Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a dental irrigator 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a main body 10 and a water tank 20. The main body 10 includes a body 11 extending in a first direction, and a head 12 connected to one end of the body 11 in the first direction. The water tank 20 is sleeved on the machine body 11, the machine body 10 can slide between a first position A and a second position B along a first direction relative to the water tank 20, when the machine body 10 is positioned at the second position B, the water tank 20 has the largest volume, and when the machine body 10 is positioned at the first position A, all the machine heads 12 are exposed from the water tank 20. Wherein, the opposite sides of the machine head 12 in the second direction are provided with concave parts 121, the concave parts 121 are suitable for being gripped to pull the main machine 10 to slide relative to the water tank 20, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
In the tooth-cleaning device 100 of the embodiment of the application, the water tank 20 is sleeved on the host 10 and can slide relative to the host 10, so that the host 10 slides between the first position a and the second position B, the tooth-cleaning device 100 is small in size and convenient to carry when the host 10 is in the first position a, and the water sump is larger in volume and can be loaded with more water when the host 10 is in the second position B. A recess 121 is formed in the head 12 so that a user can place a thumb in the recess 121 to pull the main unit 10 to move between the first position a and the second position B with respect to the water tank 20, so that the user can apply a better force.
Specifically, the rinse 100 may pump clear water or mouthwash out of the tank 20 to form a pulsed water flow that impinges on the teeth and crevices of the user, thereby effecting cleaning of the user's teeth and mouth. It will be appreciated that the dental irrigator 100 of the present embodiment may perform a telescoping action, that is, the main unit 10 may slide between the first position a and the second position B along the first direction relative to the water tank 20 to change the state of the dental irrigator 100.
In the related art, when the host moves from the first position to the second position relative to the water tank, the friction force between the water tank and the host is large, so that a user needs large acting force when manually changing the state of the tooth cleaning device, no stable acting point exists, and the water tank is difficult to move.
In the embodiment of the present application, the hand piece 12 is provided with concave portions 121 that are concave in opposition along the second direction. The user can hold the finger and press the concave part 121 to increase the friction force between the finger and the machine head 12, and the concave part 121 also provides a point of application, when the acting force for separating the water tank 20 from the host 10 is applied to the concave part 121, the concave part 121 plays a role in limiting, so that the finger is effectively prevented from slipping on the machine head 12, the user holds the machine more stably, the application of force is more convenient, and the host 10 can be pulled from the first position A to the second position B more labor-saving and stable. When it is desired to change the dental impactor 100 from the second position B to the first position a, the handpiece 12 may be directly depressed such that the handpiece 12 of the dental impactor 100 is retracted to the first position a.
It will be appreciated that in the present embodiment, the first direction of the tooth cleaner 100 is the length direction of the main body 11, the main body 12 and the main body 11 may be connected along the first direction, and the water tank 20 may be sleeved on the main body 11 and slide along the first direction. The second direction is the thickness direction of the tooth cleaner 100, the third direction is the width direction of the tooth cleaner 100, and the three directions are designed to be perpendicular to each other. Meanwhile, the first position a and the second position B may be disposed along the first direction, and the host 10 may be slid to the second position B in use to increase the volume of the sump. The main body 10 can be slid to the first position a at ordinary times so that the dental rinse 100 has a small volume and is easy to carry.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, when the handpiece 12 is sectioned by a cross section formed in a first direction and a third direction, the outer contour of the cross section is semicircular or circular or arcuate, the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, respectively, and the axis of the handpiece 12 is parallel to the second direction.
The outer contour shape of the cross section of the handpiece 12 may be semicircular or circular or arcuate, which means that the shape of the handpiece 12 is substantially semicircular or circular or arcuate rather than being absolutely semicircular, circular or arcuate.
When the nose 12 is in an arc shape and a semicircle shape, the nose 12 can be provided with the concave part 121, and the nose 12 has smaller volume and occupies smaller space.
Specifically, the head 12 may have various shapes so that the user can withdraw the host 10 from the water tank 20 by pressing the recess 121 while the head 12 forms the recess 121. When the machine head 12 is circular or semicircular, the concave part 121 can be formed at a position close to the center of a circle, the concave part 121 can also be circular or semicircular, and when the user pulls the machine head 12, the user can directly pull the water tank 20 by taking the position of the center of the circle as a reference, so that the holding is relatively stable. When the handpiece 12 is arcuate, the recess 121 is also arcuate, so that the overall handpiece 12 shape is coordinated.
In addition, the shape of the handpiece 12 described above is merely exemplary, and in the present embodiment, the specific shape of the handpiece 12 is not limited, and the handpiece 12 is only required to include the recess 121 of the present application in order to satisfy various requirements.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the diameter of the handpiece 12 is greater than the axial dimension of the handpiece 12. Thus, the nose 12 is relatively flat, i.e. has smaller width direction, so that a user can place the thumb on the concave part 121 conveniently, and the tiger mouth can be attached to the peripheral surface of the nose 12 conveniently, so that the thumb, the index finger and the middle finger can sink into the concave part 121 conveniently, and force can be applied better.
Further, referring to FIG. 1, in certain embodiments, the handpiece 12 has an axial dimension of 35-50mm. For example, the axial dimensions of the handpiece 12 can be 35mm, 36mm, 37mm, 38mm, 39mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 43mm, 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, 47mm, 48mm, 49mm, 50mm. As such, the axial dimension of the handpiece 12 is set within this range to conform to the size of the user's normal palm so that the user can grasp the handpiece 12 with one hand and place the thumb and index finger in the recess 121 to pull the host 10 to move relative to the water tank 20.
Specifically, when the nose 12 is circular or semi-circular, the diameter of the nose 12 is greater than the axial dimension of the nose 12 to facilitate placement of at least two fingers by a user on the two recesses 121 disposed opposite one another. The problem that the user cannot press the two concave parts 121 simultaneously with one hand due to the excessive axial size of the machine head 12 is avoided. Illustratively, the axial dimension of the handpiece 12 may be 40mm, which may accommodate the palm size of the user, ensuring that the user may successfully withdraw the host 10 from the water tank 20.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the recess 121 includes a first portion 1211 and a second portion 1212, the first portion 1211 is located at a middle portion of the recess 121, the first portion 1211 is recessed inward relative to the second portion 1212, and a recess width of the first portion 1211 is larger than a recess width of the second portion 1212, such that an edge is formed at a boundary between the first portion 1211 and the second portion 1212.
In this way, when the user grasps the handpiece 12, the pressure of the finger can be pressed against the first portion 1211, and the first portion 1211 is recessed inward relative to the second portion 1212, so that the user can grasp the handpiece 12, and the problem that the finger of the user slides out of the recess 121 when pulling the handpiece 12 to move relative to the water tank 20 is avoided. At the same time, an edge is formed at the boundary between the first portion 1211 and the second portion 1212, which can act as a stop to ensure that the user's finger can grasp the recess 121. Meanwhile, the user can directly judge the position of the concave part 121 where the finger is located through the edge, and the eyes are not required to observe the specific position of the finger.
Specifically, the first portion 1211 is recessed inwardly relative to the second portion 1212 such that the entire recess 121 is deeper and has a greater angle of inclination such that a user grasps the handpiece 12 through the recess 121, thereby allowing the host 10 to be smoothly withdrawn from the water tank 20.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 1, in some embodiments, the recess 121 is inclined at an angle greater than 7, and the recess 121 is deeper than 2mm. For example, the inclination angle of the concave portion 121 may be 7.5 °, 8 °, 8.5 °, 9 °, and the depth of the concave portion 121 may be 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm. In this manner, the angle of inclination and depth of recess 121 are defined to ensure that the hand piece 12 can be grasped by a finger to avoid the finger slipping out of recess 121.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, the first portion 1211 is a through hole, and the diameter of the circumcircle of the through hole is not less than 6mm. For example, the diameter of the circumcircle of the through hole may be 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm. Thus, the first portion 1211 is a through hole through which a user can determine the relative position of the finger and the recess 121. Meanwhile, the diameter of the circumcircle of the through hole is larger than or equal to 6mm, so that the diameter of the through hole is large enough, and the through hole can accommodate a part of fingers to increase the stability when the fingers pull the handpiece 12.
Specifically, the user can find the position of the through hole by touching with a finger during use, so as to confirm the position of the recess 121, and the drawing action of the host 10 relative to the water tank 20 can be completed without observing through eyes. In addition, the dental irrigator 100 of the embodiment of the application can perform whole-body water washing, and after the user finishes using, the dental irrigator 100 can be aligned to a faucet, so that the dental irrigator 100 can be kept clean, and dirt accumulated on the machine body 11 and the machine head 12 is avoided. The user can make rivers aim at the through-hole of aircraft nose 12, can avoid the rivers to strike aircraft nose 12 on the one hand and cause the problem that splashes, on the other hand can make rivers directly pass through the through-hole and wash fuselage 11 from the both sides of fuselage 11. Of course, in some embodiments, the first portion 1211 may not be a through hole.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in some embodiments, handpiece 12 includes a peripheral surface 122, and peripheral surface 122 has a mounting hole 123 formed therein, and mounting hole 123 is configured to mount nozzle 13 of dental impactor 100, and mounting hole 123 is configured to clear a midline 124 of host 10, wherein midline 124 is the intersection of translation of the axis of handpiece 12 along a first direction with the upper surface of handpiece 12. In addition, the outer contour of the projection of the peripheral surface 122 in the second direction is circular or arc-shaped, so that when the user presses the finger against the concave portion 121, the handpiece 12 can be fitted to the user's tiger mouth, and the outer contour of the peripheral surface 122 is close to the tiger mouth curve.
In this way, the handpiece 12 can be connected with the body 11 through the peripheral surface 122, meanwhile, the peripheral surface 122 can be provided with the mounting hole 123, the nozzle 13 passes through and is mounted on the mounting hole 123, so that the nozzle 13 can be communicated with the infusion tube, and the other end of the infusion tube can extend into the bottom of the water tank 20, so that the solution of the water tank 20 can be sprayed outwards through the nozzle 13 to realize the tooth flushing action. The mounting hole 123 is away from the center line 124, so as to avoid the problem that the nozzle 13 or the infusion tube interferes with the concave part 121 or the through hole due to the fact that the nozzle 13 is arranged on the center line 124.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments, the peripheral surface 122 is formed with water inlet holes 125, the water inlet holes 125 extend in the circumferential direction of the peripheral surface 122, the water inlet holes 125 communicate with the water tank 20, and the water inlet holes 125 and the mounting holes 123 are disposed at both sides of the center line 124.
Thus, the water inlet 125 may be used to connect with a water injection pipe, and a user may inject a solution such as clean water or mouthwash into the water tank 20 through the water inlet 125, while the water inlet 125 also avoids the center line 124, and the water inlet 125 and the mounting hole 123 may be disposed on two sides of the center line 124, so as to avoid interference between the water injection pipe and the recess 121 or the through hole. In addition, when the first portion 1211 is a through hole, the water inlet hole 125 and the mounting hole 123 are disposed on two sides of the central line 124, so that the water injection pipe and the infusion pipe can be disposed on two sides of the through hole, and the two can be kept not to interfere with each other, and meanwhile, the interval between the pump liquid component and the water injection pipe can be ensured, so that the heat transferred to the pump liquid component by the water injection pipe under the condition of hot water injection is reduced, and the normal operation of the pump liquid component is affected.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, handpiece 12 includes a peripheral surface 122, and peripheral surface 122 is crowned with a crown 1221 in a direction from both sides to the middle in the axial direction, wherein crown 1221 is adapted to fit the user's hand jaw.
In this way, after the user places his or her finger in the recess 121, the arch 1221 can just fit the jaw of the user's hand, ensuring that the user can tighten the handpiece 12.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the handpiece 12 includes a first housing 126, a second housing 127, and a cover plate 128, the first housing 126 and the second housing 127 are opposite in an axial direction of the handpiece 12, a mounting bracket 129 is provided inside the handpiece 12, the mounting bracket 129 is connected to the first housing 126 and the second housing 127, the first housing 126 and the second housing 127 are connected and fixed to the mounting bracket 129 by fasteners, and the cover plate 128 is mounted on a side of the first housing 126 away from the second housing 127 and/or on a side of the second housing 127 away from the first housing 126 to cover the fasteners and form the recess 121.
As such, the first housing 126 and the second housing 127 may be coupled together with the mounting bracket 129 via fasteners to form a frame for the handpiece 12. Meanwhile, the cover plate 128 may be formed on the first housing 126, or the cover plate 128 may be formed on the second housing 127, or the cover plate 128 may be formed on the first and second housings 126 and 127, and the cover plate 128 may form the recess 121 to facilitate grasping by a user.
In addition, the fastening member may be a bolt or a screw, and screw holes may be formed in the first housing 126, the second housing 127, and the mounting bracket 129, so that the first housing 126 and the second housing 127 may be connected and fixed to the mounting bracket 129 by screw-fitting. The cover plate 128 may cover the fastener to prevent the fastener from being corroded or damaged by exposure. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present application, the specific material of the cover plate 128 is not limited, and the cover plate 128 may be made of some material that increases friction force, or a rough surface is formed on the surface of the cover plate 128, so that the formed concave portion 121 has a larger friction force, and the finger of the user is prevented from sliding out of the concave portion 121.
