Description

Accessory device for soft container
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of soft container packaging, and particularly relates to a soft container accessory device.
Background
Currently, the containers found on the market are commonly used for storing pasty, semi-liquid semi-solid products such as: toothpaste, hair cream, hand cream, facial cleanser, washing and caring products, cosmetics, ointment, bagged sauce, bagged food, etc. In the actual use process, as the soft container content is gradually extruded and used, the extrusion of the soft container shell promotes the extrusion amount and the smoothness of the container content from the container opening to be gradually reduced, and the reflux of the container content to the vacant part in the opposite direction of the container opening starts to be gradually increased, and particularly, the phenomenon is more obvious when the soft container content is used for more than half.
Although the user may fold the empty portion of the capsule shell around for re-squeeze use. However, the folded and curled state of the empty portion of the capsule shell cannot be effectively fixed, and when the squeeze capsule shell is reused, the empty folded and curled portion of the capsule shell is inevitably inflated and dispersed with the pressurized flow of the content of the capsule to restore its original extended state. This causes the following drawbacks and disadvantages during actual use:
1. the contents of the flexible container are returned to the empty part in the opposite direction of the opening of the container;
2. squeezing the capsule shell causes insufficient pressure to squeeze the container contents out of the opening and reduces the expression efficiency.
In the prior art, chinese patents such as CN87213737U (paste packaging hose with a winding device), CN2706416Y (paste packaging bag easy to squeeze), CN106809485B (self-squeezing toothpaste tube), CN217375540U (hose with squeezing function) and the like are disclosed, wherein the convenience of squeezing toothpaste is improved by arranging a separate squeezing device, arranging a hose on the squeezing device, arranging a rotary squeezing mechanism on the hose and arranging a transmission part and a squeezing part in the hose; but the structure is relatively complex, the production and manufacturing are complex, the cost is high, the use and installation of users are inconvenient, and the practicability is low.
The Chinese patent with the publication number of CN206606529U discloses a toothpaste packaging structure convenient to extrude, which comprises a toothpaste tube, a fixing ring and a toothpaste cover, wherein the toothpaste tube comprises an opening arranged at the front end and a tail part, the fixing ring is sleeved at the position, adjacent to the opening, of the outer surface of the toothpaste tube, the toothpaste cover with a toothpaste extruding hole is arranged, a user holds the toothpaste cover and the tail part of the toothpaste tube respectively, so that the toothpaste cover moves relative to the toothpaste tube, the toothpaste extruding hole can push toothpaste towards the opening direction, the part of the toothpaste tube extruded by the toothpaste extruding hole can be folded forwards, and the toothpaste tube is fixed through the fixing ring, so that the toothpaste does not have the extrusion phenomenon, and the toothpaste is extruded repeatedly and more easily. Although the scheme can solve the problem of toothpaste backflow when a part of toothpaste is extruded outwards, the tail part of the toothpaste tube can be folded forwards and inserted into the fixing ring only when a certain amount of toothpaste is needed to be used, the problem of toothpaste backflow cannot be avoided in the early stage of toothpaste use, and a user needs to insert the tail part of the toothpaste tube into the fixing ring, so that the operation is inconvenient, and the appearance of the toothpaste tube is not attractive; the problems of relatively complex structure, complex production and manufacture, higher cost, inconvenient use of users, lower practicability and the like are also existed.
Chinese patent publication No. CN217477947U discloses a sauce packaging bag comprising: the bag body, the top cap and the bundling assembly. The inside cavity that holds that is used for holding the sauce material that is equipped with of bag body, be equipped with the ejection of compact takeover that is linked together with holding the cavity at bag body top, and top cap detachable sets up on ejection of compact takeover top. The left side wall and the right side wall of the bag body are respectively provided with a packaging strip, the inside of the packaging strips is provided with a shaping strip, and the length direction of the shaping strip is parallel to the height direction of the bag body. The strapping assembly comprises a limiting head and a strapping tape, wherein the limiting head is arranged at the bottom of the left side packaging strip, a limiting gap is formed in the limiting head, the first end of the strapping tape is connected with the bottom of the right side packaging strip, and the second end of the strapping tape is inserted into the limiting gap. This scheme is through can realizing making things convenient for the sauce material to extrude at the wrapping bag, but need set up the sealing strip in the left and right sides of wrapping bag, set up the bottom of bundling up the wrapping bag of subassembly and curl and improve the convenience of crowded sauce material in the bottom, its structure is complicated, manufacturing cost is high, and the use is also more complicated, and the practicality is lower.
The reason for this is that there is currently a lack of a simple, low cost, convenient to use, practical accessory tool for continuously applying a specific structural pressure to the empty folded curl portion of the pod housing, so that the folded curl state of the pod housing can be effectively and fixedly maintained.
