3. A fan apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein an opening diameter of one end of said cylindrical structure toward an outside of said fan frame is smaller than an opening diameter of the other end.
4. A fan apparatus as recited in claim 3, wherein said drive assembly comprises:
a stator part including a coil winding;
a rotor section including a ring magnet;
the decorating part is in a cylindrical structure with one end open, the cylindrical structure is sleeved on the rotor part and can rotate along with the rotor part, and the hub is sleeved on the decorating part towards the opening at the inner side of the fan frame; and
and the PCB is connected with one end of the stator part, which is far away from the decorating part.
5. The fan apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the top surface of the end of the decoration member where the opening is not provided is made of a light-transmitting material, and the light-transmitting material has a light transmittance of 50% -80%.

10. A fan apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein a top surface of the end of the ornamental member where the opening is not provided is different from the light transmittance of the wind wheel.
