As will be further described below, each of the fixing members 51 has a needle portion 511 locked to the housing 2 and a head portion 512 extending from the distal end of the needle portion 511, each of the long holes 52 and each of the counterbores 53 is opened from the fixing frame 1, the diameter of each of the long holes 52 is larger than the diameter of each of the needle portions 511 and smaller than the diameter of each of the head portions 512, and the diameter of each of the counterbores 53 is larger than the diameter of each of the head portions 512.
When the needle portions 511 are inserted into the elongated holes 52, the needle portions 511 can slide in the elongated holes 52, but the head portions 512 are mutually blocked with the fixing frame 1, so that the fixing frame 1 and the housing 2 are mutually blocked and stacked, and when the needle portions 511 are inserted into the counter bores 53, the head portions 512 can be separated from the counter bores 53, i.e. the fixing elements 51 are completely separated from the counter bores 53, so that the blocking of the fixing frame 1 and the housing 2 is released and separated.
In addition, when each fixing element 51 is connected to each long hole 52 in a penetrating slot 41, the shaft 3 is disposed in the middle of the receiving slot s, and one end of the pivotable piece 4 away from the penetrating slot 41 is disposed in one side of the receiving slot s, so that the pivotable piece 4 is fully received in the receiving slot s.

the locking component comprises more than two fixing elements locked in one of the fixing frame and the shell seat, more than two long holes and more than two reaming holes which are formed in the other of the fixing frame and the shell seat along the axial direction of the shaft rod and are mutually communicated, and each fixing element can penetrate through and slide on each long hole or be separated from each reaming hole.

The structure of claim 1, wherein at least one of the fixing frame and the housing is provided with a receiving groove, the pivotable piece is received in the receiving groove when each fixing element is connected to each long hole in a penetrating manner, the shaft is disposed in the middle of the receiving groove, one end of the pivotable piece away from the hollow groove is disposed at one side of the receiving groove, and the hollow groove is disposed between the other side and the middle of the receiving groove.

The structure of claim 2, wherein the accommodating groove comprises a hollow groove formed from the fixing frame and a concave groove formed from the housing, the fixing frame is provided with two pivot holes arranged at one side of the hollow groove, one end of the pivotable piece extends to form a pivot rod with two ends pivoted to the two pivot holes, the shaft rod is fixedly connected to the housing and is arranged in the middle of the concave groove in a manner that the two ends are bridged at the upper side and the lower side of the concave groove.

The structure of claim 2, wherein each of the fixing elements has a pin portion locked to the housing and a head portion extending from an end of the pin portion, each of the elongated holes and the counterbores are formed from the fixing frame, a diameter of each of the elongated holes is larger than a diameter of each of the pin portions and smaller than a diameter of each of the head portions, a diameter of each of the counterbores is larger than a diameter of each of the head portions, and each of the elongated holes is disposed below each of the counterbores.
8. The structure of claim 7, wherein each needle is adapted to pass through and slide over each slot and each head is adapted to be disengaged from each counterbore.
9. The structure of claim 7, wherein two of the two or more elongated holes and two of the two or more counterbores are disposed on left and right sides of the receptacle.
10. The structure of claim 1, further comprising a locking member extending from a bottom end of the fixing frame to protrude from the housing, wherein the housing has a slot, the locking member is pivotally connected to the L-shaped bracket, and the locking member has a movable plate disposed below the L-shaped bracket and a clamping block capable of being clamped in the slot.
