The electric chafing dish comprises a shell and an adjustable temperature control assembly, and is characterized in that the adjustable temperature control assembly comprises an adjusting part, an adjustable temperature controller and a connecting rod connected with the adjusting part and the adjustable temperature controller, the adjusting part comprises a support fixed in the shell, a limiting cover and a rotating piece rotationally connected with the support, the limiting cover is matched with the support in a clamping manner to limit the axial movement of the rotating piece, one end of the rotating piece is connected with the connecting rod, and the other end of the rotating piece is connected with a knob outside the shell.

The electric chafing dish as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotation member comprises a rotation shaft having one end connected to the knob and the other end connected to the link through the limit cover, and a limit plate provided at an outer circumferential side of the rotation shaft, the limit plate being defined between the bracket and the limit cover and rotated relative to the bracket and the limit cover.

The electric chafing dish as claimed in claim 2, wherein a side of the limiting plate facing the bracket is provided with a plurality of first antifriction bumps, and the first antifriction bumps are abutted against the bracket; and/or, a plurality of second antifriction salient points are arranged on one side, facing the limiting plate, of the support, and the second antifriction salient points are propped against the limiting plate.

The electric chafing dish as claimed in claim 2, wherein the limit cover is provided with a through hole for the other end of the rotation shaft to pass through, the aperture of the through hole is D, the outer diameter of the limit plate is D1, and the D/D1 is more than or equal to 0.7 and less than or equal to 0.9.

The electric chafing dish as set forth in claim 2, wherein the limiting plate is provided with a mounting groove recessed toward a side facing away from the knob, an elastic pin is provided in the mounting groove, a plurality of teeth are continuously distributed around the rotation shaft toward a side of the limiting plate, and the elastic pin is abutted against the teeth.

The electric chafing dish as set forth in claim 2, wherein the two ends of the connecting rod are provided with hooks, the rotating shaft comprises an inner connecting section penetrating through the limiting cover, the inner connecting section is provided with a first clamping groove clamped with the hooks, and the adjustable temperature controller is provided with a second clamping groove clamped with the hooks.
7. The electric chafing dish as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotation shaft further comprises an outer connection section having a non-circular cross section, and a connection sleeve fitted over the outer connection section is provided at the center of the knob.

Electric chafing dish as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the support is formed by separate machining, the support comprising a vertical plate and a transverse plate bent inwards from the top of the vertical plate, the transverse plate being clamped to the top wall of the housing and/or secured by screw connection, the rotating member extending through the vertical plate.
9. An electric chafing dish as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said bracket is integrally formed with said housing.

The electric chafing dish of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a plurality of third clamping grooves are circumferentially arranged at intervals on one side of the bracket, which is away from the knob, and the limit cover is provided with a protruding block, and the protruding block is rotationally clamped into the third clamping grooves.
