The panel unit according to claim 8, wherein the positioning structure comprises a plurality of positioning pins (41) uniformly distributed on the circumference of the display panel (1), and the front panel (2) has a plurality of positioning grooves (42) formed thereon for fitting the plurality of positioning pins (41).
10. The panel assembly according to claim 9, wherein the positioning pin (41) is disposed close to the outer circumference of the display panel (1) with respect to the snaps (31), and the positioning pin (41) is disposed between two adjacent snaps (31).

The panel assembly according to claim 10, wherein the positioning pins (41) include a plurality of first positioning pins (411) disposed at the bottom of the display panel (1) and parallel to the first snaps (311), and a plurality of second positioning pins (412) disposed at the side and top of the display panel (1) and parallel to the second snaps (312).
12. The panel assembly according to claim 11, wherein the first positioning pins (411) located at the bottom of the display panel (1) include a long positioning pin therein, and the long positioning pin is disposed at the center of the bottom of the display panel (1).

The panel assembly according to claim 8, wherein the positioning structure comprises a plurality of positioning pins (41) and a plurality of fasteners (31) which are arranged in the circumferential direction of the display panel (1) and are staggered with each other, and the display panel (1) is fixedly matched with the front panel (2) through the positioning pins (41) and the fasteners (31).
14. An air conditioning device, characterized in that it comprises a panel assembly as defined in any one of claims 1 to 13, the front panel (2) being the outlet panel of the air conditioning device, and the mounting opening being the outlet opening of the outlet panel;
the display panel (1) is used as a display panel of the air conditioning equipment and is arranged at the air outlet, and an air outlet communicated with the air outlet is formed in the display panel (1).
