The detailed description is as follows in conjunction with the appended drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an injection mold for a resin base of a removable denture, comprising a cover 1 and a mold body 2 which can be fastened together; the mold body 2 includes a base 3, a jaw supporting portion 4 and a stopper portion 5 provided on the base 3. Wherein, the jaw supporting part 4 is used for supporting the upper jaw or the lower jaw area of the denture model; the blocking part 5 is used for blocking colloid during injection molding.
As shown in fig. 2, the die main body 2 is a schematic plan view, the jaw supporting part 4 is located in the middle area of the base 3, the whole jaw supporting part 4 is arc-surface-shaped, and is protruded to the surface of the base 3 provided with the blocking part 5, and corresponds to the upper jaw or the lower jaw; the blocking part 5 is arranged around the jaw supporting part 4, a groove 6 is formed between the blocking part and the jaw supporting part 4, and the groove 6 is used for accommodating a dental cast; the blocking portion 5 is provided with a plurality of glue discharge ports 7 and air discharge ports 8.
In the embodiment of the application, through on base 3 of mould main part, set up jaw supporting part 4 and barrier 5, and make jaw supporting part 4 be located the middle zone of base 3, make barrier 5 set up around jaw supporting part 4, and form the recess 6 that holds the tooth mould between the jaw supporting part 4, set up a plurality of row's jiao kou 7 and gas vent 8 at barrier 5, thereby in resin base support injection moulding process, make between silica gel and the model fixed, and discharge gas and unnecessary colloid smoothly, thereby ensure not splitting between silica gel and the model, reduce the base support that moulds plastics and warp and artifical tooth rising or circumstances such as aversion, improve the success rate that resin base support moulded plastics.
In some possible examples, the height of the blocking portion 5 increases from front to back, corresponding to the direction from the front to the incisor of the cast. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it can be understood that the height of the blocking portion 5 increases from front to back from the end where the glue discharging opening 7 is located to the position of the slot teeth to the end where the glue discharging opening 7 is located.
In some possible examples, the glue discharge opening 7 is provided at the rear of the barrier 5, and the air discharge opening 8 is provided at a portion other than the rear of the barrier 5.
In some possible examples, the height of the vent 8 corresponds to the height of the resin base to be prepared.
In another schematic top view of the mould body 2, as shown in fig. 3, the jaw support 4 is provided with a plurality of glue injection holes 9 in some possible examples. The number of the glue injection holes 9 can be 1-6, and the positions of the glue injection holes 9 and the grooves 6 are not overlapped.
In some possible examples, the base 3, the jaw supporting portion 4 and the blocking portion 5 are formed as an integral structure, and the base 3, the jaw supporting portion 4 and the blocking portion 5 are formed as an integral structure.
