The cleaning device 2 of the present embodiment enables the first drain pipe 201 of the laundry treating apparatus 20 to communicate with the liquid inlet end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 by providing the first liquid inlet pipe 11, thereby forming a drain passage capable of draining the sewage in the first drain pipe 201 into the first liquid inlet pipe 11; by arranging the second liquid inlet pipe 12, the second water outlet pipe 221 of the sweeper 22 can be communicated with the liquid inlet end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12, and the sewage in the second water outlet pipe 221 can be guided, so that the sewage in the second water outlet pipe 221 flows into the second liquid inlet pipe 12; through setting up the flowing back end of first feed liquor pipe 11 and the flowing back end of second feed liquor pipe 12 all with the feed liquor end intercommunication of flowing back pipe 13, can further all arrange the sewage in first feed liquor pipe 11 and the second feed liquor pipe 12 to in the flowing back pipe 13, and through setting up the flowing back end of flowing back pipe 13 to with the floor drain intercommunication, can directly arrange sewage in the floor drain, not only guaranteed that sewage flows in sealed body, also avoided the setting of adaptor and transfer pipeline, the drainage effect that makes flowing back pipe 13 approaches the drainage effect of floor drain, thereby make the sewage can be discharged in time, avoid producing sewage series flow, the problem of backward flow between first drain pipe 201 and the second drain pipe 221.
The liquid inlet end of the liquid discharge pipe 13 is a position having a liquid inlet function with respect to the liquid discharge end of the liquid discharge pipe 13, and is not one end of the specific structure of the liquid discharge pipe 13.
For example, the three-way structure 1 may be a T-shaped structure, that is, one of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the second liquid inlet pipe 12 is disposed parallel to the axial direction of the liquid discharge pipe 13, and the other is disposed perpendicular to the axial direction of the liquid discharge pipe 13; the tee structure 1 may also be a Y-shaped structure, i.e. an included angle with an acute angle is formed between the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the second liquid inlet pipe 12, and is connected with one end of the liquid discharge pipe 13 respectively; in addition, at least part of the first inlet pipe 11 and/or the second inlet pipe 12 may also be provided as an arc-shaped pipe.
In some embodiments, the outer periphery of the drain pipe 13 is provided with a mounting portion 14, and the mounting portion 14 may be formed integrally with the drain pipe 13, or may be separately formed after the drain pipe 13 is formed, and the mounting portion 14 is used for connection with a floor drain. Specifically, the mounting portion 14 may be a hood-shaped interface with a downward opening, and is used for being fastened on the floor drain, so that not only can the stability of connection between the liquid discharge tube 13 and the floor drain be ensured, but also the gap of the floor drain can be shielded, and gas upwelling in the floor drain can be avoided. Optionally, the mounting portion 14 may be provided with a mounting hole, and a connecting piece may be disposed between the mounting portion 14 and the floor drain through the mounting hole, so as to further improve the connection stability of the drain pipe 13 and the floor drain.
In some more detailed embodiments, the mounting portion 14 is disposed at the liquid intake end of the liquid discharge tube 13. Specifically, the mounting portion 14 is disposed away from the drain end of the drain pipe 13, so that more space can be avoided for connection between the drain pipe 13 and the floor drain, and particularly, for an embodiment in which the drain end of the drain pipe 13 is sleeved with a pipe of the floor drain, the length of a sleeved section between the drain pipe 13 and the floor drain can be prolonged, so that the drain pipe 13 is prevented from being flushed out when water leakage or excessive water pressure is generated at the connection position of the drain pipe 13 and the floor drain.
In some more specific embodiments, the first liquid inlet pipe 11 is disposed along the axial direction of the liquid discharge pipe 13, and the first liquid inlet pipe 11 may be disposed coaxially with the liquid discharge pipe 13 or may be disposed eccentrically with respect to the cross section of the liquid discharge pipe 13, and the second liquid inlet pipe 12 is disposed obliquely with respect to the axial direction of the liquid discharge pipe 13. Specifically, the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the liquid outlet pipe 13 have no bending transition, can avoid forming shielding on a drainage channel, have better drainage effect, and are suitable for connecting equipment with larger drainage amount; the second liquid inlet pipe 12 may be inclined downwards along the drainage direction, so that sewage can be prevented from remaining in the pipe body, which is beneficial to sewage drainage, and in some usage scenarios, the position of the floor drain opening is higher than the placement surface of the cleaning device 2, and even higher than the connection port between the second drain pipe 221 and the cleaning device 2, in this embodiment, the second liquid inlet pipe 12 may also be arranged to be inclined upwards along the drainage direction, which not only can ensure the communication between the second drain pipe 221 and the liquid drain pipe 13, but also can prevent the second drain pipe 221 from bending or buckling.
Further, the diameter of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 is smaller than the diameter of the liquid outlet pipe 13, and the central axis of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 is offset from the side of the second liquid inlet pipe 12 in the radial direction of the liquid outlet pipe 13, and the side of the cross-sectional circle of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 away from the second liquid inlet pipe 12 may be tangent to the cross-sectional circle of the liquid outlet pipe 13 in the downward projection direction. Specifically, the above structure can avoid the space for the setting of the second liquid inlet pipe 12 to the greatest extent, can avoid influencing the drainage of the first liquid inlet pipe 11, and is convenient for the design and processing of integrated into one piece simultaneously. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the liquid inlet end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 is provided with a first clamping portion 111, the liquid inlet end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12 is provided with a second clamping portion 121, and the first clamping portion 111 and the second clamping portion 121 are respectively used for being clamped with the first drain pipe 201 and the second drain pipe 221 so as to improve the convenience and stability of installation of the cleaning device 2 and improve the user experience.
In other embodiments, a baffle 15 is disposed within the drain pipe 13 between the drain end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the drain end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12, at least one end of the baffle 15 being connected to the inner wall of the drain pipe 13. Specifically, by providing the baffle 15, the mutual interference between the sewage flowing into the liquid discharge pipe 13 from the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the sewage flowing into the liquid discharge pipe 13 from the second liquid inlet pipe 12 can be avoided, the drainage speed is affected, and the sewage in the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the sewage in the second liquid inlet pipe 12 are caused to flow reversely or in series, and the baffle 15 may be of a structure integrally formed with the liquid discharge pipe 13 or of an inserting structure arranged in the liquid discharge pipe 13. In addition, the baffle 15 structure can also form a support in the liquid inlet end of the drain pipe, so that the deformation of the liquid inlet end of the liquid discharge pipe 13 is avoided to limit the flow rate of sewage in the pipe.
In some further embodiments, both ends of the baffle 15 perpendicular to the liquid discharge direction are connected to the inner wall of the liquid discharge tube 13 to form a rib structure separating the liquid discharge tube 13. In more detail, by forming the rib blocking structure, on one hand, the liquid discharging end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the liquid discharging end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12 can be completely separated, so that mutual interference between the water discharging of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the water discharging of the second liquid inlet pipe 12 caused by the circumferential flow of sewage along the pipe wall is avoided, and on the other hand, a support can be formed in the liquid discharging pipe 13, and the strength of the liquid discharging pipe 13 is enhanced.
In some embodiments, the baffle 15 is disposed below a side wall of the first liquid inlet pipe 11 near the side of the second liquid inlet pipe 12, and may be an arc structure extending along the side wall of the first liquid inlet pipe 11, or may be a flat plate structure disposed on the liquid outlet pipe 13. Specifically, the baffle 15 is disposed along the drainage direction, so as to avoid shielding the first liquid inlet pipe 11, thereby ensuring the drainage efficiency of the first drain pipe 201.
More specifically, the baffle 15 has an arc structure, the inner surface of the baffle 15 is coplanar with the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe, the inner surface of the baffle 15 is a surface facing the liquid outlet end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11, and the outer surface of the baffle 15 is a surface facing the liquid outlet end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12. Through the arrangement mode, on one hand, the baffle 15 can be prevented from shielding the liquid discharge end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11, and on the other hand, a larger space can be avoided for liquid discharge of the second liquid discharge pipe 13; in addition, because the outer surface of the baffle 15 is of an arc-shaped structure, the sewage discharged in the second liquid discharge pipe 13 can be conducted in a dispersed mode, and the phenomenon that the flow speed is influenced due to the fact that the sewage is splashed back into the second liquid discharge pipe 13 and the flow speed is disturbed is avoided.
Further, the bottom end of the baffle 15 is lower than the liquid discharge end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12, that is, the projection of the baffle 15 on the pipe wall can shield the liquid discharge end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12. Specifically, one end of the baffle 15 in the drainage direction is located in the same plane as the drainage end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11, and the other end is lower than the lowest point of the drainage end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12 in the drainage direction, so that sewage in the first liquid inlet pipe 11 and the second liquid inlet pipe 12 is completely separated at the liquid inlet end of the liquid outlet pipe 13, and the sewage is collected after the flow direction of the sewage in the liquid outlet pipe 13 is stable, so that the problems of series flow, reverse flow and the like of the sewage caused by unsmooth drainage due to mutual interference of the flow direction of the sewage can be avoided.
The following describes the present solution with reference to a specific embodiment, where the laundry treatment apparatus 20 and the sweeper 22 may be vertically arranged, and the laundry treatment apparatus 20 is disposed above the sweeper 22, so that space can be saved, and the laundry treatment apparatus 20 may be specifically a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine, a care cabinet, or the like; the laundry treating apparatus 20 is provided with a first drain pipe 201, the sweeper 22 is provided with a second drain pipe 221, the first drain pipe 201 is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the first liquid inlet pipe 11, and the second drain pipe 221 is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the second liquid inlet pipe 12. In more detail, the laundry treating apparatus 20 is further provided with a first water inlet pipe 202, one end of the first water inlet pipe 202 is communicated with the tap 3, and the other end of the first water inlet pipe may be communicated with a water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus 20, for injecting clean water into the laundry treating apparatus 20 to clean fabrics; wherein, the water inlet valve can be provided with a three-way connecting piece, the three-way connecting piece is communicated with one end connected with the second water inlet pipe 222, and the other end connected with the second water inlet pipe 222 is used for being communicated with a water station water inlet valve of the sweeper 22 and is used for injecting clean water into the sweeper 22 to clean the mop; when the washing process is finished, the contaminated water after the cloth treating apparatus 20 washes the cloth is discharged through the first drain pipe 201, and the contaminated water after the sweeper 22 washes the mop is discharged through the second drain pipe 221. Specifically, by providing the three-way structure 1 described above, the dirty water provided in the upper laundry treating apparatus 20 can be prevented from flowing back into the sweeper 22.
