Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in an embodiment of the intelligent blackboard of the present invention, the intelligent blackboard is an electronic device of the above embodiment.
The first device body 30 is a main screen body, and the second device body 40 is an auxiliary screen body. The wisdom blackboard in this embodiment includes two vice screen bodies, and the left and right sides of main screen body is located respectively to two vice screen bodies, and main screen body and vice screen body are the touch-control display screen that has touch control function.
The main screen body comprises a first frame 31 and a first touch circuit board, a first cavity is formed inside the first frame 31, the first touch circuit board is arranged in the first cavity, a first connector and a touch sensing element are arranged on the first touch circuit board, and a first wiring port 3101 communicated with the first cavity is arranged on the first frame 31.
The auxiliary screen body comprises a second frame 41 and a second touch circuit board, a second cavity is formed inside the second frame 41, the second touch circuit board is arranged in the second cavity, a second connector and a touch sensing element are arranged on the second touch circuit board, and a second wiring port 4101 communicated with the second cavity is arranged on the second frame 41.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of sets of electrical connection line mounting assemblies 100 are provided, each set of electrical connection line mounting assembly 100 includes two electrical connection lines 10, and the two electrical connection lines 10 are a first electrical connection line 101 and a second electrical connection line 102, respectively. Each set of electrical connection wire mounting assembly 100 includes two wire covers 20, the two wire covers 20 are a first wire cover 201 and a second wire cover 202.
The first electrical connection wire 101 comprises a first wire 1011, a first device end connector 1012 arranged at one end of the first wire 1011, a first butt connector 1013 arranged at the other end of the first wire 1011, and a first fixing sleeve 1014 fixed outside the first wire 1011; the second electrical connection wire 102 includes a second wire 1021, a second device end connector 1022 disposed at one end of the second wire 1021, a second docking connector 1023 disposed at the other end of the second wire 1021, and a second fixing sleeve 1024 fixed outside the second wire 1021;
the first device-side connector 1012 is connected to the first connector, the second device-side connector 1022 is connected to the second connector, and the first docking connector 1013 is connected to the second docking connector 1023; the first wire cover 201 is mounted on the first device body 30, and the first wire cover 201 limits the first fixing sleeve 1014 to move relative to the first device body 30; the second wire cover 202 is mounted to the first device body 30, and the second wire cover 202 restricts the second fixing sleeve 1024 from moving relative to the second device body 40.
The touch sensing elements disposed on the first touch circuit board and the second touch circuit board may be, but are not limited to, infrared sensing elements, and when a user writes on the main screen body and the sub-screen body, the touch sensing elements may generate sensing signals to respond to touch operations.
In this embodiment, the first device end connector 1012 and the second device end connector 1022 are plugs, and the first connector on the first touch circuit board and the second connector on the second touch circuit board are sockets. One of the first and second docking connectors 1013 and 1023 is a plug and the other is a socket.
When the electrical connection wire mounting assembly 100 is applied to an intelligent blackboard, it can be mounted in the following manner:
the first device-side connector 1012 passes through the first wiring port 3101 to be plugged with a first connector on the first touch circuit board; the second device end connector 1022 passes through the second wire connection port 4101 to be plugged with a second connector on the second touch circuit board; the first docking connector 1013 is in docking connection with the second docking connector 1023; thus, the first touch circuit board of the main screen body, the first electric connecting wire 101, the second electric connecting wire 102 and the second touch circuit board of the auxiliary screen body are electrically connected.
The cover limiting part 221 of the first wire cover 201 is clamped on the cover limiting part 131 of the first fixing sleeve 1014, the first wire cover 201 covers the first wiring port 3101, the dustproof and waterproof effect is achieved, and the cover mounting part 23 of the first wire cover 201 is locked on the main screen body through screws. The cover limiting part 221 of the second wire cover 202 is clamped on the cover limiting part 131 of the second fixing sleeve 1024, the second wire cover 202 shields the second wire connecting port 4101, the dustproof and waterproof effects are achieved, and the cover mounting part 23 of the second wire cover 202 is locked to the auxiliary screen body through screws. In this way, the first fixing sleeve 1014 is fixed by the first wire cover 201, and the first device end connector 1012 is prevented from being loosened; the second fixing sleeve 1024 is fixed by the second wire cover 202, and the second device end connector 1022 is prevented from being released.
When the first electrical connection wire 101 or the second electrical connection wire 102 needs to be detached, the screws on the first wire cover 201 or the second wire cover 202 are loosened, so that the first device-side connector 1012 can be pulled out from the main screen body, or the second device-side connector 1022 can be pulled out from the auxiliary screen body.
In order to improve the pulling strength of the first docking connector 1013 and the second docking connector 1023, that is, to improve the anti-loosening performance of the connectors after being docked, the first docking connector 1013 and the second docking connector 1023 adopt RJ45 connectors.
The RJ45 is a connector for an information socket (i.e., a communication outlet) in a wiring system, and the connector is composed of a plug (a connector, a crystal plug) and a socket (a module), wherein the plug has 8 grooves and 8 contacts. RJ is an abbreviation for registered jack meaning "registered jack". RJ45 is composed of a plug and a socket, and a connector composed of these two components is connected between wires to achieve electrical continuity of the wires. The core of the RJ45 module is a modular jack. The gold plated lead or socket hole can maintain stable and reliable electrical connection with the modularized socket spring. The electrical contact is further enhanced with the insertion of the plug due to the friction between the spring and the receptacle. The jack body design employs an integral locking mechanism such that when the modular plug is inserted, maximum pull-out strength is produced outside the interface of the plug and jack.
Wisdom blackboard among the prior art, after accomplishing the installation of electric connecting wire 10, in order to carry on spacingly to electric connecting wire 10, need install the fastener respectively at the back of the main screen body and the back of the vice screen body, wire 11 passes the centre gripping space in the middle of the fastener, but the fastener only has the restriction to the lateral movement of wire 11, when the pulling force acted on electric connecting wire 10, still there is some pulling force to transmit to the connector along the extending direction of wire 11, in other words, adopt this kind of fastener to be spacing to wire 11, lead to the connector of electric connecting wire 10 and the connector support of the screen body to draw intensity on the small side, the connector of the screen body is hindered by pulling easily.
In the intelligent blackboard of the embodiment, the first wire cover 201 is clamped with the first fixing sleeve 1014, so that the transmission of pulling force along the wire 11 can be prevented, and the pulling strength of the first electric connecting wire 101 when being connected with the main screen body is improved through the first wire cover 201; the second wire cover 202 is clamped with the second fixing sleeve 1024, so that the transmission of pulling force along the wire 11 can be prevented, the pulling strength of the second electrical connection wire 102 when being connected with the main screen body is improved through the second wire cover 202, and the pulling strength of the second electrical connection wire 102 when being connected with the auxiliary screen body is improved through the second wire cover 202. Meanwhile, the RJ45 male and female connectors are used as the first and second docking connectors 1013 and 1023, so that the pull strength between the first and second electrical connection wires 101 and 102 is improved. So, no matter drag electric connection line 10 at the in-process of wisdom blackboard installation, still overhaul wisdom blackboard, drag electric connection line 10 when dismantling the vice screen body of removal, the connector in each position is difficult to torn.
Moreover, the first wire cover 201 covers the first wiring port 3101, the second wire cover 202 covers the second wiring port 4101, and a large wire cover 20 is not required to be specially installed behind the main screen body and the auxiliary screen body for dust prevention, so that the structure of the intelligent blackboard is simplified, and the assembly efficiency and the maintenance efficiency of the intelligent blackboard are improved.
In this embodiment, the main screen body and the sub-screen body are relatively fixed.
In other embodiments, the secondary screen may be configured to slide relative to the primary screen, and the rear sections of the wires 11 of the first and second electrical connectors may be configured to be longer to prevent the first and second docking connectors 1013 and 1023 from being pulled apart when the secondary screen slides.
In other embodiments, the first docking connector 1013 and the second docking connector 1023 may not be RJ45 connectors, but may be other common connectors, fixing sleeves 13 are respectively disposed at a position where the first wire 1011 is close to the first docking connector 1013 and a position where the second wire 1021 is close to the second docking connector 1023, and a wire cover 20 is further added, and two sides of the wire cover 20 are respectively engaged with the fixing sleeves 13 at two sides to prevent the first docking connector 1013 and the second docking connector 1023 from being pulled and loosened.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in an embodiment of the intelligent blackboard of the present invention, the main screen body includes a main screen upper frame body 311 and a main screen lower frame body 312, the sub-screen body includes a sub-screen upper frame body 411 and a sub-screen lower frame body 412, the main screen upper frame body 311 and the main screen lower frame body 312 are respectively provided with a main screen touch circuit board, and the sub-screen upper frame body 411 and the sub-screen lower frame body 412 are respectively provided with a sub-screen touch circuit board; two sets of electrical connecting wire mounting assemblies 100 are disposed between the main screen body and the sub-screen body, so as to respectively realize connection between the touch circuit boards in the main and sub-screen upper frame 411 and connection between the touch circuit boards in the main and sub-screen lower frame 412.
The first connector is arranged on the main screen touch circuit board, and the second connector is arranged on the auxiliary screen touch circuit board; the electrical connection line installation components 100 are arranged between the main screen upper frame body 311 and the auxiliary screen upper frame body 411, and between the main screen lower frame body 312 and the auxiliary screen lower frame body 412, and the main screen touch circuit board is electrically connected with the auxiliary screen touch circuit board through an electrical connection line 10.
In other embodiments, only one set of electrical connection line mounting assemblies 100 may be provided in the electronic device, and only one electrical connection line 10 may be provided in each set of electrical connection line mounting assemblies 100.
In other embodiments, the intelligent blackboard may also be provided with the auxiliary screen body only on one side of the main screen body, or a plurality of auxiliary screen bodies on multiple sides of the main screen body respectively.

Claims (10)

1. An electrical connection wire mounting assembly, comprising:
the electric connection wire (10) comprises a wire (11), an equipment end connector (12) connected with the wire (11) and a fixed sleeve (13) fixed outside the wire (11); the equipment end connector (12) is used for being connected with a connector of an equipment body; the fixing sleeve (13) comprises a sleeve limiting part (131);
a wire cover (20) including a cover mounting portion (23) and a cover stopper portion (221); the cover mounting part (23) is used for mounting to the equipment body; the cover limiting part (221) is connected with the cover limiting part (131) in a clamping mode, and the cover limiting part (221) limits the fixing sleeve (13) to move in the direction away from the equipment end connector (12).

The electrical connection wire mounting assembly of claim 1 wherein the sleeve stop portion (131) is a stop recess into which the cover stop portion (221) snaps, wherein a side of the cover stop portion (221) proximate to the device-side connector (12) forms a first plate surface (2211), and a side of the cover stop portion (221) facing away from the device-side connector (12) forms a second plate surface (2212); first face (2211) restriction fixed cover (13) is to keeping away from the direction of equipment end connector (12) removes, second face (2212) restriction fixed cover (13) is to being close the direction of equipment end connector (12) removes.

The electrical connection wire mounting assembly of claim 2, wherein the cover limiting portion (221) is a limiting plate portion provided with a notch (2213); the fixing sleeve (13) is inserted into the notch (2213) so that the limiting plate part is inserted into the limiting groove; the edge of the notch (2213) limits the fixed sleeve (13) to move relative to the equipment body along the radial direction of the wire (11).

The electrical connection wire mounting assembly according to claim 2, wherein the wire cover (20) includes a top plate (21) and a side plate (22), the cover stopper portion (221) being provided to the side plate (22); an accommodating space is defined between the top plate (21) and the side plate (22), and a part of the wire (11) and a part of the sleeve limiting part (131) are positioned in the accommodating space.
5. The electrical connection wire mounting assembly according to claim 4, wherein the cover mounting portion (23) is a mounting flange connected to the side plate (22), the mounting flange being provided with a mounting hole (231), the mounting hole (231) being for a fastener to pass through.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
the electrical connection wire mounting assembly (100) of any one of claims 1-5;
a first device body (30) provided with a first connector;
a second device body (40) provided with a second connector;
wherein the electrical connection wire mounting assembly (100) comprises a first electrical connection wire (101), a second electrical connection wire (102), a first wire cover (201), and a second wire cover (202);
the first electric connecting wire (101) comprises a first wire (1011), a first equipment end connector (1012) arranged at one end of the first wire (1011), a first butting connector (1013) arranged at the other end of the first wire (1011), and a first fixing sleeve (1014) fixed outside the first wire (1011); the second electric connection wire (102) comprises a second wire (1021), a second equipment end connector (1022) arranged at one end of the second wire (1021), a second butting connector (1023) arranged at the other end of the second wire (1021), and a second fixing sleeve (1024) fixed outside the second wire (1021);
the first device-side connector (1012) is connected with the first connector, the second device-side connector (1022) is connected with the second connector, and the first docking connector (1013) is connected with the second docking connector (1023); said first wire cover (201) being mounted to said first equipment body (30), said first wire cover (201) restricting movement of said first harness (1014) relative to said first equipment body (30); the second wire cover (202) is mounted to the first device body (30), the second wire cover (202) restricting movement of the second harness (1024) relative to the second device body (40).
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the first docking connector (1013) and the second docking connector (1023) are RJ45 connectors.
8. The electronic device according to claim 6, wherein the first device body (30) comprises a first frame (31), the first connector is disposed in the first frame (31), the first frame (31) is provided with a first wiring port (3101), and the first device-side connector (1012) passes through the first wiring port (3101) to connect with the first connector; the first wire cover (201) covers the first wire connection port (3101);
the second device body (40) comprises a second frame (41), the second connector is arranged in the second frame (41), the second frame (41) is provided with a second wiring port (4101), and the second device end connector (1022) penetrates through the second wiring port (4101) to be connected with the second connector; the second wire cover (202) covers the second wire connection port (4101).
9. An intelligent blackboard comprising the electronic device according to claim 7 or 8;
the first equipment body (30) is a main screen body;
the second equipment body (40) is an auxiliary screen body; the intelligent blackboard comprises one or more auxiliary screen bodies;
the main screen body and the auxiliary screen body are electrically connected through the electric connecting wire (10).

The intelligent blackboard according to claim 9, wherein a plurality of sets of the electric connection line mounting assemblies (100) are arranged between the main screen body and the auxiliary screen body; the main screen body comprises a main screen upper frame body (311) and a main screen lower frame body (312), the auxiliary screen body comprises an auxiliary screen upper frame body (411) and an auxiliary screen lower frame body (412), a main screen touch circuit board is arranged in the main screen upper frame body (311) and the main screen lower frame body (312) respectively, and an auxiliary screen touch circuit board is arranged in the auxiliary screen upper frame body (411) and the auxiliary screen lower frame body (412) respectively;
the first connector is arranged on the main screen touch circuit board, and the second connector is arranged on the auxiliary screen touch circuit board; the electric connecting line installation assembly (100) is arranged between the main screen upper frame body (311) and the auxiliary screen upper frame body (411) and between the main screen lower frame body (312) and the auxiliary screen lower frame body (412), and the main screen touch circuit board is electrically connected with the auxiliary screen touch circuit board through the electric connecting line (10).
