In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may still be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown simplified in order to simplify the drawing.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the embodiments of the disclosure and in the above-described figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate in order to describe embodiments of the present disclosure. Furthermore, the terms "comprise" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the terms "upper", "lower", "inner", "middle", "outer", "front", "rear", and the like indicate an azimuth or a positional relationship based on that shown in the drawings. These terms are used primarily to better describe embodiments of the present disclosure and embodiments thereof and are not intended to limit the indicated device, element, or component to a particular orientation or to be constructed and operated in a particular orientation. Also, some of the terms described above may be used to indicate other meanings in addition to orientation or positional relationships, for example, the term "upper" may also be used to indicate some sort of attachment or connection in some cases. In addition, the terms "disposed," "connected," "secured" and "affixed" are to be construed broadly. For example, "connected" may be in a fixed connection, a removable connection, or a unitary construction; may be a mechanical connection, or an electrical connection; may be directly connected, or indirectly connected through intervening media, or may be in internal communication between two devices, elements, or components. The specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to specific circumstances.
The term "plurality" means two or more, unless otherwise indicated.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the character "/" indicates that the front and rear objects are an or relationship. For example, A/B represents: a or B.
The term "and/or" is an associative relationship that describes an object, meaning that there may be three relationships. For example, a and/or B, represent: a or B, or, A and B.
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a television 1, including a frame 2 and a rear cover 4, where the frame 2 is provided with a groove 3; the edge of the back cover 4 is provided with a convex edge 5, and the convex edge 5 is inserted into the groove 3 so as to fix the back cover 4 on the frame 2.
In some cases, the frame 2 of the television 1 is provided with a groove 3, and the edge of the rear cover 4 is provided with a convex edge 5, and the convex edge 5 is inserted into the groove 3, so that the rear cover 4 is fixed on the frame 2.
In other cases, the rim 2 of the television 1 is provided with a convex edge 5, the edge of the rear cover 4 is provided with a groove 3, and the convex edge 5 is inserted into the groove 3, so that the rear cover 4 is fixed on the rim 2.
By adopting the television 1 provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the rear cover 4 of the television 1 is installed, the convex edge 5 at the edge of the rear cover 4 is inserted into the groove 3 on the frame 2, so that the rear cover 4 can be fixed on the frame 2, when the rear cover 4 of the television 1 is disassembled, the rear cover 4 is taken down against the direction of inserting the convex edge 5 into the groove 3, the operation is simple, and even after the rear cover is assembled and disassembled for several times, the convex edge 5 and the groove 3 are not easy to damage.
Alternatively, as shown in connection with fig. 1 to 5, the recess 3 includes a left recess 31 and a right recess 32, which are located at the left and right sides of the rim 2, respectively; the rim 5 includes a left rim 51 and a right rim 52, which are respectively engaged with the left groove 31 and the right groove 32, and are respectively positioned in the left groove 31 and the right groove 32, so that the rear cover 4 is fixed to the rim 2.
The frame 2 surrounds the edge of the television 1, a left groove 31 and a right groove 32 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame 2, a left convex edge 51 and a right convex edge 52 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear cover 4, the left convex edge 51 is inserted into the left groove 31, and the right convex edge 52 is inserted into the right groove 32.
In this way, the left and right positioning of the rear cover 4 can be achieved such that the rear cover 4 is fixed to the bezel 2 of the television 1.
Alternatively, the spacing between the bottom wall of the left recess 31 and the bottom wall of the right recess 32 is greater than the spacing between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the distance between the bottom wall of the left groove 31 and the bottom wall of the right groove 32 is L1. The distance between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 is L2.
The left flange 51 is inserted into the left groove 31, the right flange 52 is inserted into the right groove 32, and the space between the bottom wall of the left groove 31 and the bottom wall of the right groove 32 is larger than the space between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52, which means that the left flange 51 and the bottom wall of the left groove 31 are not tightly bonded, and a gap exists between them, and it is understood that the right flange 52 and the bottom wall of the right groove 32 are not tightly bonded, and a gap also exists between them.
In this way, when the rear cover 4 of the television 1 is mounted on the frame 2 of the television 1, there are redundant positions in the path in which the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 are inserted, so that the rear cover 4 of the television 1 is easier to mount and the mounting efficiency is also higher.
Alternatively, the spacing between the outer side wall of the left groove 31 and the outer side wall of the right groove 32 is smaller than the spacing between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the distance between the outer side wall of the left groove 31 and the outer side wall of the right groove 32 is L3. The distance between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 is L2.
The rear cover 4 of the television 1 is preferably made of plastic.
The thermal expansion coefficient of plastics is big, and expend with heat and contract with cold is obvious, and the interval between the lateral wall of left recess 31 and the lateral wall of right recess 32 is less than the interval between left chimb 51 and right chimb 52, and this makes left chimb 51 insert left recess 31 when, and left chimb 51 can be pressed to the lateral wall of left recess 31 a distance, even plastics material meets cold shrink, and left chimb 51 can also be pressed to the lateral wall of left recess 31.
It will be appreciated that when the right rim 52 is inserted into the right recess 32, the outer side wall of the right recess 32 can press the right rim 52 a distance, even if the plastic material shrinks when it cools, the outer side wall of the right recess 32 can press the right rim 52.
Thus, when the television 1 is used in winter, even if the rear cover 4 is contracted by cooling, the left convex edge 51 and the right convex edge 52 of the rear cover 4 can be inserted into the left groove 31 and the right groove 32, and the outer side wall of the left groove 31 and the outer side wall of the right groove 32 can be pressed on the left convex edge 51 and the right convex edge 52, so that the rear cover 4 and the frame 2 are more firmly installed, and the use of the television 1 is not affected due to temperature change.
Alternatively, the difference between the interval between the outer side wall of the left groove 31 and the outer side wall of the right groove 32 and the interval between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 per unit length of the television 1 in the left-right direction is 4mm to 8mm.
The difference between the distance between the outer side wall of the left groove 31 and the outer side wall of the right groove 32 and the distance between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 is 4mm-8mm every 1 meter length of the television 1 in the left-right direction.
The difference in the spacing between the outer side wall of the left groove 31 and the outer side wall of the right groove 32 and the spacing between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 may be 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.3mm, 6mm, 6.7mm, 7mm, 7.6mm, or 8mm.
In this way, the rear cover 4 and the frame 2 are more firmly mounted, and are less susceptible to temperature changes.
Optionally, the groove 3 further includes an upper groove 33, and the upper groove 33 is located on the upper side of the frame 2; the flange 5 includes an upper flange 53, and the upper flange 53 is inserted into the upper groove 33; the space between the bottom wall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is larger than the space between the upper rim 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the space between the bottom wall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is L4. The space between the upper rim 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is L5.
The border 2 surrounds the border department at TV set 1, sets up upper groove 33 in the upside of border 2, and the upside of back lid 4 sets up upper flange 53, and upper flange 53 and upper groove 33 cooperation for the upper end of back lid 4 can pinpoint.
The upper rim 53 is inserted into the upper groove 33, and the interval between the bottom wall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is larger than the interval between the upper rim 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4, which means that the upper rim 53 and the bottom wall of the upper groove 33 are not closely adhered with each other with a gap therebetween.
In this way, when the rear cover 4 of the television 1 is mounted on the frame 2 of the television 1, there is an extra position in the path in which the upper flange 53 is inserted, so that the rear cover 4 of the television 1 is easier to mount and the mounting efficiency is higher.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the recess 3 further includes an upper recess 33, where the upper recess 33 is located on the upper side of the frame 2; the flange 5 includes an upper flange 53, and the upper flange 53 is inserted into the upper groove 33; the space between the outer sidewall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is smaller than the space between the upper rim 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the interval between the outer side wall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is L6. The space between the upper rim 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is L5.
As the distance between the outer side wall of the left recess 31 and the outer side wall of the right recess 32 is smaller than the distance between the left flange 51 and the right flange 52, it will be appreciated that the distance between the outer side wall of the upper recess 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is smaller than the distance between the upper flange 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4, which allows the outer side wall of the upper recess 33 to press the upper flange 53 a distance when the upper flange 53 is inserted into the upper recess 33, even if the plastic material is shrunk by cooling, the outer side wall of the upper recess 33 can press the upper flange 53.
Thus, when the television 1 is used in winter, even if the rear cover 4 is contracted when being cooled, the upper convex edge 53 of the rear cover 4 can be inserted into the upper groove 33, and the outer side wall of the upper groove 33 can be pressed on the upper convex edge 53, so that the rear cover 4 and the frame 2 are more firmly installed, and the use of the television 1 is not affected by temperature change.
Alternatively, the difference between the interval between the outer sidewall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 and the interval between the upper flange 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 per unit length in the up-down direction of the television 1 is 4mm to 8mm.
The difference between the interval between the outer sidewall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 and the interval between the upper flange 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is 4mm-8mm every 1 m length in the up-down direction of the television 1.
The difference in the interval between the outer sidewall of the upper groove 33 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 and the interval between the upper rim 53 and the lower surface of the rear cover 4 may be 4mm, 4.3mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.6mm, 7mm, 7.8mm, or 8mm.
In this way, the rear cover 4 and the frame 2 are more firmly mounted, and are less susceptible to temperature changes.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, the television 1 further includes a back plate 6, the inner side wall of the groove 3 is abutted against the back plate 6, the inner side wall of the groove 3 is provided with a first fixing hole 7, and the first fastener 8 passes through the first fixing hole 7 and the back plate 6 to connect the frame 2 and the back plate 6.
The first fastener 8 may be a screw.
When the frame 2 is installed on the backboard 6, the inner side wall of the groove 3 on the frame 2 is abutted against the backboard 6, the inner side wall of the groove 3 is provided with a first fixing hole 7, and a screw penetrates through the first fixing hole 7 and the backboard 6.
In this way, the frame 2 can be firmly locked on the back plate 6, and after the back plate 6 is installed, the first fastening piece 8 and the first fixing hole 7 are hidden inside the back plate 6, and the first fastening piece 8 and the first fixing hole 7 are not seen from the outside of the television 1, so that the television is visually attractive.
Alternatively, as shown in conjunction with fig. 5, the lower end of the back plate 6 is provided with a connection portion 9, the lower surface of the back cover 4 is provided with a second fixing hole 10, and a second fastener 11 passes through the lower surface of the back cover 4 and the connection portion 9 to connect the back cover 4 and the back plate 6.
In mounting the rear cover 4 to the television 1, the lower surface of the rear cover 4 is fixed with the back plate 6 in addition to the upper flange 53, the left flange 51 and the right flange 52 being inserted into the upper groove 33, the left groove 31 and the right groove 32, respectively.
The second fastener 11 may be a screw.
A second fixing hole 10 is formed in the lower surface of the rear cover 4, and a screw is inserted through the second fixing hole 10 and the connecting portion 9 at the lower end of the back plate 6.
In this way, the lower end of the rear cover 4 can be firmly locked to the back plate 6, and the second fastening member 11 and the second fixing hole 10 are hidden at the lower end which is not easily seen, so that the second fastening member 11 and the second fixing hole 10 are not seen from the outside of the television 1, and the television is visually attractive.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the back of the rear cover 4 is provided with a wall-hanging hole 12 for hanging the television 1 on a wall.
The back of back lid 4 is provided with a plurality of hanging holes 12, and the quantity of hanging hole 12 can be 2 or 4 departments, bilateral symmetry sets up.
Thus, screws may be provided on the wall, and the television 1 may be hung on the wall through the cooperation of the wall-hanging hole 12 and the screws.
As shown in fig. 8 to 15, in the actual installation process of the television 1 in the foregoing embodiment, the installation manner is as follows: when the television is installed, the middle of the rear cover 4 is supported, the two sides of the rear cover 4 naturally bend downwards under the action of gravity, the length is shortened, the rear cover 4 is directly placed at a position slightly below the upper part of the television 1, the left convex edge 51 and the right convex edge 52 of the rear cover 4 respectively fall into the left groove 31 and the right groove 32, and the television 1 is in a first state. The middle hand rest is removed, the middle part of the rear cover 4 falls down to be flush with the left edge and the right edge under the action of gravity, and the left convex edge 51 and the right convex edge 52 slide into the left groove 31 and the right groove 32, so that the television 1 is in the second state. The rear cover 4 is then pushed up a little, at which time the television 1 is in the third state. After the rear cover 4 is pushed upwards, the upper convex edge 53 slides into the upper groove 33 to lock the second fastening piece 11 and the wall hanging screw, so that the assembly can be completed, and the television 1 is in the fourth state. . When the rear cover 4 is detached, the second fastening piece 11 and the wall hanging screw are loosened, and the middle part of the rear cover 4 is slightly moved downwards and lifted.
