Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a pet carrier includes a loading body 1 and a connecting mechanism 2, the connecting mechanism 2 is disposed at an outer edge of the loading body 1, and the connecting mechanism 2 is used for cooperating with a belt-shaped body for fixing the pet carrier. The connection mechanism 2 may be provided at any position of the loading body 1 as needed, and the connection mechanism 2 may be a component mounted on the loading body 1 or may be integrally formed with a main mounting body.
With reference to fig. 1, the pet carrier category includes a pet sofa with a vehicle-mounted function, a pet bag, a pet transportation box, and the like. In fig. 1, a pet carrier is specifically shown as being mounted on a vehicle seat 3, wherein a three-point seat belt (belt body) 4 of the vehicle seat 3 is in an inserted state with a seat belt buckle 5 inserted therein, and a substantially horizontal section of the belt body of the seat belt 4 is the belt body. The connection mechanism 2 is used for cooperating with a substantially horizontal section of the belt body of the safety belt 4 to fix the pet carrier (the fixation is not a complete binding fixation mode, but is specifically a fixation state for cooperating with the safety belt 4. Specifically, the fixation state is a fixation state by means of the rewinding force of the safety belt 4 in a normal state, and the loading main body 1 is fixed by means of the cooperation connection state of the connection mechanism 2 and the safety belt 4 after the safety belt 4 is locked in an emergency state). When the pet carrier is in a state of being placed on the vehicle seat 3, one of the circumferential side edges of the pet carrier facing the advancing direction of the vehicle is defined as the front side surface of the loading main body 1. In order to further improve the matching effect between the connecting mechanism 2 and the safety belt 4, it is preferable that the connecting mechanism 2 is provided with two connecting mechanisms 2, the two connecting mechanisms 2 are respectively arranged on the front side surface of the loading main body 1, and the two connecting mechanisms 2 are arranged at approximately the same horizontal height. The connecting mechanism 2 is a separately manufactured fitting that is fastened to the front side of the loading body 1 by means of screw fastening. In the embodiment, the pet carrier further fixes the loading body 1 through a webbing structure 6 hung on the headrest of the vehicle seat 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connecting mechanism 2 includes a base 21, a first blocking portion 22 and a second blocking portion 23, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are fixed to the base 21 at intervals, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 extend toward the base 21 in parallel and then extend in opposite directions, a connecting groove 220 is formed between the base 21, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are adjacent to each other at the end of the tail end, and a passing notch 20 communicated with the connecting groove 220 is formed between the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23. In the extending direction in which the first stopper 22 and the second stopper 23 extend toward each other, the extending length of the first stopper 22 is longer than the extending length of the second stopper 34. Specifically, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are arranged in a bending structure extending along an L shape, and the head ends of the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 extend to the bending positions of the respective bending structures in parallel and extend towards the base 21; the second blocking portion 23 is disposed on a side of the tail end of the first blocking portion 22 away from the position of the bent portion of the bent structure of the first blocking portion 22. The first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are first juxtaposed and extend toward the outside of the base 21, and then extend toward each other, and the opposite extensions may extend toward each other along the same straight line, or extend toward each other along two parallel straight lines, and the extending direction may be parallel to the base 21 or slightly inclined with respect thereto. In the present embodiment, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 extend along a direction perpendicular to the base 21 from the head end to the bent portion of the respective bent structure, and then the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion extend along the same straight line parallel to the base 21 in opposite directions.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, the tail end of the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 extend oppositely until the tail ends are adjacent to each other (i.e. compared with the staggered structure in the fourth embodiment, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 extend until they approach each other and stop without extending to meet each other), and the distance between the two is the passing gap 20. The first blocking portion 22 is longer than the second blocking portion 23 by the extension length from the bending portion of the bending structure to the section of the tail end, the ratio of the extension length L1 of the first blocking portion to the extension length L2 of the second blocking portion can be between 1.5:1 to 4:1, e.g. 4:1. in this structure, the connecting slot 220 is located at a section of the first blocking portion 22 for accommodating the safety belt 4, and a section thereof located at the second blocking portion 23 serves as a more cooperative blocking function.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are both of a bent plate structure. The base 21 has a strip-shaped plate structure. The first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23 are parallel to the base 21 from the bent part to the tail end of the bent structure. The base 21, the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are integrally formed by injection molding. The base 21 is provided with a square through hole 211 and two bolt holes 212, both the square through hole 211 and the bolt holes 212 penetrate through the base 21 along the thickness direction of the base 21, the square through hole 211 is arranged in the middle of the base 21, the opening of the square through hole 211 is connected with the end part of the head end of the first blocking part 22 and the end part of the head end of the second blocking part 23, and the square through hole 211 is communicated with the connecting groove 220; the two bolt holes 212 are respectively located at one side of the position where the head end of the first blocking portion 22 and the head end of the second blocking portion 23 depart from the square through hole 211, that is, the bolt holes 212 are respectively located at two ends of the base 21. Because this coupling mechanism 2 structure of moulding plastics as an organic whole, consequently this square through hole 211's setting can make things convenient for coupling mechanism 2 injection mold's drawing of patterns, can also save the material of moulding plastics.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the connection mechanism 2 can be locked at a desired position by a bolt or the bolt hole 212. Specifically, since the connecting slot 220 is used for receiving and restraining a substantially horizontal section of the belt body of the safety belt 4 to cooperate with the safety belt 4 to fix the pet carrier, it is preferable that the first blocking portion 22 is located below the second blocking portion 23, and the length of the first blocking portion 22 from the bending portion of the bending structure to the section of the tail end thereof is longer (the longer is relative to the second blocking portion 23, and the length of the first blocking portion 22 at the position is preferably slightly greater than the width of the existing safety belt 4, so that the connecting slot 220 receives the safety belt 4), that is, the connecting slot 220 structure with a wider slot body receives the safety belt 4. That is, the horizontal height of the tail end of the first blocking portion 22 is higher than the horizontal height of the bent portion of the bent structure and the horizontal height of the head end thereof. The connecting mechanism 2 is locked by bolts, that is, the back of the base 21 is attached to the pet carrier, and the bent positions from the first ends of the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 to the respective bent structures extend from the joints with the base 21 to the outside of the base 21, that is, from the front of the base 21 to the direction of the base 21 away from the position of the pet carrier. In order to facilitate the safety belt 4 to enter the connecting groove 220 through the notch 20, the end surfaces of the tail ends of the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are preferably arc surfaces or inclined surfaces inclined toward the connecting groove 220. In the figure, the end part of the tail end of the second blocking part 23 is shown as an inclined plane, and the end part of the tail end of the first blocking part 22 is shown as an arc surface. As shown in fig. 4, the seat belt (belt body) 4 is fitted in the coupling groove 220 so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction L and restricted from moving in the width direction W and the thickness direction D.
Example two
Referring to fig. 5, the connection mechanism of the present embodiment is an embodiment of the connection mechanism disclosed in the priority document of the present application, which is not the technical solution claimed in the present invention, and this embodiment is only set forth as the background of the present application.
The difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is mainly as follows:
1. in the first embodiment, the extension length of the first blocking portion 22 from the bent portion of the bent structure to the tail end thereof is greater than the extension length of the second blocking portion 23 from the bent portion of the bent structure to the tail end thereof; in this embodiment, the extension length of the first stopping portion 22 from the bending position of the bending structure to the tail end thereof is equal to the extension length of the second stopping portion 23 from the bending position of the bending structure to the tail end thereof.
In the first embodiment, "the connecting groove 220 is used for accommodating the seat belt 4 and the second stopper 23 plays a role in cooperation," the seat belt 4 is mainly located in the connecting groove 220, but the seat belt 4 may also move upwards to fall into a space between the second stopper 23 and the base 21 and be limited by the second stopper 23 due to factors such as vehicle running vibration. In this embodiment, the width of the seat belt 4 is greater than the length of the first blocking portion 22 from the bent portion of the bent structure to the tail end thereof, i.e. the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 are mutually matched to accommodate and restrain the seat belt 4. In fact, the first barrier 22 and the second barrier 23 are defined for the convenience of distinguishing, and both structures may be configured with the same structure. And those skilled in the art can easily set alternative ways such as that the extension length of a section of the first blocking portion 22 from the bent portion of the bent structure to the tail end thereof is smaller than the extension length of a section of the second blocking portion 23 from the bent portion of the bent structure to the tail end thereof, and the like, according to requirements.
2. In the first embodiment, the extending direction of the first blocking portion 22 from the bent portion of the bent structure to the tail end of the first blocking portion 20 is substantially perpendicular, that is, the projection of the first blocking portion on the base 21 through the notch 20 is substantially perpendicular to the length direction of the base 21; in the embodiment, the gap 20 and the first blocking portion 22 are relatively inclined from the bending position of the bending structure to the extending direction of a section of the tail end of the bending structure.
3. In the first embodiment, the base 21 is provided with a square through hole 211 and two bolt holes 212; in this embodiment, the base 21 is provided with only two bolt holes 212, but not with the square through hole 211.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a connection mechanism 2 for a pet carrier is provided, which is referred to a pet carrier according to an embodiment. The connecting mechanism 2 comprises a base 21, a first blocking part 22, a second blocking part 23 and a closed sliding sleeve 24, wherein the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23 are both of bent plate-shaped structures extending along an L shape, the base 21 is of a strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, and the connecting mechanism 2 is also formed by injection molding in an integrated mode. The base 21 and the first stopper 22 have the same structure as the base 21 in the first embodiment, and the second stopper 23 has only one more hook 231 than the first stopper 22. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the sealing sliding sleeve 24 is slidably sleeved outside the first blocking portion 22 and/or the second blocking portion 23, and the sealing sliding sleeve 24 is used for sealing the passing gap 20. Since the first blocking portion 22 has a longer extension length from the bending portion of the bending structure to the tail end thereof, it is preferable that the sliding sleeve 24 is slidably sleeved on the bending portion of the bending structure of the first blocking portion 22 to the tail end thereof. In this embodiment, since the notch 20 can be closed by the closing slide 24, the coupling mechanism 2 is well suited when the coupling mechanism 2 is assembled to the outer edge of the loading body 1, whether the first stop 22 is above the second stop 23 or vice versa. When the first stopping portion 22 is located above the first stopping portion 22, the sealing sliding sleeve 24 can maintain the state of sealing through the gap 20 under the influence of gravity, so that no other structure is needed between the sealing sliding sleeve 24 and the tail end of the second stopping portion 23.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment will be further described in terms of the manner in which the first stopper 22 is positioned below the second stopper 23 when the connecting mechanism 2 is assembled to the front side of the loading body 1. The hook 231 is attached to the second blocking portion 23, and the hook 231 is fixedly disposed at the end of the second blocking portion 23. The sliding closure 24 is provided with a locking groove 241, and the locking groove 241 is matched with the locking hook 231. When the sliding closure 24 is sealed through the gap 20, the hook 231 is engaged into the groove 241 to prevent the sliding closure 24 from sliding off under the influence of gravity.
Example four
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a connection mechanism 2 for a pet carrier is provided, which is referred to a pet carrier according to an embodiment. The connecting mechanism 2 comprises a base 21, a first blocking part 22 and a second blocking part 23, the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23 are both of bent plate-shaped structures extending along an L shape, the base 21 is of a strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, and the connecting mechanism 2 also adopts an injection molding and integral forming scheme. The end part of the head end of the first blocking part 22 is fixedly arranged on the base 21, and the bent part from the head end of the first blocking part 22 to the bent structure thereof extends towards the outside of the base 21 from the joint of the first blocking part and the base 21; the end of the head end of the second blocking part 23 is fixedly arranged on the base 21, and the bent part of the bent structure from the head end of the second blocking part 23 extends from the joint of the second blocking part and the base 21 to the outside of the base 21. The head end of the first blocking portion 22 and the head end of the second blocking portion 23 are located on the same side of the base 21 and are respectively arranged near the two ends of the base 21 in the length direction, and the head end of the first blocking portion 22 and the head end of the second blocking portion 23 are arranged along the length direction of the base 21. The first blocking part 22 is arranged in parallel with the base 21 from the bending part of the bending structure to the section of the tail end of the bending structure, and is arranged at intervals, a connecting groove 220 is formed among the base 21, the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23, the end parts of the tail ends of the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23 are adjacent to each other, and a passing notch 20 communicated with the connecting groove 220 is formed between the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23.
With reference to fig. 8 and 9, a section from the head end of the first blocking portion 22 to the bent portion of the bent structure thereof is substantially parallel and parallel to a section from the head end of the second blocking portion 23 to the bent portion of the bent structure thereof, and the extending distances of the two sections are also substantially equal. The tail ends of the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23 extend oppositely from the respective bent parts. In this embodiment, since the tail ends of the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 need to extend to meet and then extend away from each other, that is, the two portions extend towards each other and can respectively extend along two parallel straight lines, or extend in substantially the same direction and then change directions to intersect as described below. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the sections of the tail ends of the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23 which are close to each other extend along the same straight line which is parallel to the length direction of the base 21; when the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 extend to the adjacent positions, at least one of the tail ends of the first blocking portion 22 and the second blocking portion 23 adjusts the direction so that the two extend to the intersection of the tail ends and then continue to extend towards the opposite direction, and finally the tail ends of the two are arranged in a staggered manner. A passing notch 20 communicated with the connecting groove 220 is formed between the intersection of the tail ends of the first blocking part 22 and the second blocking part 23. The tail end of the first blocking part 22 and the tail end of the second blocking part 23 are staggered to form a tail end of the first blocking part 22, a tail end of the second blocking part 23 and the base 21 which are sequentially arranged or a tail end section of the second blocking part 23, a tail end of the first blocking part 22 and the base 21 which are sequentially arranged.
With continued reference to fig. 8 and 9, the present embodiment is specifically described in a manner that the first blocking portion 22 turns at the tail end thereof to extend in a direction obliquely away from the position of the base 21.
