between 14 mm and 17 mm. In this way, the arc track of the movement of the first side edge 214 can be ensured not to interfere with the wall or the cabinet wall when the door 20 rotates around the second end 322 without greatly changing the structure of the door 20 of the existing refrigerator, such as without changing the thickness of the door 20.
For example, the distance L between the center of the slot of the second positioning segment 231 and the door front wall 212 can be set 1 Set to 9 mm, the distance L between the slot center of the second positioning section 231 and the door body side wall surface 213 2 Setting to 16 mm, since a rounded corner having a radius of 1 mm is generally machined at the first side edge 214 (the corner portion of the door body 20), the size of the first side edge 214 exceeding the sidewall of the case 10 during the rotation of the door body 20 can be eventually not more than 2 mm.
It will be appreciated that, after the door 20 moves to the first predetermined angle a with the second end 322 as the rotation axis, the boss 31 is used as a rotating shaft to move to a second preset angle b so as to realize two sections of reducing movement of the door body 20. Wherein, the center distance between the boss 31 and the second end 322 is set between 9.5 mm and 12.5 mm, and the boss 31 is further away from the door sidewall 213 than the second end 322 when the door 20 is in the closed state. Thus, when the door 20 is converted to move around the boss 31, the positioning of the boss 31 can prevent the arc track of the movement of the first side edge 214 from interfering with the wall or the cabinet wall during the rotation of the door 20. And when the door body 20 moves to the second preset angle b, the door body 20 does not obstruct the drawing of the drawer in the storage compartment.
As shown in fig. 5, an angle d between an extension line of a line between the center of the boss 31 and the center of the second end 322 and an extension surface of the door body sidewall 213 ranges from 15 degrees to 25 degrees, so that the door body 20 is smoother when performing two-stage reducing motion.
For ease of understanding, the following will be illustrated in connection with a specific angle of rotation of the door body 20.
For example, the first preset angle a may be 45 degrees, the second preset angle b may be 90 degrees, and of course, in other embodiments, the first preset angle a may be other angles such as 30 degrees or 35 degrees, and the second preset angle b may be other angles such as 80 degrees or 85 degrees.
In this embodiment, the first preset angle a is 45 degrees, and the second preset angle b is 90 degrees. When the door body 20 is opened from the closed state to the angle of 45 degrees, the second end portion 322 rotates relatively in the second positioning section 231, the door body 20 can rotate with the second end portion 322 as the rotation axis, the boss 31 slides to the first positioning section 221 relative to the first track section 222, at this time, the door body 20 continues to rotate, and when the door body 20 is opened from the angle of 45 degrees to the angle of 90 degrees, the boss 31 rotates relatively in the first positioning section 221, at this time, the door body 20 can rotate with the boss 31 as the rotation axis, and the second end portion 322 slides relative to the second track section 232.
In some embodiments, the door 20 may be opened to a second predetermined angle b (such as 90 degrees), and the refrigerator may be placed in a position where the accommodating space is large, and it may be appreciated that when the space is large, the problem that the door 20 collides with the surrounding wall surface when the door 20 rotates to a degree greater than 90 degrees is not considered.
For example, referring to FIG. 9 in conjunction with FIG. 4, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the door body in the structure shown in fig. 5 when the door body is opened to a third preset angle. The door 20 may be opened to a third preset angle c, which is greater than the second preset angle b, such as 120 degrees. The second chute 23 may further include a limiting section 233 in communication with the second track section 232, where the limiting section 233 is located at an end of the second track section 232 away from the second positioning section 231, and in the process of opening the door body 20 from the second preset angle b to the third preset angle c, the door body 20 can rotate with the boss 31 as a rotation axis, and the second end 322 can slide relative to the second track section 232 until the second end abuts against a groove wall of the limiting section 233. Therefore, the door 20 can be limited to rotate continuously by taking the boss 31 as the rotating shaft through the limiting function of the limiting section 233.
It is also understood that the first runner 22, which mates with the boss 31, and the second runner 23, which mates with the second end 322, may be formed directly on the door body 20. In some embodiments, the first chute 22 and the second chute 23 may be formed on the chute member, and then the chute member is mounted on the door body 20 at a position corresponding to the hinge 30, so as to form the first chute 22 and the second chute 23 at a position corresponding to the hinge 30 of the door body 20.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and for parts of one embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
The refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the present application has been described in detail, and specific examples are applied herein to illustrate the principles and embodiments of the present application, and the description of the above examples is only for helping to understand the method and core ideas of the present application; meanwhile, as those skilled in the art will vary in the specific embodiments and application scope according to the ideas of the present application, the contents of the present specification should not be construed as limiting the present application in summary.
