The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state and discharges the refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process. The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant.
Referring to fig. 1-3, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are provided on the casing 1, the evaporator 3 is disposed in the casing 1, the evaporator 3 is located inside the air inlet, and the condenser 4 is disposed on a side of the evaporator 3 away from the air inlet 11. The water receiving tray comprises a water receiving tray side plate and a water receiving tray bottom plate, and the evaporator and the condenser can be arranged on the water receiving tray bottom plate, so that the water receiving tray can receive condensed water on the evaporator and the condenser; set up evaporimeter end plate and condenser end plate and be connected with the water collector curb plate for when fixing on the water collector that evaporimeter and condenser can be stable, avoid being connected of evaporimeter end plate and condenser end plate and water collector curb plate to lead to the problem of leaking of water collector bottom plate.
Referring to fig. 7 to 13, the condenser body 41 includes a plurality of second fins (not shown) arranged in parallel and a second refrigerant pipe 412 penetrating through the plurality of second fins, two condenser end plates are respectively located outside the second fins at both ends, and the second refrigerant pipe penetrates through the condenser end plates. Wherein, a plurality of second fin can parallel arrangement.
The second refrigerant pipe 412 includes a plurality of second main pipes each penetrating through a plurality of second fins, and a second bend pipe 4122 connected between the two second main pipes, and an outer end of the second bend pipe 4122 is located outside the condenser end plate. The second refrigerant pipe may further include a second connection pipe 4123 connected between the second main pipe and the second elbow pipe 4122, wherein the second connection pipe may penetrate the condenser end plate and both ends of the second connection pipe are connected with one end of the second elbow pipe and one end of the second main pipe, respectively. Wherein, a plurality of second main pipes 4121 may be arranged in parallel.
The condenser 4 has at least one refrigerant flow path, and the condenser 4 may have at least one second refrigerant inlet and at least one second refrigerant outlet, wherein the second refrigerant inlet of the condenser 4 is connected to the exhaust port, and the second refrigerant outlet of the condenser 4 is connected to the first refrigerant inlet of the evaporator.
The condenser 4 may have two refrigerant flow paths arranged in parallel, the condenser may have two second refrigerant inlets 4124 and one second refrigerant outlet 4125, the two second refrigerant inlets of the condenser are connected to the second flow divider 65 through two intermediate connecting pipes, and the second flow divider 65 is connected to one end of the exhaust pipe away from the exhaust port. A second refrigerant outlet of the condenser is connected to the first refrigerant inlet of the evaporator through a first flow divider.
The second flow divider has an inlet and a plurality of outlets, and the second flow divider includes an inlet section and an outlet section, wherein the inlet section is located at one end of the second flow divider, and the outlet section is located at the other end of the second flow divider. The inlet section is internally provided with an inlet flow passage penetrating through the inlet section, the outlet section is internally provided with at least two liquid outlet flow passages, one ends of the liquid outlet flow passages, which are close to the inlet flow passage, are intersected to form a liquid separating cavity and a liquid separating cone positioned at the liquid separating cavity, the liquid separating cavity is connected with the inlet flow passage, the inlet flow passage is communicated with the flow passage in the exhaust pipe, the liquid outlet flow passage is communicated with a refrigerant inlet of the evaporator, the inlet flow passage is communicated with the flow passage in the exhaust pipe through an intermediate connecting pipe, and the liquid outlet flow passage is also communicated with the refrigerant inlet of the evaporator through a connecting pipe.
Specifically, when the condenser has two refrigerant flow paths, the second flow divider 65 may have two liquid outlet flow paths.
Referring to fig. 7-13, the evaporator end plate 32 includes an evaporator end plate 321, the evaporator end plate 32 further includes a second connecting plate 322 disposed on one side of the evaporator end plate 321 away from the condenser, the second connecting plate 322 is connected to the evaporator end plate, wherein the second connecting plate is disposed on one side of the evaporator end plate away from or close to the evaporator main body, the bottom end of the second connecting plate 322 is connected to the water pan, specifically, the bottom end of the second connecting plate 322 is connected to the water pan side plate, and the second connecting plate is disposed to facilitate connection of the evaporator end plate and the water pan side plate.
Specifically, the evaporator end plate 32 includes an evaporator first end plate 3201 and an evaporator second end plate 3202, wherein the evaporator first end plate is disposed at a side end of the evaporator main body, the evaporator second end plate is disposed at another side end of the evaporator main body and is opposite to the evaporator first end plate, specifically, the evaporator first end plate is disposed at the evaporator first end, and the evaporator second end plate is disposed at the evaporator second end.
The condenser end plate 42 includes a condenser first end plate 4201 provided at a side end of the condenser main body near the evaporator first end plate, and a condenser second end plate 4202 provided at a side end of the condenser main body near the evaporator second end plate. The condenser comprises a condenser first end plate, a water receiving plate, a condenser second end plate, a water collecting plate side plate and a water collecting plate cover, wherein the condenser first end plate is connected with the water receiving plate; the third connecting plate of the first end plate of the condenser is connected with the water pan, and specifically, the third connecting plate of the first end plate of the condenser is connected with the side plate of the water pan.
The third connecting plate of the first end plate of the condenser comprises a third connecting plate body 4221 connected with the end plate body of the condenser and a first connecting part 4222 connected to one side of the third connecting plate body far away from or close to the end plate body of the evaporator, and the first connecting part 4222 is connected with the water pan side plate, so that the third connecting plate is conveniently connected with the water pan side plate.
Be equipped with the second connecting portion 6331 of being connected with first connecting portion and the third connecting portion 6332 of being connected with the second connecting plate on the water collector curb plate, wherein, the relative both sides that set up of water receiving tank 631 are located to second connecting portion and third connecting portion.
The condenser end plate body 421 and the evaporator end plate body adjacent thereto are juxtaposed, and the condenser end plate body 421 and the evaporator end plate body adjacent thereto are connected.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 7-13, the evaporator is located above the water receiving tank and located at an end of the water receiving tank close to the casing side plate where the air inlet is located, the condenser is located above the water receiving tank and located at an end of the water receiving tank far away from the casing side plate where the air inlet is located, the condenser end plate includes an end plate support plate 423 located at the bottom end of the condenser end plate body, the end plate support plate is located at one side of the water receiving tank far away from the casing side plate where the air inlet is located, the end plate support plate is connected to one side of the condenser end plate far away from the condenser main body and abuts against the water receiving tray bottom plate, and the end plate support plate is arranged to improve the stability of the condenser.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 7-13, one of the condenser end plate body and the evaporator end plate body juxtaposed thereto is a first plate body and the other is a second plate body, a side end of the first plate body near the second plate body is connected with an end plate connecting plate 66, a free end of the end plate connecting plate 66 is located outside the second plate body and the end plate connecting plate is connected with the second plate body.
Through setting up condenser end plate body and rather than adjacent evaporimeter end plate body side by side for one of them forms spacingly to another, avoids relative movement between them, further avoids one of them to cut the refrigerant pipe on another, avoids the leakage of refrigerant, sets up the end plate connecting plate, can form in another orientation and connect with spacingly, makes things convenient for connection between them.
The end plate connecting plate 66 comprises a first end plate connecting plate 661 and a second end plate connecting plate 662, the first end plate connecting plate 661 is connected with the end portion of the first plate body, the second end plate connecting plate 662 is arranged on the outer side of the second plate body and is connected with one end of the first end plate connecting plate far away from the first plate body, the second end plate connecting plate is connected with the second plate body, and the cost is saved due to the fact that the design is easy. The position, close to the end plate connecting plate, of the second plate body is provided with an avoidance notch 67 for avoiding the first end plate connecting plate, so that positioning and avoidance are formed, and connection is facilitated.
In some embodiments in the present application, referring to fig. 7 to 15, the blower is disposed on the water pan bottom plate, the blower includes a volute 51, a blower air inlet 52 is disposed on one side of the volute 51 close to the condenser, and a blower air outlet 53 opposite to the air outlet is disposed on the volute, a first volute plate 511 is disposed on one side of the volute 51 close to the condenser, the blower air inlet 52 is disposed on the first volute plate 511, the volute 51 further includes two volute connection plates 512, the two volute connection plates are respectively disposed on two sides of the first volute plate close to the condenser end plate, and the volute connection plates are connected to the third connection plate, so as to facilitate connection between the condenser end plate and the volute, and improve stability of the volute and the condenser. The volute connecting plate 512 is arranged on one side, close to the condenser, of the first volute plate and is located on one side, far away from the condenser end plate body, of the third connecting plate, the structure is convenient to design, and connection between the volute and the condenser end plate is facilitated. The volute connecting plate comprises a first volute connecting plate 5121 connected with the first volute plate and a second volute connecting plate 5122 connected with the first volute connecting plate, the second volute connecting plate is arranged on one side, far away from the first volute plate, of the first volute connecting plate, and the second volute connecting plate is connected with the third connecting plate.
The volute 51 further includes a volute casing 513, the volute casing is fastened to the first volute plate 511 to form a fan cavity 515, and a fan and a motor of the fan are disposed in the fan cavity. The volute housing 513 forms a fan outlet with the first volute plate.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 16-20, the drip tray has a first corner, wherein the drip tray has a first edge, and a meeting of two adjacent first edges is the first corner 634. The water-receiving tray has four first side portions, and the water-receiving tray may have four first corner portions 634. The dehumidifier further comprises a reinforcing plate 68, wherein the reinforcing plate 68 is arranged in the casing, the reinforcing plate 68 is positioned on the outer side of the first corner, the number of the reinforcing plates 68 is matched with that of the first corner, and the number of the reinforcing plates 68 can be in one-to-one correspondence with that of the first corner.
The reinforcing plate 68 comprises a first reinforcing plate 681 and a second reinforcing plate 682, the first reinforcing plate is arranged on one side of the length direction of the water-receiving tray, the second reinforcing plate is arranged on one side of the width direction of the water-receiving tray, and the first reinforcing plate and the second reinforcing plate are connected.
The dehumidifier further comprises a limiting block 69, wherein the limiting block 69 is arranged on the outer side surface of the first reinforcing plate. The casing includes two first curb plates 14, and the lateral part of casing is located to two first curb plates and relative setting, and is specific, and one of them first curb plate is located the one end of water collector width direction and another curb plate is located the other end of water collector width direction.
The first side plate comprises a first side plate body 141 and two first limiting plates 142, and the first side plate body 141 is arranged on one side, away from the water pan, of the second reinforcing plate; the two first limiting plates are respectively connected to two side ends of the first side plate body, the first limiting plates are positioned on one sides of the first side plate bodies, which are close to the water receiving tray, and one ends of the first limiting plates, which are far away from the first side plate bodies, are provided with limiting notches 1421 which penetrate through the first limiting plate bodies; when first curb plate is connected on the reinforcing plate, stopper position 69 is in spacing breach 1421, and is concrete, to the first curb plate of one side promotion that is close to the water collector, and when the stopper was located spacing breach, first curb plate was injectd on the reinforcing plate. The dehumidifier comprises a water receiving tray, a reinforcing plate and a first positioning piece 70, wherein the reinforcing plate is provided with a first positioning hole 6812, the first positioning hole is positioned below a limiting block in the vertical direction, the first positioning piece 70 is arranged at the bottom of the water receiving tray, the first positioning piece is fixedly arranged on a bottom plate of the water receiving tray, and the end part of the first positioning piece is positioned in the first positioning hole to form positioning, so that the stability of the reinforcing plate is improved, and the reinforcing plate is convenient to install. The first positioning hole 6812 may be located on the first reinforcement plate.
The first limiting plate comprises a first plate 1423, a second plate 1424 and a third plate 1425, and the first plate is connected with the first side plate body and is positioned on one side of the first side plate body, which is close to the water pan; the second plate is connected with the end part of the first plate, which is far away from the first side plate body, and is positioned at the inner side of the first plate; the third plate and the end of the second plate far away from the first plate are connected and located on one side of the second plate far away from the first side plate body, and the third plate is provided with a limiting notch.
In some embodiments of the present application, the chassis base plate has a second corner, and the second corner is provided with a universal wheel. The bottom plate of the shell is provided with four second corners, and correspondingly, the dehumidifier is provided with four universal wheels.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 21-22, the water receiving tray is further provided with a tube through hole 635 for passing the exhaust tube and the return air tube, wherein the tube through hole 635 is located on a side of the condenser away from the evaporator.
In some embodiments of the present application, the exhaust pipe 61 includes a first exhaust pipe 611, a second exhaust pipe 612, and a first hose 613, wherein one end of the first exhaust pipe 611 is connected to the exhaust port, wherein a pipeline on the compressor is provided with the exhaust port, the exhaust pipe 61 is connected to the pipeline on the compressor and at the exhaust port, a channel in the exhaust pipe is connected to the exhaust port, the first exhaust pipe 611 and the pipeline provided with the exhaust port may be connected by welding, one end of the second exhaust pipe is connected to the condenser, and in particular, one end of the second exhaust pipe is communicated with the inlet flow channel of the second flow divider. Both ends of the first hose 613 are connected to the other end of the first exhaust pipe and the other end of the second exhaust pipe, respectively.
The first exhaust pipe 611 includes a first exhaust straight pipe 6111, a first exhaust elbow 6112 and a second exhaust straight pipe 6113, wherein, one end of the first exhaust straight pipe 6111 is connected with the exhaust port, wherein, the first exhaust straight pipe is welded with the pipeline provided with the exhaust port, the first exhaust elbow 6112 is connected with the end of the first exhaust straight pipe far away from the exhaust port, and the second exhaust straight pipe is connected with the end of the first exhaust elbow far away from the exhaust port.
The second exhaust pipe 612 comprises a third exhaust straight pipe 6121 and a third exhaust bent pipe 6122, wherein the third exhaust bent pipe is connected with one end of the second exhaust straight pipe, the third exhaust straight pipe and the second exhaust straight pipe are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the first hose are respectively connected with one end of the second exhaust straight pipe, which is far away from the exhaust port, and one end of the third exhaust straight pipe, which is far away from the second exhaust bent pipe.
The second exhaust pipe 612 also includes an exhaust pipe section connected to a second exhaust elbow and connected to the condenser.
Wherein, along the extension path of the exhaust pipe, the distance between the first hose and the exhaust port is more than 100mm.
The air return pipe 62 comprises a first air return pipe 621, a second air return pipe 622 and a second hose 623, wherein one end of the first air return pipe 621 is connected with an air return port, wherein, a pipeline on the compressor is provided with an air return port on the pipeline of the compressor, the air return pipe 62 is connected with the pipeline on the compressor and connected at the air return port, a channel in the air return pipe is connected with the air return port, wherein, the first air return pipe 621 and the pipeline provided with the air return port can be welded and connected, and one end of the second air return pipe is connected with the evaporator. Both ends of the second hose 623 are connected to the other end of the first muffler and the other end of the second muffler, respectively.
First return air pipe 621 includes first return air straight tube 6211, first return air return elbow 6212 and second return air straight tube 6213, and wherein, the one end and the return air mouth of first return air straight tube 6211 are connected, and wherein, first return air straight tube welds with the pipeline that sets up the return air mouth, and first return air elbow 6212 is connected with the one end that the return air mouth was kept away from to first return air straight tube, and the one end that the return air mouth was kept away from to second return air straight tube and first return air elbow is connected.
The second return air pipe 622 comprises a third return air straight pipe 6221 and a third return air elbow 6222, wherein the third return air elbow is connected with one end of the second return air straight pipe, the third return air straight pipe and the second return air straight pipe are coaxially arranged, and two ends of the second hose are respectively connected with one end, away from an air return port, of the second return air straight pipe and one end, away from the second return air elbow, of the third return air straight pipe.
The second return air pipe 622 also includes a return air pipe section connected to the second return air elbow and connected to the evaporator.
Wherein, along the extension path of the exhaust pipe, the distance between the first hose and the exhaust port is more than 100mm.
The exhaust pipe 61 further includes a first exhaust connector 614 and a second exhaust connector 615, one end of the first exhaust pipe, which is far away from the exhaust port, is inserted into the first exhaust connector 614 and connected with the first exhaust connector, one end of the first hose is inserted into the first exhaust connector and connected with the first exhaust connector, one end of the second exhaust pipe, which is close to the exhaust port, is inserted into the second exhaust connector 615 and connected with the second exhaust connector, and the other end of the first hose is inserted into the second exhaust connector 615 and connected with the second exhaust connector. The first exhaust connecting piece is connected with the first exhaust pipe and the first hose in an extrusion mode, and the second exhaust connecting piece is connected with the second exhaust pipe and the first hose in an extrusion mode. Specifically, the first exhaust connector and/or the second exhaust connector is an aluminum sleeve.
The air return pipe 62 further includes a first air return connector 624 and a second air return connector 625, one end of the first air return pipe, which is far away from the air return port, is inserted into the first air return connector and connected with the first air return connector, one end of the first hose is inserted into the first air return connector and connected with the first air return connector, one end of the second air return pipe, which is close to the air return port, is inserted into the second air return connector and connected with the second air return connector, and the other end of the first hose is inserted into the second air return connector and connected with the second air return connector. The first air return connecting piece is connected with the first air return pipe and the second hose in an extruding mode, and the second air return connecting piece is connected with the second air return pipe and the second hose in an extruding mode. The first air return connecting piece and/or the second air return connecting piece are/is an aluminum sleeve.

1. A dehumidifier, comprising:
a housing;
the water receiving tray is arranged in the machine shell and is provided with a first corner part;
the reinforcing plate is arranged in the shell and positioned outside the first corner part; the reinforcing plate comprises a first reinforcing plate and a second reinforcing plate, the first reinforcing plate is arranged on one side of the length direction of the water receiving tray, the second reinforcing plate is arranged on one side of the width direction of the water receiving tray, and the first reinforcing plate is connected with the second reinforcing plate;
the limiting block is arranged on the outer side surface of the first reinforcing plate;
the casing comprises two first side plates, and the two first side plates are arranged on the side part of the casing and are respectively arranged at two ends of the water pan which are oppositely arranged in the width direction; the first side panel includes:
the first side plate body is arranged on one side, far away from the water receiving disc, of the second reinforcing plate;
the two first limiting plates are respectively connected to two side ends of the first side plate body, the first limiting plates are positioned on one sides, close to the water pan, of the first side plate bodies, and limiting notches penetrating through the first limiting plate bodies are formed in the ends, far away from the first side plate bodies, of the first limiting plates;
the first side plate is pushed to one side close to the water pan, and when the limiting block is located in the limiting notch, the first side plate is limited on the reinforcing plate.
2. The dehumidifier of claim 1, wherein the limiting notch is disposed toward a horizontal direction.
3. The dehumidifier of claim 1 wherein the cabinet further comprises a second side plate disposed at a side thereof and located between the two first side plates, the second side plate comprising:
the second lower side plate is arranged at the bottom of the second side plate, and the top of the second lower side plate is connected with the first reinforcing plate;
be equipped with on the first reinforcing plate with the first connecting portion that the second lower side plate is connected, one of them of first curb plate be equipped with on the first limiting plate with the first hole of dodging that first connecting portion is relative, the first hole of dodging is located the second lower side plate is inboard, the first hole site of dodging just with the below of spacing breach intercommunication.
4. The dehumidifier of claim 3, wherein the cabinet further comprises a cabinet bottom plate disposed at the bottom thereof, the water pan comprises a water pan bottom plate disposed at the bottom thereof and a water pan side plate disposed at an outer edge of the water pan bottom plate and located at an upper side of the water pan bottom plate, the top of the reinforcing plate is disposed at an outer side of the water pan side plate, and the bottom of the reinforcing plate is connected to the cabinet bottom plate.
5. The dehumidifier of claim 4, wherein the reinforcing plate is provided with a first positioning hole, the first positioning hole is located below the limiting block in the vertical direction, the dehumidifier further comprises a first positioning piece arranged at the bottom of the water pan, the first positioning piece is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate of the water pan, and the end part of the first positioning piece is located in the first positioning hole.
6. The dehumidifier of claim 1, wherein the first limiting plate comprises:
the first plate is connected with the first side plate body and is positioned on one side, close to the water receiving disc, of the first side plate body;
the second plate is connected with the end part of the first plate, which is far away from the first side plate body, and is positioned on the inner side of the first plate;
and the third plate is connected with the end, far away from the first plate, of the second plate and is positioned on one side, far away from the first side plate body, of the second plate, and the third plate is provided with the limiting notch.
7. The dehumidifier of claim 4 wherein the first side plate is provided with an air outlet and the second side plate is provided with an air inlet, the dehumidifier further comprising an evaporator disposed on the water pan and inside the air inlet; the evaporator includes:
the evaporator main body is provided with an evaporator air inlet end positioned on the side part of the evaporator main body, and the evaporator air inlet end is positioned on one side of the evaporator main body close to the air inlet;
the two evaporator end plates are arranged on the side portions of the evaporators and are respectively located at two side ends of the air inlet end of the evaporator, and the evaporator end plates are connected with the water receiving tray.
8. The dehumidifier of claim 7, further comprising a condenser, wherein the condenser is arranged on the water pan bottom plate and is positioned on one side of the evaporator far away from the air inlet; the condenser includes:
the condenser main body is spaced from the evaporator main body and arranged in parallel, and is positioned on one side of the evaporator main body, which is far away from the air inlet;
the two condenser end plates are respectively arranged at two opposite side ends of the condenser and are respectively positioned at the two evaporator end plates, and one of the condenser end plates is connected with the water receiving tray.
9. The dehumidifier of claim 8, wherein the second side plate further comprises a second upper side plate disposed above the second lower side plate, the second upper side plate being provided with the air outlet, the dehumidifier further comprising:
