As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first control unit 110 includes 2 hardware keys, namely a first switch key 111 and a first mode control key 112. When the surface cleaning apparatus is presented in a hand-held configuration, the first switch button 111 is used for controlling the surface cleaning apparatus to be turned on or off, and the first mode control button 112 is used for controlling the surface cleaning apparatus to be mode-selected. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the second control unit 210 includes 2 hardware buttons, namely a second switch button 211 and a second mode control button 212.
In the prior art, a speaker is disposed on the stand 200 or the handset 100, and the speaker is used for performing voice prompt on a user, and contents of the voice prompt include that the current surface cleaning device starts to perform cleaning work, that the surface cleaning device ends the cleaning work, and that the residual power of the surface cleaning device is broadcasted by voice. The body 20 is provided with a voice control button electrically connected with the speaker, and a user can turn on or off the speaker and adjust the volume of the speaker by manipulating the voice control button. However, in practice, the voice control buttons are less used, and the single voice control button can cause the buttons to be idle, and the manufacturing process of the machine can be increased.
For this purpose, in an embodiment, the voice control key is integrated in the first control component 110, and when the surface cleaning device is in the whole machine form, the function of the voice control key is implemented through the first control component 110. Specifically, in the whole machine mode, the first switch key 111 can integrate the function of a voice control key, and the speaker can be turned on or turned off by long-pressing the first switch key 111; alternatively, the first mode control key 112 may be integrated with a function of a voice control key, and the speaker may be turned on or off by long-pressing the first mode control key 112; alternatively, the first mode control key 112 and the first switch key 111 are integrated with the function of a voice control key, and the speaker can be turned on or turned off by long-pressing the first switch key 111 or the first mode control key 112.
Through the measures, the first control component 110 integrates the functions of the voice control keys, so that the manufacturing process of the machine is simplified, and meanwhile, the condition that the keys are idle is avoided.
The principle of mode control of the surface cleaning apparatus of the overall machine configuration by the first and second control units 110 and 210 will be explained in detail below:
scheme one: the first switch key 111 has the same function as the second switch key 211.
In this embodiment, when the surface cleaning apparatus is in the complete machine configuration, the first switch key 111 and the second switch key 211 can both perform on-off control on the surface cleaning apparatus. In actual use, a user may turn the surface cleaning apparatus on or off by activating either the first switch button 111 or the second switch button 211.
It should be noted that, the first switch button 111 is disposed on the hand-held device 100, so that the user's body easily touches the first switch button 111 by mistake, thereby causing the surface cleaning apparatus to be turned on or off by mistake, and seriously affecting the user's use feeling.
In one embodiment, when the second switch key 211 is triggered, the surface cleaning device is turned on immediately; when the first switch button 111 is activated for a predetermined period of time, the surface cleaning apparatus is turned on again. The preset duration may be, for example, 2 to 8 seconds.
By the mode, false start of the surface cleaning device caused by false triggering is avoided, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In another embodiment, the first switch button 111 is deactivated when the surface cleaning apparatus is in the form of a complete machine. Further, in the overall configuration, the first mode control key 112 on the handset 100 and the second control unit 210 on the stand 200 together form a mode control corresponding to the overall configuration.
Through the measures, the surface cleaning device is prevented from being started or closed by mistake due to false triggering, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Scheme II: the first mode control key 112 has the same function as the second mode control key 212.
In this embodiment, when the surface cleaning apparatus is in the whole machine, the user may control the operation mode of the whole machine by triggering the first mode control key 112 or by triggering the second mode control key 212. The specific control mode is that when the surface cleaning device cleans the surface to be cleaned, the surface cleaning device cleans the surface to be cleaned in a corresponding cleaning mode by selecting one of the mode control keys; when the surface cleaning device is placed on the base 30, the mode control key is triggered alternatively, so that the whole machine executes corresponding operation.
Illustratively, the first mode control key 112 located on the handset 100 and the second mode control key 212 located on the housing 200 are functionally identical in the overall configuration. The first mode control key 112 includes two mechanical control keys for triggering the standard cleaning mode and the powerful cleaning mode in the complete machine state, respectively. The second mode control button 212 includes two mechanical control buttons for triggering the standard cleaning mode and the powerful cleaning mode in the complete machine state, respectively.
Illustratively, the first mode control key 112 located on the handset 100 and the second mode control key 212 located on the housing 200 are functionally identical in the overall configuration. The first mode control key 112 includes at least one mechanical control key, and selects different cleaning modes by triggering the key multiple times in the complete machine state. The second mode control button 212 includes at least one mechanical control button, and selects different cleaning modes by triggering the button multiple times in the complete machine state. Alternatively, when the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the base 30 in the form of a complete machine, it is determined what operation the complete machine should perform by activating the first mode control key 112 a plurality of times, or by activating the second mode control key 212 a plurality of times.
In this way, since the first mode control key 112 is disposed on the handset 100 with a relatively low height, the second mode control key 212 is disposed on the stand 200 with a relatively high height. When the handset 100 is placed on the stand 200, the user can control the surface cleaning device in a mode by selecting one of the mode control keys, so as to meet the use requirements of users with different heights and different operation habits. Meanwhile, due to some operation mode control, a user needs to press the mode control key for a long time, in the mode, the user can selectively hold the corresponding handle when pressing the mode control key for a long time, and the mode further meets the use requirements of users with different heights and different operation habits. For example, when the user presses the first mode control button 112 for a long time, the user can hold the handle on the handset 100 correspondingly; when the user presses the second mode control button 212 for a long time, the user can hold the handle on the rack 200 correspondingly.
Scheme III: the first switch key 111 and the second mode control key 212 together form a control key corresponding to the overall configuration.
In this embodiment, the first switch button 111 and the second mode control button 212 together control the operation mode of the surface cleaning apparatus.
In an embodiment, the first switch button 111 and the second mode control button 212 respectively represent different mode buttons, and after the user activates the buttons, the surface cleaning device cleans the surface to be cleaned in a corresponding cleaning mode. Illustratively, the overall configuration includes a standard cleaning mode and a powerful cleaning mode, in which the first switch button 111 may represent a powerful cleaning mode button, and when the button is triggered, the surface cleaning device enters the powerful cleaning mode to clean the surface to be cleaned; the second mode control button 212 can represent a standard cleaning mode when the button is activated, and the surface cleaning apparatus cleans the surface to be cleaned in the standard cleaning mode.
The overall morphology of the operation mode includes, for example, self-cleaning and drying modes. Further, the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the base 30 for self-cleaning and/or drying operations. The first switch button 111 and the second mode control button 212 respectively represent different mode buttons, and after the user triggers the buttons, the base 30 performs a corresponding operation on the floor brush 10. For example, if the first switch button 111 represents a drying button in the whole machine, the second mode control button 212 on the rack 200 includes at least one self-cleaning button for controlling the surface cleaning device to start self-cleaning. When the drying button is triggered, the base 30 performs the drying operation on the floor brush 10 without performing self-cleaning. If the first switch button 111 represents a self-cleaning button, the second mode control button 212 on the stand 200 at least comprises a drying button, and the user can enter drying by pressing the drying button in the second mode control button 212 to trigger the first switch button 111 to control the floor brush 10 to perform self-cleaning.
In the prior art, only one self-cleaning button is arranged on the handle of the stand 200, after self-cleaning is completed, the self-cleaning button directly enters the drying process of the floor brush 10, and a user can interrupt drying by triggering any button when the self-cleaning button is not needed to be dried, however, in the mode, a method for independently starting the drying is unavailable, and the use requirement of the user cannot be met. In the embodiment, the corresponding drying keys are integrated independently, so that the use requirement of a user is met, the application scene of the surface cleaning device is widened, and the competitiveness of the product is improved.
In another embodiment, the specific control mode is that one key is used for mode selection, and the other key is used for gear adjustment. Specifically, the user may trigger a button on the stand 200 to enable the surface cleaning device to clean the surface to be cleaned in a corresponding cleaning mode; thereafter, the user can adjust the operating range of the surface cleaning apparatus when cleaning in the cleaning mode described above by actuating a key on the handset 100. It will be appreciated that the first switch button 111 on the handset 100 in the overall configuration may be used to select a cleaning mode of the surface cleaning device for cleaning a surface to be cleaned, such as a standard cleaning mode, a sterile cleaning mode, etc. A second mode control button 212 on the holster 200 may be used to select an operating gear corresponding to an operating mode on the handset 100. Illustratively, the user operates the whole machine in the sterilization cleaning mode by adjusting the first switch button 111 on the handset 100, and then selects the operation gear of each component in the sterilization mode by adjusting the second mode control button 212 on the stand 200, so as to meet the surface cleaning under multiple conditions.
When the surface cleaning device is placed on the base 30, a user can trigger one of the keys to enable the base 30 to perform corresponding operation on the floor brush 10; then, the user can adjust the running gear of the base 30 when performing the corresponding operation on the floor brush 10 by triggering another mode control key.
Through the measures, the gear adjusting keys are arranged, so that the surface cleaning device can have more various operation modes, multi-scene cleaning is realized, the cleaning effect is improved, and energy is saved.
Scheme IV: the first mode control key 112 and the second mode control key 212 together form a control key corresponding to the overall configuration.
Illustratively, the first mode control keys 112 located on the handset 100 include at least 1 mechanical key, e.g., the first mode control keys 112 include a power cleaning mode control key and a water absorption mode control key. The second mode control keys 212 located on the housing 200 include a standard cleaning mode control key and a sterilization mode control key. When the surface cleaning apparatus is started in the whole machine mode, a user can select a proper cleaning mode to clean the surface to be cleaned according to the dirt condition or the usage habit of the surface to be cleaned by operating the first mode control key 112 or the second mode control key 212.
Illustratively, when the surface cleaning apparatus is placed on the base 30, the entire machine is caused to perform operations such as self-cleaning or drying by triggering the control buttons described above. Illustratively, the first mode control key 112 located on the handset 100 comprises a dry key and the second mode control key 212 located on the stand 200 comprises a self-cleaning key. The user can make the surface cleaning device directly enter the drying mode by triggering the drying button without self-cleaning. The problem that in the existing product, the limited drying of button quantity does not have independent button control and only can automatically enter primary drying after self-cleaning through opening, and the primary drying can not independently open the drying when the drying effect of the floor brush 10 can not be achieved, and bacteria breeding is carried out on the floor brush 10 in a wet state for a long time is solved.
The present solution is the same as the third solution, except that the first switch key 111 is replaced by the first mode control key 112, and the specific principle is referred to as the third solution, which is not described herein.
Scheme five: the first mode control key 112, the first switch key 111 and the second mode control key 212 together form a control key corresponding to the overall configuration.
In this embodiment, the first mode control button 112, the first switch button 111 and the second mode control button 212 together perform mode control on the surface cleaning apparatus.
In an embodiment, the specific control manner is that when the surface cleaning apparatus is not placed on the base 30, the first mode control key 112, the first switch key 111 and the second mode control key 212 respectively represent different mode keys, and after the user activates the above keys, the surface cleaning apparatus cleans the surface to be cleaned in the corresponding cleaning mode.
When the cleaning device is placed on the base 30, the first switch button 111, the first mode control button 112 and the second mode control button 212 respectively represent different mode buttons, and after the user triggers the buttons, the base 30 performs corresponding operations on the floor brush 10. If the first switch button 111 represents a drying button, the base 30 performs a drying operation on the floor brush 10 after the button is triggered. If the first mode control button 112 represents a self-cleaning button, the base 30 performs a self-cleaning operation on the floor brush 10 when the button is activated.
In another embodiment, the specific control manner is that one or two of the three keys are used for mode selection, and the remaining keys are used for gear adjustment. The specific principle is the same as that of the scheme III, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Scheme six: the first manipulation member 110 comprises a touch screen and/or status display lights.
