the first annular conducting strip is fixedly connected to the rotating part, and the protection element is electrically connected with the first annular conducting strip;
the first elastic gasket is fixedly connected to the side face, deviating from the first annular conducting strip, of the rotating part, electrically connected with the protection element, and used for being electrically connected with a zero line corresponding to the electric appliance plug.
3. The rotary socket according to claim 2, wherein the panel assembly further comprises:
the second annular conducting strip is fixedly connected to the rotating part and is positioned on the same side face as the first annular conducting strip, and the protection element is electrically connected with the second annular conducting strip;
and the second elastic gasket is fixedly connected with the rotating part and is positioned on the same side face as the first elastic gasket, the second elastic gasket is electrically connected with the protection element, and the second elastic gasket is used for being electrically connected with the corresponding live wire of the electric appliance plug.
4. The rotary socket according to claim 3, wherein said base assembly comprises:
the base is fixedly connected with the fixing part;
the first conductor is fixedly connected to the base and can be electrically connected with the first annular conducting strip;
and the second conductor is fixedly connected to the base and is positioned on the same side surface of the base as the first conductor, and the second conductor can be electrically connected with the second annular conducting strip.
5. The rotary socket of claim 4, wherein the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor are both ring-shaped structures.
6. The rotary jack of claim 4, wherein the base assembly further comprises a shield housing, the shield housing is fixedly connected to the base, an interlayer space is defined between the shield housing and the base, and the first and second conductors are disposed in the interlayer space.
7. The rotary socket of claim 6, wherein the protective housing and the base are made of insulating materials.
8. The rotary socket assembly according to claim 6, further comprising a base plug fixedly connected to the protective housing, the base plug being electrically connected to the first and second electrical conductors, the base plug being adapted to be electrically connected to the power source.
9. The rotary socket according to claim 2, wherein the panel assembly further comprises:
the protective panel comprises a fixed plate and a rotating plate, the rotating plate is rotatably connected with the fixed plate, the fixed plate is fixedly connected with the fixed part, and the rotating plate is rotatably connected with the rotating part;
the jack is arranged on the rotating plate;
the substrate and the protection panel are made of materials with insulating property.
