Compared with the prior art, when the first sheet and the second sheet are closed, the first gasket and the second gasket can be closely attached, and the shaft connecting part and the bearing part are matched through the holes, so that the occupied space of the second sheet is saved, the volume of the whole hinge is reduced, and the hinge can be tightly closed.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the rotating shaft comprises a shaft body and rotating shaft sleeves, and the two rotating shaft sleeves are respectively arranged at two ends of the shaft body;
the first page piece is provided with two first shaft sleeve parts, and the two first shaft sleeve parts are sleeved at two ends of the shaft body;
the second leaf piece is sleeved in the middle of the shaft body.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, an ejector screw is provided in each of the first and second shims.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the first boss portion of the first sheet is provided with a shaft fixing screw hole.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, a blade adjusting screw hole is formed in one side of the first blade, which is close to the rotating shaft.
In a preferred or alternative embodiment, the first and second sheets are each provided with a locking screw hole, and the first and second gaskets are each mounted to the first and second sheets by screw fitting the locking screw holes, respectively.

One embodiment of the present utility model provides a hinge for a folding door, which includes a rotation shaft 1, a first sheet 2, a first spacer 3, a second sheet 4, and a second spacer 5. The first sheet 2 is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft 1. The first gasket 3 is arranged on the first sheet 2. The second leaf 4 is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft 1. The second gasket 5 is arranged on the second sheet 4.
The rotating shaft 1 comprises a shaft body 11 and a rotating shaft sleeve 12, and the two rotating shaft sleeves 12 are respectively arranged at two ends of the shaft body 11. The rotating shaft sleeve 12 prevents the first sheet 2 and the second sheet 4 from being separated from the shaft body 11, and ensures the stability of the sheets.

Specifically, the first sheet 2 is provided with two first shaft sleeve portions 22, and the two first shaft sleeve portions 22 are sleeved at two ends of the shaft body 11. The second leaf 4 is provided with a second sleeve part 44, the second sleeve part 44 is sleeved at the middle part of the shaft body 11, the second leaf 4 is sleeved at the middle part of the shaft body 11, and the whole hinge is stable in structure.
Preferably, grooves 13 are provided at both ends of the shaft body 11, the first shaft sleeve portion 22 of the first sheet 2 is provided with a shaft fixing screw hole 221, the position of the shaft fixing screw hole 221 is matched with that of the groove 13, and after the installation, a user installs a shaft fixing screw, so that the first sheet 2 cannot fall off from the shaft body 11, and the rotation of the first sheet 2 cannot be affected.
In this embodiment, the first pad 3 is connected to the first sheet 2 by a screw, and the second pad 5 is connected to the pad connecting portion 42 by a screw. Specifically, the first sheet 2 and the second sheet 4 are respectively provided with locking screw holes 6, and the first gasket 3 and the second gasket 5 are respectively mounted on the first sheet 2 and the second sheet 4 through screw fit with the locking screw holes 6. The first gasket 3 with the second gasket 5 also is provided with the tight lock screw hole 6, the opening of the tight lock screw hole 6 of first gasket 3 with the second gasket 5 is towards the outside of hinge, the size of the opening of the tight lock screw hole 6 of first gasket 3 with the second gasket 5 matches with the head phase-locking screw, and the head of tight lock screw can set up when tightening the tight lock screw first gasket 3 with in the second gasket 5, guarantee the installation stability of tight lock screw.
The first sheet 2 is fixed on the section bar in cooperation with the first gasket 3, so that the first sheet 2 and the first gasket 3 are both fixed on the section bar in a fitting way, and preferably, the inner side of the first sheet 2 and the inner side of the second sheet 4 are both provided with stripe structures 7. The stripe structure 7 can increase friction force and further improve the installation stability of the hinge.
More preferably, a blade adjusting screw hole 23 is provided on a side of the first blade 2 close to the rotating shaft 1. When the door leaf is small, the door leaf section bar gap can be raised by using the leaf adjusting screw through the leaf adjusting screw hole 23, and then the leaf adjusting screw is locked tightly, so that the effect of adjusting the door leaf gap is achieved.
Preferably, the first gasket 3 and the second gasket 5 are both provided with an ejection screw. The ejection screw comprises a hinge compression block fixing screw 8 and a hinge fixing locking screw 9. The hinge compression block fixing screws 8 are arranged on the second/fourth locking screw holes 6 of the first gasket 3 and the second gasket 5, and are used for fixing the gasket in a channel of a profile notch, and the gasket is tightly propped in the notch through the screws, so that the gasket cannot loosen and slide.
Compared with the prior art, when the first sheet and the second sheet are closed, the first gasket and the second gasket can be closely attached, and the shaft connecting part and the bearing part are matched through the holes, so that the occupied space of the second sheet is saved, the volume of the whole hinge is reduced, and the hinge can be tightly closed.
