Description

本实用新型涉及一种弱视治疗器具。
弱视是儿童常见的眼病之一。它严重影响儿童的眼视觉功能的发育。临床证明，儿童弱视若不早期诊断并及时治疗，将造成患儿视力低下，甚至终生残疾。弱视治疗有多种方法，其中遮盖疗法是国内外专家公认的治疗弱视最有效的办法。遮盖疗法的原理是针对弱视眼长期不视物而产生主动性抑制致使视力不能提高的病因，通过遮盖正常视力眼而强迫使用弱视眼来消除抑制，达到增进视力的目的。临床上使用遮盖疗法的方法有：单眼弱视，遮盖视力正常眼；双眼弱视，根据视力程度按比例左右眼交替遮盖；视力相等的屈光不正性弱视，可仅在做精细目力训练时短时间遮盖等。现有技术中，用于弱视治疗的遮盖器具都较简陋，如用牛皮筋带手帕固定在眼上，或在矫正眼镜内塞一黑布等，这种方法使眼捷毛内压，既不舒服又不美观。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种适合于上述弱视遮盖疗法的增视罩，在保证遮盖疗法效果的同时，使佩带者感到舒适，透气且美观。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术措施来实现：包含框架和可调松紧的框架固定带，所述框架为一两镜片位置透空的镜框，该镜框的内侧衬有起遮光作用的软护圈，护圈与眼框舒适紧配并严密遮盖光线。在框架的透空位置上可活动覆盖一遮光片。为了方便佩带矫正眼镜的患者使用本罩，在遮光片前部的框架上还可固定矫正镜片。连接两镜框的鼻梁带有一可调长度的活动搭扣。所述遮光片的外面还装饰有象形眼睛片。
本实用新型的遮光片可灵活地装卸，有利于患者视病情掌握遮盖疗法。佩带方便，不防碍被遮盖眼睛的活动。根据患者的不同瞳孔距，可调整两镜框的距离。
以下结合附图所示实施例作详细描述。

如图1所示，框架1由两镜框和连接两镜框的鼻梁带4及可调松紧的框架固定带6组成。两镜框的内侧包衬有起遮光作用的软护圈3，该软护圈用透气但不透光的橡塑材料制成，其形状与眼框相吻合，并具有良好的弹性。两镜框的上部开口，两侧有槽8，遮光片2可从上向下插入槽8内而严密覆盖镜框。（见图2）。针对患者的不同瞳孔距，鼻梁带上压延有凸楞，凸楞与镜框上的扣连接组成可调间距的搭扣式鼻梁带4。为使小儿患者乐意接受治疗，在遮光片的外面贴有象形眼睛片5。参见图3，考虑到配有矫正眼镜患者的治疗方便，本增视罩在遮光片前部的框架上还可固定矫正镜片7，将矫正眼镜与弱视治疗器合二为一。

Claims (4)

1、一种弱视增视罩，包含框架和可调松紧的框架固定带(6)，其特征在于：所述框架为一两镜片位置透空的镜框(1)，镜框的内侧衬有遮光软护圈(3)，透空位置可活动覆盖一遮光片(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的弱视增视罩，其特征在于：所述框架上可固定矫正镜片。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的弱视增视罩，其特征在于：所述框架的两镜框之间连接有可调长度的鼻梁带（4）。
4、如权利要求1所述的弱视增视罩，其特征在于：所述遮光片（2）的外面装饰有象形眼睛片（5）。
