The embodiment of the application provides a storage device, which is commonly used on a personal computer or a server at present. At present, a hard disk is often used as a storage medium of storage equipment, the common hard disk comprises a mechanical hard disk and a solid state hard disk, and the mechanical hard disk has the advantages of large capacity and low cost and is widely used on a large server; the solid state disk has the advantages of high reading speed, no noise during working and the like, and is widely used on personal computers.
Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are exemplary diagrams of a storage device according to an embodiment of the present application, and specifically, the storage device includes a hard disk 1 and a fixing bracket 2. When the hard disk 1 is installed, the hard disk 1 is generally fixed through the fixing bracket 2, so that the hard disk 1 can be conveniently detached or upgraded. However, the fixing bracket 2 in the related art has a complex structure, and is not firmly fixed to the hard disk 1, which easily causes loosening of the hard disk 1 and affects normal operation of the personal computer or the server.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application further provides a fixing bracket 2, and it should be noted that the fixing bracket 2 may be used for fixing the hard disk 1, or may be used for fixing other components, and is not limited to the components used in the field of electronic devices. For convenience of description, the component to be fixed by the fixing bracket 2 may be referred to as an object to be fixed, and in particular, the object to be fixed may be the hard disk 1 or other components. For example, in the technical field of daily necessities, the fixing bracket 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application may fix a washing box or the like; in the technical field of lathe machining, the fixing support 2 provided by the embodiment of the application can fix parts to be machined and the like; in the technical field of electronic devices, the fixing support 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be used to fix components such as a memory or a cooling fan besides the hard disk 1. For convenience of explanation, these items may be collectively referred to herein as objects to be immobilized. Meanwhile, in order to visually explain the fixing bracket 2, a hard disk 1 is taken as an example of an object to be fixed in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, the fixing bracket 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a fixing plate 21, a fixing device 22, and a stopper 23. Specifically, the fixing plate 21 may be disposed along the first direction, and the positioning groove 211 may be disposed on the fixing plate 21; the first end of the fixing device 22 is fixedly connected to the object to be fixed, and the second end of the fixing device 22 is matched with the positioning groove 211 for fixing the object to be fixed; the stopper 23 is provided on the fixing plate 21 and is displaceable relative to the fixing plate 21 for limiting the fixing device 22 when the stopper 23 abuts against the fixing device 22.
The first direction is not particularly limited to a certain direction, and is a direction provided for convenience of reference to the description of the fixing bracket 2. By way of example, in the frame of reference in fig. 3, when it is desired to place the hard disk 1 horizontally, the first direction is referred to as the vertical direction; if the hard disk 1 needs to be placed vertically, the first direction refers to the horizontal direction. The first direction herein may refer to a direction in which the fixing plate 21 extends along a certain side of the object to be fixed. In addition, there are various ways to provide the fixing plate 21, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing plate 21 may be provided as three side plates, and the three side plates may be formed in a "several" type structure, and a receiving space for the object to be fixed may be formed in the middle of the "several" type structure. At the same time, the openings formed on the corresponding sides of the three side plates can form a space for installing the installation path of the object to be fixed.
The shape of the fixing plate 21 can be reasonably adjusted for different shapes of objects to be fixed. For example, in fig. 3, the fixing plate 21 is provided corresponding to a side face of the hard disk 1 in the vertical direction. Taking the hard disk 1 in fig. 3 as an example, the fixing plate 21 may be provided corresponding to the upper and lower sides of the hard disk 1 in the horizontal direction. And, for the fixing plate 21 formed of three side plates in fig. 3, two side plate forming fixing plates 21 may be provided, and even one side plate forming fixing plate 21 may be provided. The embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto. In addition, the shape of the fixing plate 21 may be adaptively adjusted according to the contour of the object to be fixed, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Meanwhile, referring to fig. 3, a positioning groove 211 is further provided on the fixing plate 21, and the positioning groove 211 is used for fixing the object to be fixed.
On the basis, the fixing device 22 provided by the embodiment of the application plays a role in fixing connection between an object to be fixed and the fixing plate 21. Specifically, the first end of the fixing device 22 is fixedly connected to the object to be fixed, and the second end of the fixing device 22 is matched with the positioning slot 211 to fix the object to be fixed. For example, referring to fig. 3, a fastener may be utilized as the securing means 22, which may be referred to as a securing fastener 221 for ease of distinction. Specifically, one end of the fixing fastener 221 may be fixedly connected to the object to be fixed through a threaded connection, and for convenience of description, the end of the fixing fastener 221 provided with threads may be referred to as a first end of the fixing fastener 221; the other end of the fixing fastener 221 is extended out of the object to be fixed, and the end of the fixing fastener 221 extended out of the object to be fixed may be referred to as a second end of the fixing fastener 221. In this way, by clamping the second end of the fixing fastener 221 in the positioning groove 211, the object to be fixed can be fixed to the fixing plate 21. It should be noted that, the fixing fastener 221 is just an example of the fixing device 22, for example, the fixing device 22 may be configured as a pin structure, and the first end of the pin structure is fixedly connected to the object to be fixed, and the second end of the pin structure extends into the positioning slot 211 to cooperate with the positioning slot 211 to fix the object to be fixed.
It should be noted that, for different fixing devices 22, there are also various manners in which the first end of the fixing device 22 is fixedly connected to the object to be fixed, for example, for using a fastener as the fixing device 22, the first end of the fixing device 22 may be fixedly connected to the object to be fixed by screwing or riveting; the fixing device 22 made of plastic can be fixedly connected with the first end of the fixing device 22 to an object to be fixed in an adhesive mode or a hot-melt welding mode; for the fixing device 22 made of metal, the first end of the fixing device 22 can be fixedly connected to the object to be fixed by welding. In addition, when the object to be fixed is manufactured, the fixing device 22 can be integrally manufactured on the surface of the object to be fixed, so that the fixing device 22 and the object to be fixed can be reliably connected, and the fixing support 2 provided by the embodiment of the application can firmly fix the object to be fixed.
On this basis, referring to fig. 3, the fixing bracket 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes a stopper 23, and specifically, the stopper 23 is provided on the fixing plate 21 and is movable with respect to the fixing plate 21. When the blocking piece 23 moves close to the fixing device 22 and abuts against the fixing device 22, the blocking piece is used for limiting the fixing device 22; when the blocking member 23 moves away from the fixing device 22 and is out of contact with the fixing device 22, a disassembly space for the object to be fixed can be formed, so that the object to be fixed can be conveniently disassembled from the fixing plate 21.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the stopper 23 may be provided in a plate-like structure, and also the stopper 23 may be provided in a sliding connection with the fixing plate 21. This advantageously allows the stop 23 to be displaced relative to the fixing plate 21 so as to be closer to the fixing means 22 or so as to be further from the fixing means 22.
Through the above arrangement, the fixing plate 21 in the fixing bracket 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application forms a support for the object to be fixed, and forms a first-level fixing effect for the object to be fixed. Further, the fixing device 22 fixedly connected to the object to be fixed and the positioning groove 211 arranged on the fixing plate 21 are matched with each other, so that the object to be fixed and the fixing plate 21 are kept relatively fixed, and a second-level fixing effect is formed on the object to be fixed. On the basis, the baffle 23 arranged on the fixing plate 21 is abutted against the fixing device 22 to limit the fixing device 22, so that the fixing device 22 is prevented from being displaced, and indirectly, a limit is formed on an object to be fixed, and a third-level fixing effect is formed on the object to be fixed. Like this, fixed bolster 2 that this application embodiment provided can form multilayer fixed action to treat the fixed object through fixed plate 21, fixing device 22 and fender 23 to can make fixed bolster 2 that this application embodiment provided treat the fixed object fixed firm.
On this basis, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, the positioning groove 211 is provided as a strip hole, and an opening structure 2111 is provided at a first end of the strip hole, and a clamping groove 2112 is provided at a second end of the strip hole. Thus, the second end of the fixing device 22 can be clamped in the clamping groove 2112 through the opening structure 2111, so as to form a fixing effect on the fixing device 22. Specifically, the shapes of the elongated hole, the opening structure 2111, and the card slot 2112 may be set according to the shape of the portion of the fixing device 22 corresponding to the positioning groove 211. For example, referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the fixing device 22 is selected to use the fixing fastener 221 as shown in fig. 3, and the second end of the fixing fastener 221 is cylindrical, the clamping groove 2112 may be configured as a corresponding arc-shaped clamping groove 2112, and the opening structure 2111 and the main body structure of the elongated hole may be configured to have a size slightly larger than the second end of the fastener, so that a sliding gap is formed between the second end of the fixing fastener 221 and the inner wall of the elongated hole, so as to enable the second end of the fixing fastener 221 to slide from the opening structure 2111 to the clamping groove 2112. When the selected fixing device 22 is a square column, the locking groove 2112 may be provided as a square locking groove 2112 corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the square column, and thus the square column may be locked in the locking groove 2112. The shapes of the elongated holes, the opening structures 2111 and the clamping grooves 2112 may be adaptively set for the fixing device 22 of other shapes, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a limiting protrusion 2113 may be further disposed on a side of the card slot 2112 adjacent to the opening structure 2111, and in particular, the limiting protrusion 2113 may be disposed on a side wall of the card slot 2112 adjacent to the opening structure 2111 and face the protrusion of the card slot 2112. The stop protrusion 2113 is configured to form an interference fit with the second end of the fixation device 22 and pressing the second end of the fixation device 22 causes the second end of the fixation device 22 to enter the clamping groove 2112 by pressing the stop protrusion 2113 such that the stop protrusion 2113 forms a stop on the second end of the fixation device 22, thereby securing the second end of the fixation device 22 within the clamping groove 2112.
In addition, during the process of installing the second end of the fixing device 22 into the positioning groove 211, a collision is inevitably formed between the second end of the fixing device 22 and the positioning groove 211, and in the long run, abrasion is caused between the second end of the fixing device 22 and the positioning groove 211, so that a gap is generated between the second end of the fixing device 22 and the positioning groove 211. To avoid this, in some embodiments of the present application, a resilient member 222 is provided between the detent 211 and the second end of the securing device 22. For example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the elastic member 222 may be disposed on the positioning groove 211, and in particular, as shown in fig. 4, for the fixing plate 21 having a thin plate shape, a groove 2221 may be disposed at a portion of the elastic member 222 corresponding to the positioning groove 211, and the elastic member 222 may be fixed on a sidewall of the positioning groove 211 through the groove 2221, so that no special structure is disposed to fix the elastic member 222 on the positioning groove 211. In addition, the elastic member 222 may be disposed at the second end of the fixing device 22, for example, a layer of elastic material may be wrapped around the surface of the second end of the fixing device 22 to form the elastic member 222. Further, the elastic member 222 may be disposed on both the second end of the fixing device 22 and the positioning slot 211, which is not limited in this embodiment, and may be disposed according to practical situations.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate the operation of the shutter 23, a sliding connection is provided between the shutter 23 and the fixing plate 21, and a locking mechanism 24 is also provided on the shutter 23 or the fixing plate 21, by which locking mechanism 24 the shutter 23 can be locked in the target position. When the stopper 23 is locked at the target position, the side of the stopper 23 corresponding to the fixing device 22 abuts against the fixing device 22, thereby forming a limit for the fixing device 22. The sliding connection between the stopper 23 and the fixing plate 21 may be provided in combination with the aforementioned opening structure 2111 and the catching groove 2112. For example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the stopper 23 may be provided at a side of the opening structure 2111 remote from the card slot 2112, and the sliding direction of the stopper 23 is made to coincide with the extending direction of the positioning slot 211, so that the stopper 23 can be easily slid toward the card slot 2112. In addition, the sliding direction of the stopper 23 may be set at an angle to the extending direction of the positioning groove 211 as long as the stopper 23 can be abutted against the fixing device 22. For example, the sliding direction of the stopper 23 may be set to be the direction from the opening structure 2111 toward the clamping groove 2112, and since the direction in which the second end of the fixing device 22 is released from the clamping groove 2112 is also the direction toward the opening structure 2111, the stopper 23 is set to slide from the opening structure 2111 toward the clamping groove 2112, so that the second end of the fixing device 22 can be better restrained.
In this way, when the stopper 23 is slid to the target position, the side surface of the stopper 23 is fitted to the fixing device 22, so that the side surface of the stopper 23 can be abutted against the fixing device 22, and the fixing device 22 can be restrained. It should be noted that the target position referred to herein is not a fixed position, and is relatively changed for the stopper 23 or the fixing device 22 having a different shape or size, and is adapted to the stopper 23 and the fixing device 22. Specifically, the target position herein refers to a position where the stopper 23 is located when the stopper 23 is brought into abutment with the fixing device 22.
For example, there are various ways of realizing the sliding of the blocking member 23 along the fixing plate 21, the blocking member 23 may be shaped to correspond to the contour of the blocking member 23, and the blocking member 23 may be inserted through the fixing plate 21, so that the blocking member 23 forms a structure similar to a package for the blocking member 23, and thus the blocking member 23 can slide along the fixing plate 21.
In addition, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the embodiment of the present application also provides a way of setting the stopper 23 to slide along the fixed plate 21 using the sliding groove 231. Specifically, the stopper 23 is provided with a slide groove 231, and the fixed plate 21 is provided with a stopper post 212 corresponding to the slide groove 231, and by attaching the slide groove 231 to the stopper post 212, the stopper 23 can be moved between both ends of the slide groove 231 with respect to the stopper post 212. Specifically, the length of the sliding groove 231 may be set according to the relative positions of the stopper 23 and the limit post 212 when the stopper 23 abuts against the fixing device 22 corresponding to the side surface of the fixing device 22. By way of example, by matching the length of the sliding groove 231 with the position of the stopper 23 abutting against the fixing device 22, when the end of the sliding groove 231 away from the clamping groove 2112 contacts the limit post 212, the stopper 23 abuts against the fixing device 22 corresponding to the side of the fixing device 22. On this basis, a sliding margin may be further provided between the end of the sliding groove 231 away from the clamping groove 2112 and the limiting post 212, where the sliding margin specifically refers to a gap between the end of the sliding groove 231 away from the clamping groove 2112 and the limiting post 212 when the side of the stopper 23 corresponding to the fixing device 22 abuts against the fixing device 22. Thus, when the fixing bracket 2 is used for a long time and the fixing device 22 or the positioning groove 211 is worn, the blocking piece 23 can continuously move towards one side of the clamping groove 2112, so that the fixing device 22 can continuously be tightly abutted on the positioning groove 211, and the fixing between the fixing device 22 and the fixing plate 21 is ensured to be firm.
Meanwhile, referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present application, a flange 2121 is further provided at the first end of the stopper post 212. And, the size of the flange 2121 is larger than the width of the sliding groove 231. Thus, when the second end of the stopper post 212 passes through the sliding groove 231 to be coupled to the fixing plate 21, the stopper 23 can be limited due to the limiting action of the flange 2121, preventing the stopper 23 from falling off the fixing plate 21, and the stopper 23 can be conveniently slid along the stopper post 212 toward or away from the clamping groove 2112 through the sliding groove 231.
In order to limit the sliding direction of the stopper 23, a plurality of limit posts 212 may be provided. Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5, two stopper posts 212 may be disposed in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the stopper 23. For setting up a spacing post 212, set up two spacing posts 212 and can prevent that backstop 23 from rotating around spacing post 212, make spacing post 212 can only slide along the perpendicular direction with these two spacing post 212 distribution directions, make the operation to backstop 23 simple effective.
In addition, there are various ways of implementing the blocking member 23 to lock at the target position, for example, a protrusion structure 232 may be provided on the blocking member 23, a corresponding groove structure 213 is provided on the fixing plate 21, and when the blocking member 23 slides to the target position, the protrusion structure 232 and the groove structure 213 form a limit with each other, so that the blocking member 23 can be locked at the target position.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to enable the stopper 23 to be firmly locked at the target position, the locking mechanism 21 is provided to lock the fastener 241. The shutter 23 is locked at the target position by the locking fastener 241. Specifically, the locking fastener 241 is rotatable with respect to the blocking member 23, and when the locking fastener 241 is rotated with respect to the blocking member 23, the force between the locking fastener 241 and the fixing plate 21 can be changed to lock or unlock the blocking member 23 at the target position. Specifically, referring to fig. 3 to 5, a through hole 233 may be formed in the stopper 23, and when the stopper 23 abuts against the fixing device 22, a threaded hole 214 is formed in a corresponding position of the through hole 233 to the fixing plate 21, so that the threaded hole 214 is engaged with the locking fastener 241, and at this time, by tightening the locking fastener 241, the stopper 23 can be brought into close contact with the fixing plate 21, and friction between the stopper 23 and the fixing plate 21 can be increased, thereby achieving the purpose of locking the stopper 23 at the target position, and when the stopper 23 is locked at the target position, the stopper 23 can be made to abut against the fixing device 22, thereby achieving the limitation of the fixing device 22. With reference to the above-described operation of the locking fastener 241, the locking of the stopper 23 can be released by reversely operating the locking fastener 241.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments of the present application, a cushion 234 is further disposed on a side surface of the stopper 23 corresponding to the fixed mount. Specifically, in order to increase the contact area between the stopper 23 and the fixing device 22, an extension portion 235 corresponding to the fixing device 22 may be provided on the stopper 23, and the extension portion 235 can increase the contact area with the fixing device 22. For this, the cushion 234 may be disposed between the extension 235 and the fixture 22. With the above arrangement, when the stopper 23 abuts against the fixing device 22, the cushion 234 is pressed, so that the cushion 234 is deformed to a certain extent, the contact area between the stopper 23 and the fixing device 22 is increased, and the contact between the stopper 23 and the fixing device 22 is made tight. At the same time, the cushion 234 also provides a cushioning effect between the stopper 23 and the fixing device 22, and can isolate the propagation of vibration when there is a vibration between the stopper 23 and the fixing device 22.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the case of the relatively thin fixing plate 21, a boss 215 along the axial direction of the locking fastener 241 may be provided on the fixing plate 21 corresponding to the position where the screw hole 214 is provided on the fixing plate 21, and the screw hole 214 may be provided on the boss 215, so that the force strength of the screw hole 214 may be improved, and the fixing plate 21 may not be easily damaged. At the same time, the number of the internal threads of the threaded hole 214 can be increased, so that the locking fastener 241 is tightly and firmly connected with the fixing plate 21. In this way, on the premise of ensuring that the locking fastener 241 is connected with the fixing member, the length of the locking fastener 241 can be properly reduced, so that the locking fastener 241 is prevented from extending out of the inner side of the fixing plate 21 to interfere with the object to be fixed, and the fixing of the object to be fixed by the fixing bracket 2 is prevented.
Meanwhile, in order to facilitate tightening of the locking fastener 241, the portion where the locking fastener 241 operates may be set to a larger size. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the locking fastener 241 may be provided at one end thereof remote from the fixing plate 21 with a cylindrical operation post 2411 having a large diameter suitable for freehand operation, and may be provided at a side surface of the operation post 2411 with anti-slip patterns 2412, so that the locking fastener 241 may be easily installed without using a tool. On this basis, a structure for facilitating the installation of a tool may be provided on the operation post 2411, and for example, referring to fig. 4, a cross groove 2413 may be provided on the operation post 2411, so that the locking fastener 241 can be conveniently installed using a cross screwdriver. The cross-shaped groove 2413 may also be configured as a straight groove or may be configured as a hex configuration such that the locking fastener 241 may be conveniently installed using a straight screwdriver or wrench, as the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard.
In order to prevent interference between the stopper 23 and the boss 215 provided with the screw hole 214, referring to fig. 3, the stopper 23 may be provided with a stepped structure, and the stepped structure on the stopper 23 may form a space for avoiding the boss 215 so that the stopper 23 does not collide with the boss 215 during sliding.
In addition to the above-described locking manner, the through hole 233 of the stopper 23 may be provided as a long hole, so that the locking fastener 241 can be connected to the fixing plate 21 all the time without affecting the sliding of the stopper 23, and the loss of the locking fastener 241 can be prevented.
In order to make the fixing support provided in this embodiment of the present application fix a to-be-fixed object firmly, a plurality of positioning slots 211 may be disposed at intervals on the fixing plate 21, for example, referring to fig. 3, two positioning slots 211 may be disposed on the side plate of each fixing plate 21 corresponding to the to-be-fixed object along the perpendicular direction to the first direction, so that a plurality of fixing points may be formed on the to-be-fixed object, and the to-be-fixed object may be fixed more firmly.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of objects to be fixed may be fixed by one fixing bracket 2. By way of example, referring to fig. 3, an exemplary diagram for fixing two objects to be fixed using the fixing bracket 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown. Specifically, the positioning grooves 211 may be symmetrically disposed at edges of both sides of the fixing plate 21 along the first direction, so that two objects to be fixed may be fixed on the fixing plate 21 along both sides of the fixing bracket, respectively.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of fixing plates 21 may be arranged in the second direction, and adjacent portions of the fixing plates 21 may be connected together to form a unit, which may be used to fix a plurality of objects to be fixed. For example, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 7, first coupling holes 216 may be provided on the fixing plates 21 of two adjacent fixing brackets 2, and the fixing plates 21 may be coupled together through the first coupling holes 216 by rivets or fasteners. In this way, a plurality of fixing plates 21 can be connected together to form a single body, so that a fixing bracket 2 system for fixing a plurality of objects to be fixed can be formed.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, a connection part is further provided on the fixing bracket 2 to connect the fixing bracket 2 to other devices. For example, in some embodiments of the present application, a connection plate 217 may be provided at an edge of the fixing plate 21 to form a connection portion, and a fastener may be provided on the connection plate 217 to connect the fixing bracket 2 to other devices using the fastener. For example, referring to fig. 1, the connection plate 217 may be provided in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the fixing plate 21.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present application, the object to be fixed to which the fixing bracket 2 is used may have a heat generating component, and in order to dissipate heat of the heat generating component, a heat dissipating hole 218 is further provided on the fixing plate 21. In addition, the heat dissipation holes 218 are formed with weight reducing holes, so that the weight of the fixing bracket 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application can be reduced.
The foregoing embodiment numbers of the present application are merely for describing, and do not represent advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments. The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and drawings of the present application, or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
