Wherein the glass assembly 20 comprises a first glass 201 and at least two layers of a second glass 202. At least two layers of second glass 202 are sequentially stacked on one side of the first glass 201. The area of the second glass 202 is smaller than the area of the first glass 201. The number of the second glass 202 is two, three, or more, and the like, and is not limited herein. Gases such as argon are arranged between the first glass 201 and the second glass 202 and between the adjacent second glasses 202 in a sealing way, so that the glass assembly 20 has a heat preservation function.
One side surface of the door body frame 30, which faces away from the refrigerator door liner 10, is fixedly connected with the first glass 201. Door jamb 30 provides a frame for glass assembly 20. At least two layers of second glass 202 are inserted through the door jamb 30 and secured to the refrigerator door 10. Meanwhile, at least two layers of second glass 202 are positioned in the connecting frame 5 on the refrigerator door liner 10. When the glass assembly 20, the door frame 30 and the refrigerator door 10 are assembled, a sealed space (not shown) is formed around the first glass 201, the door frame 30 and the outer periphery of the connection frame 5 in the glass assembly 20. The sealing space has sealing performance, can be used for injecting foaming liquid, foaming and avoiding foaming liquid leakage. The door seal 40 is disposed on a side of the refrigerator door 10 facing away from the door frame 30 and is mounted on the door seal slot 1011, so as to form an effective seal between the refrigerator door assembly 100 and the refrigerator body (not shown).
Further, the refrigerator door 10 is provided with a glass mounting portion 6. The glass mounting portion 6 is located within the connection frame 5. At least two layers of second glass 202 in the glass assembly 20 are fixed on the glass mounting part 6, so that the glass assembly 20 is mounted and fixed, and the sealing performance of a sealed space is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the refrigerator door body assembly in the embodiment reduces the size of the die through using the refrigerator door liner, is low in manufacturing cost, reduces the die cost and the material cost for producing the refrigerator door liner, and further can reduce the cost of the refrigerator door body assembly. The refrigerator door liner is assembled in an inserting mode, and therefore the installation efficiency of the refrigerator door body assembly is improved.
