A water spray mop comprises a mop rod and a mop head movably connected with the mop rod, wherein a wiping object is arranged on the mop head, a nozzle is arranged on the mop rod, a water pump is arranged in the mop rod and is connected with the water pump, a driving rod is arranged on the water pump or is connected with the driving rod, the driving rod can slide up and down in the mop rod to drive the water pump to spray water out of the nozzle, and the water spray mop is characterized in that the mop rod is of a hollow structure to contain water, a handle is arranged at the end part of the mop rod, a transmission rod is arranged in the mop rod, one end of the transmission rod props against the driving rod or is connected with the driving rod, a sealing head is arranged at the other end of the transmission rod, the sealing head is connected with the handle in a sealing manner and can slide up and down in the handle, a first channel which is longitudinally communicated with the interior of the mop rod is arranged on the sealing head, and a first one-way valve is arranged on the first channel; the first one-way valve is abutted against or connected with the limiting block, the sealing head is abutted against the pressing block, and the limiting block is abutted against or connected with the pressing block; the mop handle is provided with a pressing opening, the pressing opening is provided with a limiting surface, the pressing block penetrates through the pressing opening and can slide downwards along the handle, the limiting block, the sealing head and the transmission rod slide downwards along the mop rod under the driving of the pressing block, and the pressing block has a structure with a large inside and a small outside; and a second channel communicated with the first channel is arranged on the limiting block, and the second channel is communicated with the external atmospheric pressure.

The water spray mop of claim 8, wherein the mop rod comprises a plurality of sections of mop rod units, and two adjacent sections of mop rod units are sequentially and hermetically connected end to end through a connecting rod, the transmission rod is provided with a plurality of sections, the plurality of sections of the transmission rod sequentially abut against end to end, and the transmission rod at the side close to the handle is integrally formed with the sealing head.
