The application relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a multifunctional trolley.
Background
Building materials can be classified into structural materials, decorative materials, and certain specialty materials. The structural materials comprise wood, bamboo, stone, cement, concrete, metal, bricks and tiles, ceramics, glass engineering plastics, composite materials and the like; the decorative materials comprise various coatings, paint, plating layers, veneers, ceramic tiles with various colors, glass with special effects and the like; the special material is used for waterproof, dampproof, anticorrosion, fireproof, flame-retardant, sound-proof, heat-insulating, heat-preserving, sealing and the like. Building materials can be classified into inorganic materials, organic materials and composite materials according to their properties. Inorganic materials are classified into metallic materials and nonmetallic materials. Organic materials are natural and synthetic. Building materials can be divided into two main categories, the first category being load bearing structural use materials such as bricks, stones, concrete, mortar, steel, wood and the like, depending on the role they play in the building. The second category is special purpose materials such as acoustical panels, fire brick, rust inhibitive paint, foam glass, colored cement, and the like. Building materials are the material basis for construction engineering. It determines the firmness, durability, applicability, economy and aesthetics of the building, and during construction building materials often need to be transported, most of which are currently transported on site using carts.
In the process of transferring building material plates, building materials are required to be placed at the bottom of the box body for stacking and transferring, a traditional transfer trolley has no lifting function, and when a plurality of building materials are transferred to a designated place, workers need to stretch the handle arms into the bottom of the box body to take out the building materials, so that great inconvenience is brought to the workers for taking out the building materials, and meanwhile, shaking can occur due to jolt of the road surface in the transferring process, and the damage of the building materials is easy to occur. Therefore, a multifunctional cart is proposed for the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In this embodiment, a multifunctional cart is provided to solve the problem that in the prior art, building materials need to be placed at the bottom of a box for stacking and transferring in the process of transferring building material boards, a traditional transfer cart has no lifting function, and when a plurality of building materials are transported to a designated place, workers need to stretch into the bottom of the box to take out the building materials, so that great inconvenience is brought to the taking out of the building materials for workers, and meanwhile, shaking can occur due to jolt of a road surface in the transferring process, and the situation that the building materials are damaged easily occurs.
According to an aspect of the application, there is provided a multifunctional cart, comprising a base plate, the top fixedly connected with box of bottom plate, the box inner chamber is provided with lifting unit, lifting unit includes motor casing, power motor, threaded rod, connecting rod, fly leaf, first articulated shaft, second articulated shaft and screw thread piece, box one side fixedly connected with motor casing, the inner chamber fixed mounting of motor casing has power motor, power motor's output shaft runs through the box and extends to the inner chamber fixedly connected with threaded rod of box, threaded connection has two screw thread pieces on the threaded rod, two the top fixedly connected with second articulated shaft of threaded piece, two one side rotation of second articulated shaft is connected with the connecting rod, two one side rotation of connecting rod is connected with first articulated shaft, two first articulated shaft one side fixedly connected with fly leaf.
Further, two sections of threads are arranged on the threaded rod, the rotation directions of the two sections of threads are opposite, and the two thread blocks are respectively distributed on the two sections of threads.
Further, the top of two screw thread pieces fixedly connected with slider, the spout has been seted up to the bottom of box, spout and slider sliding connection.

Further, a pin shaft is arranged on one side of the top end of the box body, a cover plate is rotatably connected to one side of the pin shaft, one side of the cover plate is fixedly connected with the box body through a lock catch, and a handle is fixedly connected to one side of the top end of the cover plate, which is close to the lock catch.
Further, the top of fly leaf is provided with fixed subassembly, fixed subassembly includes first fixed plate, second fixed plate, electric putter and grip block, the top left and right sides of fly leaf respectively fixed mounting has first fixed plate and second fixed plate, one side fixed mounting of first fixed plate has electric putter, electric putter's one end fixed mounting has the grip block.
The left side fixedly connected with push rod of bottom plate, the one end fixedly connected with handrail that the push rod kept away from the bottom plate.
Further, universal wheels are fixed at the bottom end of the bottom plate through bolts, and the number of the universal wheels is four.
Through this above-mentioned embodiment of application, through setting up lifting unit, power motor's output shaft drives the threaded rod and rotates, and then drives the fly leaf and rise for building material upward movement, when the fly leaf removes to suitable height, the staff of being convenient for takes off building material from the rack, has avoided the staff to stretch into the bottom of box and has taken out building material's process, through setting up fixed subassembly, starts electric putter, electric putter promotes the grip block and removes to make building material fix between grip block and second fixed plate, prevent that building material from rocking in the transportation process and leading to damaging, reduce building material and receive the probability of damage, prevent to appear splitting at moving in-process building material.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a multifunctional cart comprises a bottom plate 11, a box 25 is fixedly connected to the top end of the bottom plate 11, a lifting assembly is arranged in the inner cavity of the box 25, the lifting assembly comprises a motor casing 20, a power motor 21, a threaded rod 17, a connecting rod 12, a movable plate 18, a first hinge shaft 9, a second hinge shaft 13 and threaded blocks 15, the motor casing 20 is fixedly connected to one side of the box 25, the power motor 21 is fixedly installed in the inner cavity of the motor casing 20, an output shaft of the power motor 21 penetrates through the box 25 and extends to the inner cavity of the box 25 to be fixedly connected with the threaded rod 17, two threaded blocks 15 are connected to the threaded rod 17 in a threaded manner, two second hinge shafts 13 are fixedly connected to the top ends of the threaded blocks 15, one sides of the two second hinge shafts 13 are rotatably connected with the connecting rod 12, one sides of the two connecting rods 12 are rotatably connected with the first hinge shafts 9, and one sides of the two first hinge shafts 9 are fixedly connected with the movable plate 18.
Two sections of threads are arranged on the threaded rod 17, the rotation directions of the two sections of threads are opposite, and the two thread blocks 15 are respectively distributed on the two sections of threads.
The top ends of the two threaded blocks 15 are fixedly connected with a sliding block 14, a sliding groove 16 is formed in the bottom end of the box 25, and the sliding groove 16 is in sliding connection with the sliding block 14.
Limiting grooves 6 are formed in the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the box body 25, and the number of the limiting grooves 6 is four.
Limiting blocks 8 are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the movable plate 18, and the limiting blocks 8 are slidably connected with the limiting grooves 6.
The four corners of the bottom end of the inner cavity of the box body 25 are fixedly provided with telescopic rods 10, and one ends of the four telescopic rods 10 are fixedly connected with the bottom end of the movable plate 18.
The novel lock catch is characterized in that a pin shaft 26 is arranged on one side of the top end of the box body 25, a cover plate 1 is rotatably connected to one side of the pin shaft 26, one side of the cover plate 1 is fixedly connected with the box body 25 through the lock catch 4, and a handle 3 is fixedly connected to one side, close to the lock catch 4, of the top end of the cover plate 1.
The top of fly leaf 18 is provided with fixed subassembly, fixed subassembly includes first fixed plate 7, second fixed plate 24, electric putter 5 and grip block 2, the top left and right sides of fly leaf 18 is fixed mounting respectively has first fixed plate 7 and second fixed plate 24, one side fixed mounting of first fixed plate 7 has electric putter 5, the one end fixed mounting of electric putter 5 has grip block 2.
The push rod 22 is fixedly connected to the left side of the bottom plate 11, and the handrail 23 is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the bottom plate 11, of the push rod 22.
The bottom of the bottom plate 11 is fixed with universal wheels 19 through bolts, and the number of the universal wheels 19 is four.
This application is when using, the staff removes it suitable position in advance through handrail 21 and universal wheel 17, opens hasp 3, pulls apron 1 through handle 2 for apron 1 and box 23 separation, starts electric putter 5, electric putter 5 promotes grip block 2 and removes, thereby makes building material fix between grip block 2 and second fixed plate 24, prevents that building material from rocking and leading to damaging in the transportation process, starts motor 19, motor 19's output shaft drives threaded rod 17 rotation, threaded rod 17 rotates and drives two screw thread pieces 15 and remove, two screw thread pieces 15 keep away from each other, and then make two connecting rods 10 drive fly leaf 16 through first articulated shaft 7 and second articulated shaft 11 and rise, prevent through setting up spout 14 and slider 12 that screw thread piece 13 from rotating, fly leaf 16 rises more steadily when setting up four telescopic links 10, makes fly leaf 16 rise to appointed height, thereby makes building material upward movement, prevents that building material from moving to suitable position when fly leaf 16, and the staff of being convenient for takes off building material from fly leaf 18, and then makes things convenient for the staff to take out the bottom of the box 25 of stretching into the arm 25.
The beneficial point of the application lies in:
1. through setting up lifting unit, start power motor 19, power motor 19's output shaft drives threaded rod 17 and rotates, threaded rod 17 rotates and drives two screw thread pieces 15 and remove, two screw thread pieces 15 keep away from each other, and then make two connecting rods 10 drive fly leaf 16 through first articulated shaft 7 and second articulated shaft 11 and rise, prevent through setting up spout 14 and slider 12 that screw thread piece 13 from rotating, the fly leaf 16 rises more steadily when four telescopic links 10 through setting up, make fly leaf 16 rise to appointed height, thereby make building material upward movement, when fly leaf 16 moves to suitable position, the staff of being convenient for takes off building material from fly leaf 18, avoided the workman arm to stretch into the bottom of box 25 and take out building material's process, thereby bring the convenience for the workman.
2. By arranging the fixing component, the electric push rod 5 is started, and the electric push rod 5 pushes the clamping plate 2 to move, so that the building material is fixed between the clamping plate 2 and the second fixing plate 24, damage caused by shaking of the building material in the transferring process is prevented, and the probability of damage to the building material is reduced; preventing the building material from breaking during movement.
